I reached out to this company on multiple occasions. They do not give you a phone number to call and speak to a human. I reached out after the first date change, then I was assured that it would ship on a different date. That didn't happen. I reached out again and was assured that it would ship on a different date and that they were doing everything in their power to get the ordee out and it should ship by the next date. That didn't happen. I reached out and they assured me that it would ship by that date and that they'd have options for me if it didn't. Sure enough, it didn't. NOW my date has been pushed out by 3 weeks!! There has been no proper resolution, no nothing. No one has reached out to keep communication running smoothly and to keep the customer in the loop or satisfied. They wait and allow the customer to get fed up and reach out. This whole experience has been unacceptable. My daughter really liked and wanted these jeans. Why are we waiting over a month for them to simply ship? Revice Denim sent the wrong size from what was ordered. A size 26 was ordered. They sent a size 25. This is clearly a Revice error. However, they refuse to correct their error.First, I was directed to send them back and pay a 9$ shipping fee. Why would I pay a fee for their own error?Next, I was told to take a picture of the pants and submit so they can see how to proceed. I sent the picture and never had a **************, I followed up stating that I sent the pic and never hear back. I was told by ******** that she cant help bc it shows a chargeback in her system.This is incorrect. A total of $84.98 was processed on my Amex on 3/12/25.I am requesting they fix their error, send the correct size jeans, and a prepaid return label to send the wrong ones back to them.Initial Complaint

Do not purchase from them. Their sizing is inaccurate and then if you want to return or exchange you get to do it once or store credit. I ordered an XL jumpsuit stating it is a ***** waist which I am. It indeed was not couldnt even get my leg in fit like a size 3. Now I know **** well a size 2x wont fit so what am I supposed to order from them when their sizing is wrong to consumers. I placed an order with [Company Name] that took 56 days to arrive. When I needed an exchange, that process took another 31 days. Now, after 97 days, they are refusing to issue a refund, or an even exchange, citing a 2-hour return policywhich is completely unreasonable given their extreme shipping delays.This company has effectively stolen my money by delaying fulfillment while enforcing an unfair return policy. I originally placed my order 2/8/2025, with the website claiming 1-3 day expected shipping. I needed this item by 2/20/2025, so the 1-3 day shipping was the only reason I ordered. After 10 days without any updates or shipping, I realized that there was not a way for my order to get to me before the date I needed it, so I reached out asking to cancel. Their website claims that they respond to inquiries within ***** hours, however I did not receive a response after that time. I disputed the charge, stating the information above, and still did not receive any communication or updates until 3/4/2025, almost a month after I originally ordered, claiming that my order had been shipped that morning and would arrive the next day. As such, they denied my dispute. On 3/5/2025, a customer service agent named ******* finally responded to my request for cancellation, but told me that my order was already shipped. She also told me that they would not cover return shipping and do not allow cancellations after 2 hours from ordering. 2 HOURS. Keep in mind, the only reason I wished to cancel was because they had delayed shipping, which ******* admitted in her email was due to "high volume of orders". If that was the case, they should have communicated with me and offered for me to cancel, but instead they ignored me completely when I reached out two weeks prior to the item being shipped, and then denied my request for a refund/return after they shipped it 3 weeks late. She told me to reach out to a representative named *****, and that shewould respond within ***** hours. Of course, ***** never responded and now I am out almost $100 and have an item that I have no use for since my event was long gone by the time they actually shipped it out. Seeing how many other people have had issues like this, I should have known to not buy from them, and do not plan to ever order from them again as they scammed me. They only offered an exchange or a store credit, but I do not trust them anymore.Initial Complaint

I ordered a jumpsuit from Revice Denim on 1/31/25 with an expected shipping date of 2/14/25. I had not received any notification that the item had been shipped so I reached out to Revice via email on 2/17/25 asking to cancel and refund the order. This item was ordered for an event and per the shipping policy it was understood it would take around 7-14 days to process then ship. No one response to my 2/17/25 email. I followed up 7 days later and still did not receive a response. I messaged Revice on Instagram and 3 days later the marketing team said they are not able to see customer orders and recommended messaging them on the website between 10-4 am PST. After reaching out to them via the website I was told that I could not get a refund because I did not cancel within 2 hours of purchasing. Then was ghosted. Today 3/4/25 I was told I could not receive a refund per company policy. I demand cancellation and a refund as what I was promised via the shipping policy and the status of my order is outside of the terms of the agreement.Initial Complaint

I ordered a package January 6 and the website said they would ship my package out January 17. I have contacted this company many times in many different forms and no one has helped me to get my package. It is now March 3rd and I have no update on when my package will be shipped out if its ever gonna be shipped out if they even have my stuff in demand or why its been taking so long. Placed on order on Jan 15th for denim Jeans product# TLC/ABYSS 25 for $66.98. Reached out on 1/19 to see when the order would be shipped. Got an automated response that e-mail was recv'd, but no info. On 1/22 got an e-mail from "***" thanking me for my "pre order" and that they expect to dispatch my order for delivery by Feb 7th. Nothing on their website says "Pre-Order" its all BS. Feb 7th came and received nothing. I checked their website for Tracking info and it showed that it didnt even ship. Sent another e-mail, no response. Sent several e-mails on Feb 15th after I spoke to someone on chat box on website talking in circles gave no info. I made a dispute through ****** and trying to get my money back. I read on ******** other people complained of same thing. They place an order, take your money and never ship the product. I want my money back and Im reporting them to you to see if you can assist to get my money back and especially as a BUYERS BEWARE AND THEY ARE A SHAM- BAD BUSINESS. DO Not BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a shirt from Revice Denim on December 16th 2024. I am still waiting to receive the s*** and its been 2 months.
