Products arrive as promised and the quality has been very good. The products are as pictured. When needed I've been able to return easily, even though the mistake in the order was on my part due to ordering the wrong size fan.Lamps Plus, Inc.

We really liked the service we received on our first ceiling fan we purchased last year, so we're back. Also our maintenance Electrician said it was the nicest fan he had ever installed. We agree and hope these two fans will be as awesome, thanks.Lamps Plus, Inc.
