There is a reason they do not have ****** reviews. This is a scam of a company. The customer support openly mocked me for having an issue with my very expensive order. The order arrived incorrect and they not only refused to refund, they were extremely condescending as if they had zero fear of customer feedback. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEYReview from Darrell H

Horrible company!I made a mistake on the sizes and they said they were canceling the order without any resolve and would charge me 10% even though I had three day ride of rescission .Review from Karla W

Horrible company. I ordered some cabinet doors and checked them when they came. However it never occurred to me that I would need to check that they sent the correct number of hinges. Later when we used them (which was delayed due to covid) I found they did not send enough hinges. I contacted them and they refused to send two more hinges. Do NOT use this company.

Hello *****,You placed your order 10/20/2021. You must have missed the terms you agreed to at checkout that state you need to check your delivery within 3 business days to report anything missing or incorrect. If done at that time, we would have corrected it immediately. It is unreasonable to return to a business 5 months after they fulfill your purchase and ask for something like this.
