      I am reaching out to address a significant concern regarding one of Abbysons Furniture products. I purchased a sofa from Abbyson ****************** and regrettably, nails/staples are protruding from the sofa, resulting in an injury to my 4-year-old son. The defective sofa inflicted bodily harm on his leg, causing a sizable laceration measuring approximately 6-7 inches. This incident underscores a manufacturing defect in the sofa, raising serious safety concerns.I reached out to Abbyson **************** regarding this issue, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide assistance. Despite the seriousness of the matter, they did not take any action to address the problem. When I requested to have the sofa picked up and returned, they claimed it was beyond the warranty period. However, this is not simply a warranty issue; it pertains to a defective item that was manufactured improperly.I urge Abbyson Furniture to promptly remove this hazardous item from my home and issue a refund. Furthermore, apart from the harm inflicted on my son, I am deeply concerned that this defective sofa could pose a safety hazard to other young family members and friends' children who might inadvertently sit on it. I certainly do not want to be held liable for any further accidents.Lastly, I insist on a swift resolution to this matter before I pursue additional action against Abbyson Furniture.

      I order the sectional from ****** and it had to be replaced 3 times with defects, slices in the leather, wrinkling, broken headrests. I finally accepted on that was okay not perfect. But unfortunately about 1.5 years late the "Top Grain Leather" is peeling and flaking. I used what they recommended Guardsman Protection and not sure if that put a coating on it or what. But I did read their reviews and other customers are having the same problem. Between my daughter and I conditioning the sectional about every 4-6 months this should not happen. It is defective, I love the style and how soft it is but it is not top grain leather. I have a leather sectional in my loft that is 18 years old and is still beautiful and like new. The company ********'s customer service was non existent from day one, they even sent a repair guy over through ****** and he said return it. Too many problems. I just want a better quality replacement.

      I purchased a futon by abbyson at a club warehouse. After it was used just a couple times the legs broke off. They refuse to send me new legs. I even offered to purchase then so I could continue to use the futon. It was very cheaply made if the legs break after just 2 uses.

      I ordered a sectional sofa from Abbyson 8/25/2022. Received product in Late Sept/early Oct 2022. 2 feet were broken upon assembly. Contacted Abbyson multiple times finally gettin a response 11/3/2022 requesting images of damage. I provided the images 11/3/2022. Ive been contacting by phone and email ever since with no replacement feet ever being sent. We are at the 10 month **** and I want a full refund of the purchase price. They have offered to send a replacement sectional but I dont want it. I just want the feet. I dont want to assemble another piece of junk from them. I want a refund.

      I ordered four outdoor, artificial wicker chairs from Abbyson Furniture for my deck. They were delivered in March but kept indoors until early May. After being outside for only two weeks, black and ********************* water was pouring out the legs and damaged my deck (bad stains). I took pictures, submitted a customer service email and got the initial follow up email but NOTHING since. They are not standing behind their products. Because of all the leaking rust water, I couldnt bring the chairs in the house and had them removed by our trash people. I have good photo documentation. That should be enough. STAY AWAY from these guys

      I am rejecting this response because I was offered a $185 dollar credit vs. a refund on a $431 purchase.  There is little to nothing on a furniture site available for $185, so I am still out the full value of the purchase.  In addition, their delivery personnel knocked over a lamppost  (which I have ON FILM) and they are refusing to take responsibility for this damage of over $600, despite my documenting the incident on video and photos.

      I initiated a warranty claim on the item on February 22nd, 2023. Abbyson sent out a technician for the warranty, who identified the issue was a manufacturing defect. Abbyson offered a $250 store credit or replacement of the item on March 24th - to which I elected for a replacement. On April 3rd, Abbyson notified me the replacement item was shipping. During this time - I noticed the other item I purchased from Abbyson was experiencing the same issue - and sent photos per their request. Once the photos were submitted - Abbyson stopped responding to me. As of today 5/19 - I still do not have the initial replacement sofa, or any information regarding the warranty status of the arm-chair. I have send three follow-up e-mails, reached out to the *** directly, and attempted to get their attention on social media, all to no avail. Abbyson has provided lackluster post-sale support, and in short - taken my money while leaving me with an inferior product. As per my last communication to them, I would like a full refund, and for them to pickup their product. I have maintained full detail of all communication with Abbyson.

      I have attempted to return a defective product which the retailer (Abbyson Living) is refusing to return or warranty. I purchased their Palermo Wicker Outdoor Chaise (Set of 4; SKU: DL-RLC150-BLK-SET4) for $674.85, which were delivered March 27, 2023. I contacted them three weeks later (April 17, 2023) to return or warranty after the chaise lounge chairs were exposed to the first rain, which resulted in excessive rusting from various parts of the frame (see pictures attached), leaving paver stains that had to be pressure washed to remove. Additionally, the chaise lounge chair webbing/wicker have began unravelling (see picture attached). The retailer responded that the chaise lounge chairs cannot be returned or warranteed since they were marked as "Last Chance." I purchased this chaise lounge chair set since a ****** search of this item yields the statement that there are 30 day returns (see screen shot attached).This clearly is deceptive advertising and business practices. I can see their point if the item was marked "Clearance" or "Final Sale." Marking it as "Last Chance" and not being clear on the product page that the item cannot be returned or warranteed is misleading and deceitful. I acknowledge that elsewhere on their website it mentions that "Last Chance" items cannot be returned or warranteed, though I was relying on what the ****** search page mentioning 30 day returns (see screen shot attached), and the absence of a statement this item's product page that it could not be returned and had no warranty (****************************************************************************************************************** ) , that the items could be returned and/or warranteed.

      I am rejecting this response because: The frame of the lounge chair rusted after a single rain (and it wasn't at all heavy, as suggested in their response) and is the webbing of the product began to unravel within two weeks unwinding, clearly a defective product. 

      The only acceptable solution is a refund.

      Labeling the product as "Last Chance" is deceiving, should be labelled as "Final Sale" so it's clear there is essentially no warranty offered. Also noting that this "Last Chance" item is available today, months after I ordered the item.

      I purchased a Blue Top Grain Leather recliner from Abbyson in November of 2022, order # *****. The chair is not leather as advertised as it is not durable at all. I should have known when I opened the carton it came in and there was no leather smell you get with leather items, just a plastic smell. The chair is what is called "pleather", a synthetic material, as it is the thinnest material I have ever experienced with "leather". It was advertised as leather and blue, which it is neither. It is more of blueish green color than what is shown on their website as well. I would like 50% of money back for the false advertising since I have already used and destroyed the material on the chair. The picture provided shows the white backing on the material from a minor scrape as well as the color which can be better seen at the bottom of the provided picture.***************************************************************************************************

      Hello *****, We do apologize that you are unhappy with your purchase from Abbyson. ************* Recliner that you purchased is advertised and is made of Top Grain Leather on all seating areas with leather match on sides and back. When you reached out previously, you mentioned that your pets had scratched the leather which our care instructions do advise against. Top Grain leather is softer and more apt to damage from pets. We do offer a limited warranty on manufacturing defects, however the damage described would not fall under that warranty. Thank you, Abbyson
