    Preordered on Nov 7, was supposed to ship out at the latest Dec 5 when I contacted them regarding no shipment info they said it would be another 2 weeks which would have been Dec 19, then it turned to December 31, now its back to saying up to 4 weeks. They have stopped responding to my emails and I want a full refund.

    On October 16, 2023, I submitted a payment of $89.60 for a pair of jeans. The order was not delivered / no status was given as of November 10 so I emailed their support desk.In subsequent emails, their help desk said on November ****************************************** stock. Their policy does not allow refunds so I submitted a request for exchange for a specific style on 11/29/23. As of 12/19, *** received no update on the order and the help desk has stopped responding. I basically just gave them $90.

    I ordered pants for my daughter on November 24 and have never recieved them. No responce from company and its been almost a month. They took my money and never sent item. Based on other reviews this company is clearly scamming people

    - Order was place on 7/14/23 (Image attached). Website mentioned at the time that preorders would ship out in the month of September. - 3 Months later (10/14/23) I send an email regarding my shipment. I received no response (Please reference dates on 'Revice Email - Sent 10-14-23.png' attachment for context) I've also sent a message prior to this regarding a size change. I do not have record of this since they've never responded to that inital concern.- 10/16/23 I send a message to Revice through Instagram. (Revice Dm (1) & Revice Dm (2) attachments) Notice how they take their time to respond.- Email reply was received on 10/19/23. Revice states that item will ship within 1 - 1 1/2 weeks from date (Which it did not), although product should've already been delivered in Sept.- 10/27/23 I request a refund, as product will not arrive before 11/09.- 11/17/23 I receive a response regarding their refund policy, Which was referenced wrong by Revice through email. Here is their actual policy: ************************************************************. "Please note that we will not be able to cancel an order if the order was already shipped or the item(s) is/are in stock." This does not apply to me, as the order was never shipped and the item was out of stock at the time.- 11/26/23 Sent another Instagram DM (Attached)- 12/6/23 Order ships out by Revice. This proves that I was still eligible for a refund. (Attached)- 12/8/23 Order is delivered and in wrong size. (Attached)

    On 11/26 I placed an order for jeans. The order number is #******. I received a confirmation and the website indicates items will be shipped within 3 days. As of today nothing has been shipped and I have sent two emails and have received no response regarding my order. If the company is unable to fulfill the order I want a refund immediately as well as a response from them.

    Ordered from a company Revice Denim. Stated November 3rd would be the estimated date of arrival. Have contacted several times as nothing has been shipped and keep getting an autogenerated letter than says it will be another 1-4 weeks. Upon thinking I was being scammed I checked to see if there were any complaints, and there are 100s. What are my next steps to resolve this? Next time I will do better homework and check first.

    I purchased some overalls online and the waiting time listed was 3 weeks out. I received a partial order and responded to the company via email. I heard back that now it will be an additional 3-4 weeks. I would just like a refund.

    I purchased a jumpsuit from Revice on September 27th. The website said the item was in stock. I hadnt received the item within the 2-5 business days it specified, nor did I get a shipping notification so I reached out to the company on October 24th. I was informed the item was back ordered and should ship within 4-5 weeks. It is 5 weeks today and I still have 0 shipping notifications. I emailed the company again last week asking for an update or a refund and have not gotten a single response. I would like a refund from the company, and at the very least, a response.

    I ordered a pair of pants on Sept 20th and paid in full at that time. 10 weeks later I have not pants. I email them and they just send back an apology and ask for more time. I've asked for a refund and they've denied that request. They have still not committed to a ship date to a product that was paid in full 10 weeks ago.

    I placed an order with revice denim on October 11 of 2023 it said when I was checking out it would take 4-6 weeks to ship. It never did Ive emailed them several times and they just keep saying it takes time and now Im being ignored. I just want a simple update on my order. I payed $92 over two months ago and they said I couldnt have a refund because they only do them within 24 hours of placing the order. Im tired of being ignored and would like an updated on my order at least or my money back. I needed this for an event and thats why I ordered it thinking I would have it in time.
