      Called to file a claim, was asked if it had been storming in our area. I stated yes said lightning probably hit our house so our dishwasher was no longer available for protection. Then talked about the drain in our kitchen that I was having problems with. Said it could be a clog but needed to be looked at. Said it clogs were not under warranty. Said he knew the contract better than me. Basically called me stupid. Was asking leading up questions just to make sure that it was not covered. Taking my money and not even sending somebody out to look at it to diagnose the problem.

      I had coverage with this company. I had a couple issues at home call them, once they took to long getting someone out to fix the problem so I did it myself. Second time they said the damage wasnt covered but when I bought the policy that stuff wasnt mentioned everything was covered. So now my policy has been canceled since 12-27-24 no refund yet. Every time I call them the goal posts keep moving. Its ***** or ***** or now ***** weeks for the refund. Which they owe about 1700 to 1800 dollars. I would recommend to anyone do not deal with this company. Its not worth it.

I have reviewed your claims in depth, and this is what I found.On Tuesday, 1/24/2024, you called in a claim that was ultimately determined to be for a dishwasher. We canceled the first service provider after determining that the appliance in question was not a clothes washer after you provided the brand, model, and serial number.The redispatch for the appropriate service provider was on Monday, 01/29/2024, and for whatever reason, you denied the service provider. As no other provider options were available, you were advised of the outside provider option. The claim was closed pending your response. On 12/2/24, a new claim was opened for a clothes washer, with an appointment set for 12/4/2024. The claim was denied because the failed partsspecifically, the warped spin basket, drive shaft, and suspension rodswere not listed for coverage.On 12/5/24, you were informed of the denial and asked to be connected to the dealer that sold you the contract to initiate a cancellation.From the claims end, while I will apologize for the initial misunderstanding regarding the dishwasher/clothes washer, I can find no procedural errors in the processing of your claims.Your refund will have to be handled with your dealer, as we only process claims, and the vendor who sold you the contract handles the cancellations and ********** is best that you contact the company that sold you your contract, as they are the ones that have access to your billing.

      Totally unprofessional! The representative I spoke to never mentioned the monthly fee, which was completely misleading. Additionally, I have never received the final copy of the contract, where all the fees are supposedly specified. Instead, I only received a sample copy (which I specifically requested to double-check the accuracy of the information given to me over the phone). However, the page containing details about the fee was missing. I have received deceptive and fraudulent service.

      The Integrity Admin Group administers home and auto service contracts. If you own a contract we administer and want to make a claim, we are the ones you call. We do not market or sell service contracts. For issues with them, you need to contact the sales company that sold you the policy.

      I called customer service a month ago to remove my payment information since I paid off. However the ** representative told me I have one more remaining balance to pay. I asked her to send me her email to send my all bank transactions to show as it is paid off. However she and her boss ********* disrespectfully yelled at me to pay the remaining balance and threatened me that he would cancel my policy. It is very unprofessional and a poor customer service that I have never experienced. As far as I know I have a right to ask any question to understand regarding my policy. I still requesting to contact & help me about the premium that I have paid over. By the way I really appreciate the claim department team who have done such a great job on time.

      Claim ******** name is ****** **********. Starting from february 2 2025 i put a claim that my heating system does not work properly. Apparently 2 thermostats that I had both was very old and did not function properly. It took Integrity group 2 month to elevate this problem. I did not wait and call *** to replace the thermostats.I paid for the work that was done by ***. It took more then 2 month to get a refund . I spoke to mane representatives like ***** **** that constantly was playing a pinf pong game until today i call and get the representative nad ********. He was very knowledgable guy and was very helpful. He resolved all the issues in 30 minutes and issue a refund. Thats kind of employees should hire the company then maybe there rate will go up

      I called and was hung up on 3 times. I cought a *** in a bad mood. Her name was ******. I don't believe I've had a more rude csr in my life. Kids these days think they can just treat people whatever way they feel like. They can but not on the clock.

      This is a scam stay clear! I had them for over a year, the first time I tried to use them they said that they wrote the wrong policy that there was no one in my area that acceptedthat policyand it never should have be written.. I had paid over $2000. They apologize and said that they would refund the money and write a new policy that I would cover my claim just give it 30 days to come into affect. I agreed like a idiot. I called to make the claim and it was refused. They were now taking out for two policies I tried to cancel the policies and was told they would not. The policies or cancel at any time policies. I had to go to my ************ to get everything straighten outnow they are calling me every day wanting payment for policies that I tried to cancel but they would let me. It has been 6 months and I still haven't got my refund.
