      Please help me find Order #****** My daughter saved her own money and couldnt wait to order her ****** Oakland pants and jorts. She placed the order on July 1, 2024 and has been waiting over a month for her pants to arrive, or even be shipped. She checks the order daily which incorrectly states that they have been delivered. Additionally, she mistakenly ordered the wrong size and was hoping to receive the pants early enough to exchange them and get a smaller size before school starts. Shed likely be graduating from high school before that happens. Can someone please help me locate and obtain the merchandise paid for on order # ******?

      My daughter placed an order on July 21st. She canceled the order less than an hour later. On July 22nd received an email that the refund would be processed. There has been no refund and no further communication even after numerous attempts by both myself and my daughter. The order number is ******. We just want our money refunded to the credit card used for the purchase. The email used for the order was ********************

      On 7/1 and 7/3, I made two separate purchases to Revice denim. On 7/16, I reached out to customer service as I had not received a confirmation that my item had shipped. I was told by support that my item ( they addressed it as singular) was on preorder and would be shipped within 1-3 weeks and to let them know if I had any questions or concerns. At the time of purchase, neither item was listed as being on preorder, and had it been on preorder I would have not made my purchase. When I replied to determine which order the email was in reference to, I was not given any response. It is now a day shy of three weeks since I was given this response from customer service, and I still do not have any confirmation of my order being shipped. I have spent $155.06 in total on these items ($81.78 and $73.28 respectively), and seeing as the company does not have a reliable answer as to when or if my items will be shipped, I would like a refund because as it stands right now, I was scammed.

      Hello,I purchased a skirt on the Revice site on April 21st, 2024 that was a birthday present for my daughter. Today is July 22nd and I still have not received the skirt 3 months later. I have asked for a refund and the company is telling me that they will not give me a refund. I have reached out numerous times their customer service department, requesting an escalation on this and a phone call, but no one has called me back. I did not get a shipping confirmation and I was told when I contacted Revice in May that I would soon receive it. It never came and no one from Revice ever reached out again. I have asked for a refund as this is feeling like a fraudulent misrepresentation of services. I would really appreciate your help in reaching out to them - I am worried this is likely happening to other people. I have never had this experience with a company before, nor have I ever complained to the BBB about a company. I am so completely frustrated I don't know what else to do!       Purchased an item of clothing in hopes to have it by my anniversary. The website showed the item was on back order but will ship by 7/19. Upon checking the site the item wont be shipping out until 7/31.I reached out to get my order cancelled but I was sent a canned response about why back orders happen. Please cancel my order

      I placed an online order for an item on April 21st. I sent an email on May 10th to the business asking for an update when the item still appeared to not have even shipped.On May 13th I received a response saying the item was on pre-order (it had not been labelled as a pre-order when I made the purchase, as other items listed on the website were). I was told I could expect the item to ship in the next 1-3 weeks. On June 10th I sent another email asking for an update and never received a response. On June 21st I sent anther email asking for an update and again never received a response.At this point I am seeking a refund for said item.

      I ordered from this company on or around April 19th 2024 and my item was meant to be shipped by May 15th. A month later I tried to contact them to tell them that my order had not been updated I had no tracking number. They said that they apologize for the inconvenience and that they've had some trouble and they're still processing. So another month goes by and I try my best to get in contact with them again and I get an automated message saying that my item is on pre-order and it's still being processed. It should have been shipped already and I'm seeing that many others have had issues with this company. It's hard to get in contact with a live person to resolve an issue. I have reason to believe that this is a dishonest company now.

      I placed my order on April 13, 2024. It is as of today June 29, 2024 and I have yet to receive my item purchased. I have emailed several times and have been given the excuses of "made to order products" and "please allow 1-2 more weeks and your item will ship". I was promise 1-2 more weeks on June 4. Clearly 1-2 weeks is a lie and this place is a scam. I have now opened a complaint with the attorney generals office.

      This business has inaccurate/inconsistent sizing. Id ordered before and what I purchased in my size one pair was ginormous and the other was so tight. I had to pay $30 return shipping for only store credit. My exchanged goods were meant to ship a week after purchase (4/16/2024). They have still not shipped and every time I have contacted the business (~6 times now) they tell me they will ship in a week. They will not refund my money and still will not ship the rest of my order. Theyve strung me along long enough to disable me from disputing the transaction through my credit company. I believe I deserve a refund as the business just lies and never follows through. The pants I ordered are now marked down to 50% off of what Id paid three months ago. They took so long that my lease ended and Im no longer living at the address they are supposed to ship to. Revice had assured me the address was changed and it was not. This company just doesnt care about its customers and Im sick of the lies. All I want is my money back so I never have to contact them again.
