      I do not recommend patronizing MGP. I have a 2022 Kia ********* SX nightfall edition. I plugged this information into MPG website to verify that their caliper covers are listed to fit my vehicle. Their website stated the covers would fit. Upon receiving the covers, I had them installed by the Kia *********** Kia mechanic notes: ...there is a chance the covers will rub the inner wheels because they are not OEM quality and were difficult to install due to not having the exact fitment. Theres not enough front clearance for the cover to fit without rubbing against the inner rim. When I arrived home, I could not slide a sheet of paper between the rim and the caliper covers. On my initial call to MPG regarding this issue, ******* confirmed that my specific model (Rim) had not been tested and MGP would refund my initial cost. When I inquired about a full or partial compensation for the additional labor cost I incurred to have the calipers installed, MGP gave me a myriad of excuses and began to deflect to installment... from suggesting bending the product to purchasing wheel spacers to make it work. I would not have purchased the product if I had to bend it. That defeats the purpose and voids any warranty. In addition, they tried to recant their own admission that the covers were not tested to work with my rims. MPG refuse to take responsibility for the incorrect information provide on their website. **************** and product quality are essential aspects of a business. I do not and will not recommend anyone to do business with MGP.

      I placed an order with mgp on 3/8/24 for caliper covers for my wife's 2021 Lexus ES350. As of today 4/4/24 still have not recieved.Have called at least 4 times with wait times over an hour each time. Last call was 4/2/2024 was told order would possibly go out later that day but for certain the order would be shipped 4/3/2024.No emails no tracking numbers nothing.The total cost of order is ******. Im disappointed with the lies and misinformation. They claim the order is delayed because I requested a color change....this change was made the next day before production.Their wesite states custom order take 10 to 12 business days...with that in mind my order had not even been proccessed at that point. These people come across as a bunch of over their heads scammers.I certainly dont advise doing business with them. MGP just tell the truth and do people right and everyone can move forward and be happy but Im done with this company

      I have attempted to contact this company for resolution via chat, via email 4 times and via 2 phone calls. I was unable to speak with a representative. I ordered caliper covers for my 2021 dodge Challenger and verifed fitment on the companies website. I have verified these dot fit with several outside sources. They do not fit and are about 2 inches too small and brackets do not line up with a secure location. Instructions sent do not match the calipers I have either. I wish to return these at no cost to me as the company website mentioned that they would fit and they are still n original condition not used. Order number is 10-120169 placed on 03/06/2024.

      On 1/18/24 I ordered caliper covers for my 2023 **** Explorer with 2-day shipping. They were to be blue with etched silver **** logo. They were shipped on 1/26/24. On 2/3/23 my husband who is a mechanic attempted to install the covers. They did not fit my vehicle, so he proceeding to take pictures with a tape measure showing measurements and video of the situation. That same day being a weekend I filled out the "Contact Us" form on their website attaching video. I waited a couple day and ne reply. I called their customer service line on 2/6/24 and was #8 in the cue and it gave me an option for a call back in the order the call was received so I took that option. 2 hours later my phone rang and the caller ID was MGP *********************, when I answered they hung up. The next day I sent an email to their customer service again attaching a video and several pictures. I received an automatic reply with a case number but nothing else. I again waited a couple days. Today is Friday 2/9/24 I have been on hold 1 hour and moved from 16 in the cue to 12. I would like to return these for a refund as they are useless to me because they do not fit my vehicle. If I had received better customer service I would try another set but at this point all I want is my $351.09 back.

      Purchased calipers for 2023 Tahoe for my wife. When they showed up she did not want them on her vehicle. That have never even come out of the box. Impossible to get in contact with company to request a refund. Tried the online form submission with no response. Tried the call back option with no call back. Tried the online chat and no one ever joined. Sat on hold for hours on end as the next caller in the queue and nobody ever answered. How are you supposed to return something if you cant actually get in touch with anyone. Want a full refund as business is not allowing for returns and based on other complaints it seems I am not the only one experiencing this.

      Brake calipers were purchased online on 12/9/2023. They were shipped on 12/21/2023. The calipers were purchased as a Christmas gift by my daughter. They were never used as other changes to the vehicle were made instead. I have called at approximately 7-8 times. I choose the callback option because their wait times are ridiculous. I received one callback which actually hung up when I answered. I tried reaching out to other departments and could never reach anyone. I have started a minimum of 5 online chats via their site and never received a response. Their website states that returns are only accepted within 30 days of the ship date. I have not been able to reach anyone to get this resolved. It seems as though they don't respond to their customer service line because they don't want to resolve possible issues. I currently have a "contact us" form submitted via their website as well. My 16 year old daughter made this purchase and I don't feel it is fair for her to be out over 200 dollars because a company refuses to service their customer base. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

      Ordered custom caliper covers for my *********** said it would fit 18 inch rims or larger. I measured my rims twice and are at 18 inches. Ordered a set of covers for ****** and they do not fit . They rub the inside of my wheel. Was told to rebend the material myself on the mounting bracket and radius using tape and a crescent wrench. Spent over 200 in shop bills just trying to get them to fit. Last email from company just said sorry. That's it. Totally unacceptable for a custom made part that's " guaranteed to fit". Can't return either because it's a custom part..will send emails and pictures upon request to verify my statements.

      Called company after receiving email about an order waited on the phone for over 5 hours when it was my turn on the call it was terminated. Call back was was told I was number 17 in the que after I was 31 the first time.

      I Purchased in 10/24/2023 a set of MGP caliper covers. These were red with a Chevrolet logo on them. After I installed one of them when putting my front wheel back on I noticed that the *** calipers rub my wheel. I called their customer support and asked for a refund because of this issue. They told me that these were custom ordered and that there were no returns on custom orders. Thats fine if they dont except custom orders back, but no where did it say that they would rub my wheels after installation. If it had I wouldnt have purchased them and would need to return them. Please help. Thank you
