I've shopped with Lunafide twice now and they are wonderful to deal with. Their designs are top notch and they are consistently adding new options. Their clothing fits true to size, it's especially helpful that they offer size guides. The website experience is smooth, even offering various ways you can filter down to what you are looking for. Finally, their customer support offers great assistance. Between my two orders, I've bought 5 items from them. In the singular mishap I've seen from them, a stiching that was unraveling, they were able to offer a return label, repair the item, and get it back to me, all at no charge.Review from Alana F

I had a great experience with Lunafide. Prices are a little steep but what isn't these days? However, the quality in design, textile, and uniqueness more than account for the cost. I had to speak with their customer service, not because of something they did but because of something I did, and they were quick to respond and were completely reasonable and helpful with their responses and solutions. Hard to find companies who truly appreciate their customers these days but, I believe Lunafide is one in a million.Review from Daniel R

The cloak I ordered is absolutely fantastic. Sure it took a bit of time to get but good things come to those who wait right? The quality is amazing and I couldn’t be happier with it. I’ve always felt that the key to true individuality is a bold fashion sense and Lunafide certainly provides products that make that statement. Go bold and never just blend in. Treat yourself dear reader and buy yourself something that says who you are. Lunafide and the products they offer is a great place to start.Review from Chris N

I now have a cloak and 2 robes, and I love them all. They are so soft and warm, and the cloak never fails to get compliments. Shipping can take a while, as they are handmade, but they are responsive to email, and in my case were able to rush something so I got it in time for Christmas. I absolutely love their styles, and I will be buying from Lunafide again!Review from Kameron J

I have contacted this business about 10 times via email. They say they will contact you within 48 hours, and yet they have not contacted me at all even though I have pleaded with them. They have my money but will not give me an update as to when I can expect my item. This company has no phone number so you cannot contact them by phone. Due to the cloak being handmade, it took a while for delivery. I am perfectly fine with that. The quality is top notch. The cloak is soft, warm, and stunningly beautiful. It instantly became one of my favorite things I've ever purchased! I had a question about my order and received an email reply in a timely manner and a follow-up email a few days later on top of the initial reply. I see a mix of negative and positive reviews posted, my experience has been entirely positive and I will likely order from Lunafide again. They truly care about making a quality product and maintaining open communication with customers.Review from David M

OMG I couldn't be happier! Between the quality and fit of the cloak to the help I received from customer service, every part of the experience was 5 stars. I took a long time finding a design that connected with me, and Lunafide hit it out of the park with the Harmony Cloak. The quality of the design and execution is off the charts!!Review from Jaquie T

The cloak itself is beautiful and well-made. The sizing chart was accurate, my husband has no problem fitting it. I wasn't clear on how long the process would take. I ordered it the beginning October for my husband's birthday at the end of the month but it didn't arrive in time for the celebration. I knew these things usually take a good bit of time but just to get a ballpark idea of when to expect it, I emailed customer service. Their estimate was very accurate. Basically, accounting for no-work weekends and holidays it took 30 days, including shipping. Now my husband has it; just in time for the first snow.
