A total scam store with very high pressure tactics that prey on women that are nice and don't want to cause a scene. I purchased some products but never received all that I was told I was going to receive and kept trying to pressure me into more and more. I almost had a panic attack the other night, I was not allowed to leave when I said I was not interested. I was so upset when I did finally escape and I mean escape. I won't enter that store again.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Same as all the other reviews here. Found products on ****** for $15 bucks but they charged me $150. Just bought the Amazon version and it is identical in every single way. Filing a police report next and then contacting the Attorney General to investigate.

I was misinformed about the purchase of a machine/product and tried to cancel for the last five months. I have not received the product/machine and was not informed on how much or why a loan was needed to purchase the product/machine. After receiving the first loan payment, I tried to arrange the cancellation with the manager/owner but he/she was either out of the country or not available to process. I finally arranged a meeting with the owner of the branch and was asked to send an email to their head office to make a request. The head office customer service replied via email saying that "locations are private retailers, who are not part of our company, and we do not have control over their policies. Therefore, we recommend you direct any concern to the retail location where you purchased it to allow them to assist you and resolve the matter". I've finally concluded that they were not going to assist with my request to cancel and close my account after multiple attempts to work with them.

This place is a scam.Ill admit I fell for it and thank goodness I have an excellent credit card carrier (CITI CARD) who investigated them for me and credited my $2000.I was offered a boat load of products and promised 12 months of facials (which would normally cost the $2k alone at a reputable place) and when I called to book they kept putting me off and texting me generic, shady messages and ignoring **** called the mall security to report them and found out they never seem to actually provide services.

I was at this mall, and the sales guy dragged me into the store. They introduced me to their skin specialist and said I have lot of issues. They manipulated me. I tried to check the price of the product online and check the reviews but the guy rushed me and stopped me from that. They did not mention anything about the return policy and they didn't show me the credit application. They are completely unethical. They gave me false information about the product and the sales practices were totally unfair. I returned back to the store in less than an hour and told them that I want to cancel the purchase. They were really aggressive and reduced the amount to $7000 from $9000. I realized that none of their products are worth it and even if they give it for free I am not taking it. I did not open or even touch any of their products. I just want to cancel that purchase. I realized that I'm not their first victim. I don't want this to happen to anybody else. This is a lot of stress to handle for a normal person.

I went in on 12/10/23 to get my straighter replaced in which I bought extended warranty for. It does not work as well as it used to. ****** insisted I never paid extra for the extended warranty and that it came with the straightener. We all know warranties are seldom free, and I have no reason to lie. She also added she has been working there for ten years and basically called me a liar for purchasing it even though the card itself says ***** on it LOL. Anyways, one of the associates tried to straighten my hair in front of me and it was still not dead straight as it should be; she said she sees it as straight. The annoying thing was that ****** tried to upsell me the other led device once she found out I had been scammed by **** last time. She figured I would be the perfect person to try to scam again. She managed to bring down a so called 7000$ led device to $****. I think the website is bogus and they just put the price point so ridiculously high that they will try their best to sell it for as much as they can, and when they see you really wont they go low. She started at **** with cheap unheard of skin care products that look like they are from dollarama. She then came down **** then finally ****. She even added a straighter on. The machine looks just as cheap as perfectio and something that can be bought on AliExpress. I walked out without my straighter replaced even though when they sell it to you they make all these false promises. Also get your **** phone fixed, it always rings like a fax machine if you try to call.Got scammed into getting an led red light skin therapy device by ****. I financed it for 2 years with a friend in 2018. Worst part is they dont even refund, even though it was not used. I havent used it and dont plan to. Now I am at a $1400 loss and with a skin device I will never use. I have bought a few straighteners here few times and even sent my friends for theirs but after this experience wont be shopping here again.

Absolutely disgusting experience. They took advantage of a very nice (and sometimes naive) friend of mine who has given up her own freedom and life to take care of her adult special needs sister who is in a wheel chair. She really doesnt have that kind of money to buy expensive skin care products that cost much and cost much less to produce. They had a really good sales tactic and despite my evil eye and hard stance these salesmen were still PUSHY! They used flattery to get her to make a purchase. An older woman also popped up out of nowhere acting like she purchased the product and started dating very flattering things to her. I wont make decisions for my friend and they got her to buy it, HOWEVER when youre selling a $1,900 product on your website for $250 and then you go down to $99 what does that tell you? Its a bait and hook tactic. And it also shows how much they are inflating the price because from the reviews here they are conning people into paying thousands. For the life of me, I will never understand how anyone can live with themselves doing that kind of stuff, but they do. Im so glad I dont have to live a life like that and the same goes for my friend. She is one of the kindest people I know and many others believe the same. Even they caught on to how kind she was and took complete advantage of that. Its just sickening.

INTROSTEM SCAM COMPANY The items were purchased from a booth at the ******************* IN *********** **, from a merchant Introstem, aka Elevare, AKA Secret of the Beauty, aka Mazal Enterprises, aka ***************** Cosmetics, AKA *****************, AKA Her Styler, selling **** Lifetime warranty for medical grade devices red infrared at The ******************* convention show charging my credit card ALMOST $3K. The product was advertised to alleviating dark spots, muscular headaches, carpal tunnel, fibromyalgia, muscular strain, tennis elbow, sprains and strains, muscle stiffness, fine lines and wrinkles, stretch marks, loose skin, loss of collagen, scars, and many other healing elements. The product did none of that, results were not duplicatable. I was shocked and wondered how she was able to show me something very different at the booth. The only thing I could figure is that the cream that she used was what actually caused the results and had nothing to do with the items that they sold me. This company has been scamming many people, by misrepresenting their goods, products, prices, etc. Online, I found many reviews stating over and over again BEWARE, SCAM, customers stating the company does not stand by their products and various rashes caused by the products sold by Introstem. Review after review warnings by various consumers stated that they had also been scammed by this company. They have been victims of moisturizers that caused blotchiness and devices that were made out of cheap plastic with a lifetime warranty that was useless from a company that was unresponsive and did not provide what was advertised. They falsely produced a life-time warranty, *** cleared, stating they stand behind their products, which they do not do.

My story is not going to be much different from anyone else's, sadly. I had an allergic reaction to two of their products. I tried to return it after the first reaction and was told by the salesman that it was "impossible" because all the ingredients are organic. Store had a no refund policy. I went home and tried two more times and had the same allergic reaction. I went back to the mall several times and there was rarely anyone in the store front and once when there was all the salespeople were busy. Since I work 6-7 days a week I was not able to get back for, honestly, several months. I tried one more time and was told they couldn't take any of the products back because they couldn't determine if anything had happened to them even though only two were open (on one level, I could understand this). But I would have taken even half of a refund of what I spent. The only thing I was offered was an additional $3500 in machines which I was assured was a huge discount. No thanks.......
