I placed an order for clothes on May 31 for ******. I received an email that they received my order but I have not received an email saying it shipped and after multiple attempts to contact them I get no response. I believe they are scammers. At the end of May I had placed an order for 2 different pants suits from Crigne a company I found through ********* On May 29th I received a email indicating they have my order. Order confirmation number *********** was sent from customertocare. When my order came in the color was off which I didnt really like but tried it on. I order a S and M not sure which one would fit. The small fit on the top but the crotch hung down to almost my knees. So I tried 3 days to receive a shipping number to return both items or how to go about returning as there was nothing in my packages as to how to return. I did find a place on line that I had to answer a few questions but then they through me into a website where I had to pay $1 or $29 per month wiith personal information which I would get back my $1 but had to cancel the monthwithin a given amount of time. The clothing that I ordered was to be shipped between 7 to 11 days. Since the order has been placed there hasn't been any updates to the order. I sent an email today following up to the items ordered no response. I received an email stating that the mail was undeliverable. March 25, 2024 I purchased a black & white day wear pants &blouse set. Upon arrival I tried it on and it was way to big. I contacted them that I would like to exchange it for another outfit because I did not like the outfit after trying it on or a full refund. They have offered me three different refunds of $7, then $14, then $22 and that they don't accept changing to another outfit. I ordered 4 clothes items prior to Christmas. It took 6 weeks to deliver order #***********. The company policy states you must contact ********************************** to receive return information and they will only address quality issues. I have emailed 6 times specifically stating the quality issues with each item. They have offered me $14, $28, and $45. They have not responded to my last two emails requesting return and refund information. They state on their website that the clothes are US made in **. There are no made in *** tags. I see there are plenty of complaints about the company on the internet. ** should not allow them to sell in **! It is all smoke and mirrors! The emails come from a variety of addresses making it very difficult to contact them. This seems to be an international company hiding under an umbrella of different names. I just want to return the merchandise for a full refund. Thank you
