Once the repair man came out to look at my furnace sent from Integrity, it took two and a half weeks for them to approve the repair. I would keep calling and asking about when they would send the **** guy back out and they said they were still reviewing my case. In the meantime, I ended up with an electric bill that was three times higher than my usual amount because I had to use space heaters for two and a half weeks. Integrity is a very poorly run company, and I would strongly recommend against giving Integrity your business. By the time I paid for the home warranty, The threefold increase in my electric bill, the initial diagnostic appointment, and the deductible for the repair, It would have been cheaper and far less of a headache to just call the **** repair man and pay for it myself.Integrity Admin Group Response

We sincerely apologize for the delay in repairing your HVAC system and understand the frustration this has caused. After reviewing your case, we can confirm that you initiated claim ***** on Thursday, December 19, 2024. At that time, your claim was assigned to the service provider, **********. On Friday, December 20, 2024, you contacted your claims representative, expressing that you had not yet heard from the service provider. In response, we provided you with ***********s contact information to help resolve any scheduling issues.
Following the holiday, we tried to reach you to check the status of your HVAC system and left a voicemail when we were unable to connect. On January 2, 2025, you contacted us again, mentioning that a technician had been on-site but had not communicated further. The technician submitted an estimate to the dispatcher at 11:36 AM EST on January 2, 2025, and we followed up with you at 11:56 AM EST on January 2, 2025, to discuss the estimate and obtain your approval for the uncovered repairs that were required in addition to the covered repairs. The Repairs were authorized that day, and according to the dispatcher, all repairs were completed by January 9, 2025.Your warranty coverage amounted to $781.00, with an additional $220.00 paid by you for the uncovered part of the repairs. While we always strive to process claims promptly, we acknowledge that the holiday schedules of local service providers may have contributed to the delay in this instance. Although we have not identified any errors in the claims process, we genuinely empathize with the inconvenience caused by the delays.
As a gesture of goodwill and to help address your frustration, we would like to waive the deductible for your next claim. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please dont hesitate to reach out to me directly. We're here to assist you.

I had nothing but trouble since I went with the company. I put in a claim s couple months again. Made several phone calls about the issue and never got resolved. Then the representatives have a nerve to lie in their notes. Then speak with a rude and unprofessional manager **** who didnt like the fact i wanted to cancel. is unbelievable to me that the company is so quick to take your money but when you wanna cancel, they want you to send email asking for a refund. As if they couldnt Do it themselves or send the steps in the email he gonna give me the address over the phone. so glad I canceledIntegrity Admin Group Response

We are truly sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with your contract and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. After reviewing your history, we found two claims that may help clarify the situation.
The first claim, filed on October 7, 2024, was related to an internal electrical issue. Unfortunately, there was a communication breakdown with the service provider, and it was ultimately recommended that you use your preferred provider. After several attempts to resolve the matter, the claim was canceled based on your instructions on November 12, 2024.
The second claim involved a leaking pipe. You chose to use your open provider, who identified a leaking faucet. However, as outlined on page 9 of your contract, the faucet is not covered under the terms of the agreement.
Regarding your call on November 29 to cancel your contract, please note that purchases and refunds related to your service contract are handled directly by the vendor listed on page one of your contract. Integrity Admin Group only manages the claims process and is not involved in the marketing or purchasing of contracts.

Our water heater went out. I submitted a claim. Integrity had no plumbers in their group in *******. They had me call my own plumber, I called ******* ******** in **********, Ive used them b4, they were able to come the next day. I called ******* at Integrity, he said to call him once the plumber saw the problem. ******* asked the plumber the problems, the reason which was normal wear and tear, the parts and costs. With the verbal approval from ******* that the water heater was covered, the plumber replaced and repaired it. There was a tiny leak at the release valve, we called *******, he approved it and wala we have hot water. I have nothing but praise for Integrity's customer service, follow thru and no procrastination whatsoever. ******* got it done. EASY PEASY. so nice in such a difficult world we live in.
