    I recently had one of the worst printing experiences ever with GotPrint, and I want to share it in case it saves someone else the headache.I chose manual processing specifically so a human would review my order. What I got back was completely crooked, misaligned, and nowhere close to the proof I had approved. Like, embarrassingly bad it looked like something went wrong in the actual print run, not just a safe zone issue.Naturally, I thought if I called, theyd see the mistake and make it right. Instead, I got **** in customer service, who was sarcastic, dismissive, and basically told me it was my fault even though she admitted she couldnt see the proof or the final result herself. Zero empathy, zero accountability. Honestly, she sounded annoyed I even called.I ended up leaving a review on Trustpilot, and GotPrints official response just made things worse. Yeah - just check any of their replies to neg reviews there - it's all blame the customer!The kicker? The safe zone issue they keep pointing to wasnt even the problem. My complaint was that the entire print job came out crooked and totally unlike the proof. But instead of acknowledging that, they doubled down on blaming me.And instead of a refund (like Vistaprint or literally any decent printer would offer if a job went this sideways), they offered me store credit. Basically, go spend more money with us to fix the thing we botched.I honestly thought GotPrint had a decent reputation, but after this nightmare and digging into other reviews, I see I was wrong. Between the poor quality control, the rude/unhelpful service, and their refusal to actually stand behind their work, Im done.Just a heads up for anyone considering them save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

    Hello all. We are sorry to hear that the Business Cards did not turn out how ******* or ***** intended. *******, who is the designer and not the account holder, has created the review. Note: On 8.6.2025, notes were provided in the proof that the Artwork/Text was outside the Safe Zone. A new proof was then provided on 8.11.25, again stating, that there were elements outside of the Safe Zone. Our GotPrint template was both recommended and provided to the customer. The Artwork was never corrected, and as a result, the Business Cards printed out misaligned. But, we would still like to help. A Full Store Credit was offered, and ******************************** was also offered to the customer. We can help make sure their next order comes out right. We are still willing to help the customer if they would like the Store Credit and **************** help. If there are any further questions or concerns, our friendly **************** team is ready to help them. Thank you.

    I have used GotPrint.com in the past but will not be using them anymore. They promote a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I had a customer that I printed some business cards for, and the ink rubbed of of their cards immediately so they threw them in the trash as they were useless with the ink smudging. I informed them of this issue and asked for a reprint, and all they would offer is a 10% discount. They promote a 100% guarantee but did not stand behind their guarantee. I sent a photo of a bad card to them, and then they requested a photo showing multiple cards with the issue. I provided them with a second photo of the cards being smeared, and then they requested a photo of ten of the cards. By this tie the client was upset and had threw the cards away. GotPrint responded by saying that if they can't submit the ten images then they cannot provide a refund and the case is closed. I even escalated this to a chat customer support manager and their quality control team with no success. These cards were only $60 so it would be a very small imposition to them. They refused to make good on their satisfaction guarantee and lost a customer over a few dollars.

On 8.8.25 the same day as the BBB review: Our Supervisor Team reached out to ***** ******* and the customer accepted the offer of full Store Credit. Our Policy states: Solely for first-time retail customers or first-time issues for orders on GotPrint.com or the GotPrint mobile application with a subtotal up to $100, we offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you qualify as a first-time retail customer or first-time issue for order and are not entirely satisfied with the finished printed product, you must notify GotPrint within six (6) business days. Which the customer did qualify for. This claim has been resolved on our end since 8.8.25. If there are any further questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to our **************** team.     Look at these photo and you'll see gross negligence in production ************* pieces were cut incorrectly and die lines are visible on the finished product while the opposite side is cut short. The company's resolution is to blame a "fine print" clause on their website stating items may shift in printing. Their proposed resolution involves me spending $30 to ship these back to them ( only for them to dispose of ) in order to get my $100 refund. Clearly a cheap deterrent tactic. This company has no ethics and customer service and support is nonexistent.

    Hello all, we are sorry that ******* is unhappy with the Postcard order. We've reviewed the submitted artwork and they show that the rounded corners trim lines needed to be removed. This was brought up & emailed to the customer before printing on ******. But the customer chose to Print As Is. We are wiling to work with him to get this right on their next order, and provide a Store Credit. New artwork would need to be provided. Thank you for taking time to review, and we are looking forward to resolving this in a timely manner.

    Ordered a magnet for my truck. The print was so blurry and not even centered. It looked like a kid made it. When I complained they asked me to send it back on my own expense. Very poor customer service...how is that my fault. Dont do business with this *************.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused the customer. After the initial claim was filed on 7.14.25, we notified **** ***** that the artworks' resolution was 96 DPI. The Car Magnets require 150 DPI for clear printing. Also, the customers Artwork came to us as 5.2 x 4.8 inches. They ordered a 24 x 18. The artwork would have presented very blurry and with uneven Cutting. When choosing Instant Processing as **** ***** did, the order was automatically approved per their Processing choice. A ****** Store Credit was then offered to help with another order. **** did not accept the Store Credit and asked for a Refund. If a customer would like a refund, the product would need to be returned at the customers expense. ******************** does NOT cover the shipping cost or call tags for any returned packages, per our Terms of Use that was agreed to upon ordering. The order was received back at our facility and a Refund was processed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.     I have received sticker rolls for an event that we have upcoming. One roll is perfectly fine, while the other one has a dent down the middle affecting nearly ***** stickers. I submitted an issue report, submitting a few photos. They had no issues accessing those photos and asked for just one photo with around 15 stickers visible. I submitted what they wanted, and all of a sudden, they cant access the file and are requiring to mail in the samples. I don't have time for that kind of turnaround and the lady I talked to at customer service was kind of rude about the whole situation. i just one the one roll reprinted and sent out **** but theyre not even trying to solve it via email.Order #********

    I placed an order for simple business cards on April 4th On April 24 I was told they were shipped on the 16th...never received...I was also told they would issue a reprint *********** May 1st. I contacted them only to find out the reprint order was never placed.Almost a month for a simple box of business...What a way to do business..If you order from the...GOOD LUCK

    I had designed custom business cards and a custom banner for my new business. I went to check out and they charge separate separately for each item! That's insane. I said bye and ordered from their competition.

    After many years with Gotprint I am leaving them. They have horrible customer service. This is the second time I've had an issue in 10+ years and both times they basically ignore you. I requested a yard sign with logo on both sides. One side was correct and the other had a company from ********** printed on it. Obviously unusable. I requested a refund and this is where they pretend not to understand you. They only gave me store credit. So, bye bye Gotprint.

    This company printed oweful cards (order #********) didn't take responsibility, although I sent them numerous proofs of the low quality and bad mistakes they made. Now they want me to send them the 1000 business cards back, spending more money with no guarantee I'll get my money back. They can't be in business. I want my money back.

    We have been working with our customer to try and resolve this issue for them since before they initially contacted BBB, but they are unwilling to return the product back to us (as it states in our Terms of Sale that everyone agrees to upon placing their order) so that we can inspect the cards and determine what might have happened. The pictures that have been provided are not conclusive. Despite their refusal to send the items back, we still went ahead offered our customer $100 in Store Credit (per our "First Time Customer Guarantee" that states we guarantee results or will return up to $100 in SC on your first order with us). More recently, we amended this offer to a full $131.80 in Store Credit (covering the full cost of their order) -or- a $100 refund. Because the items have not been returned for our inspection, a full refund (as has been requested) is not an option. We have not yet received their response.

    They have delayed my refund for yet another month, despite the time and money I have already lost. Now, theyre offering a compromised agreement of just $100 out of the original $131.80 I paid. It shouldnt take more than 3-10 cards shipped in a simple envelope to demonstrate the defective onesso why should I be expected to cover expensive return shipping on top of my lost money?This feels like a deliberate tactic to wear me down. At this point, I have ample proof that Ive tried to resolve this issue in good faith. Im prepared to escalate this matter to local and national consumer protection organizationsones known for holding companies accountable through extensive paperwork and scrutiny.A business that treats customers this way must face consequences. I wont let this slide, because its no longer just about the moneyits about the principle. Consumers deserve fair treatment, and Im determined to take a stand.We wont be silenced. We will not lose.

    Got prints needs to be taken off the internet. A scam website that prints horrible quality prints and won't do returns.
