Worst company ever! Personally, they don't receive one star! They should be removed from BBB.Do not deal with this company as it's a scam!!!! Do your research. Look at reviews first.I foolishly signed on with them and when I wasn't receiving any royalties after they told me the book was doing well, they never addressed the issue. Always same excuse like "Amazon hasn't sent in their numbers yet."Then to top it off they sent me this false document from Waterstones UK saying Waterstones wanted to sell my book and give me an advance for ****** books at $78,000 paid up front. I just had to pay Pageturner $18,898.00 US first to cover some of the documents that had expired. That is $26,276.67 Cdn Funds!! This is a FRAUD! I contacted Waterstones and they said they would never operate this way. They get a lot of scams like this . Pageturner even impersonated one of their employees to call me and leave me a message.I told Pageturner I wanted to cancel my membership several times (via email) and they never sent me a cancellation letter. Instead they blocked my website so I couldn't access it . When I tried it on other computers, there is was!! On mine it said, "This site can't be reached."They sent me false royalty receipts showing no sales, even though the book was doing well, they said!All they want is your money. Do not engage!!I personally don't know why BBB would even sign them up.Would be nice if a class action suit was brought against them.
