      i scheduled a cleaning with Tidy for today. I have a profile that provides express cleaning instructions. Those were not followed. I wanted to contact company to seek a partial refund but cannot find a working phone number anywhere on the website or internet. Even the phone number listed on BBB is not a working number. Company must provide phone number where complaints can be raised.

      I hired Tidy via their app for a 2.5 hour cleaning with one cleaner. The cleaner came an hour early, seemed confused but could not communicate or understand any English. He had a young woman with him. I was leaving to an appointment and managed to say I would come back at the scheduled time. The man returned after the scheduled time with a teen boy this time. He used a translation app to say he would only be staying 1 hour 20 minutes because there were two cleaner. The cleaner on record was ********************. It seems extremely unlikely that that was the name of the person who came to my home. The cleaners did not know how to clean, had dirty, cheap supplies and didnt seem to have a connection to the Tidy app with info about my home and requested tasks. The times I was texted, supposedly by ****, did not match up with when the cleaner arrived. In hindsight, I should have been more suspicious and not have let them into my home with my daughter and I. I started to feel very nervous about what was going on when they had only been in the kitchen and tiny front bathroom for the whole 1 hr 20 min and I saw that the sink and stove top were dirty and everything smelled like dirty socks instead of my cleaning supplies. It was so bizarre. I started to question them and then got on the phone with my husband and they grabbed their stuff and ran out of the house! This seems to possibly be a labor trafficking scam. Tidy seems to have no idea who really came here and does not vet these people. What a mistake. I had company coming, a dirty house and had to call another cleaner. Tidy will not refund me and told me doing a charge back was not friendly and would cost them extra fees. They want me to dispute with the cleaner directly, which is ridiculous since Tidy us the one who charged me and the one who dispatched this person to me. I want zero contact with this fake **** person. This is a safety and integrity issue. Tidy appears to be a scam business. If they are not, the should offer a full refund not a partial credit for future cleaning and take responsibility for their failure.

      We hire tittie to do a one time house cleaning for our home. The lady that showed up to do the house cleaning did a terrible job, and nothing was was cleaned very well carpets werent vacuumed or stainless steel appliances were very dirty and streaky and not clean it at all our wood floor was it cleaned. Our bathrooms sinks had leftover hair still in them countertops still dirty windows werent touched. The list goes on and on and we have photos to support this and we contacted tittie after spending almost $200 to get the house cleaned. They offered us a $35 credit which is unacceptable amount of money that was spent for nothing to be done at the home.

      First, this company doesnt show up on ****** but yet their site states they have ****** Reviews. Their addresses are fake:************************************************* - PMB ************************************ AND ************************************************************** 9262Their phone number is disconnected, also fake: ************** Much like others on here. I had a cleaning cancelled and reschedule with a Pro. This person did a horrible job. Spent 4 hours of a 4 hour cleaning upstairs and you couldnt tell the difference. Wont re-do the cleaning, wont refund, even though it says satisfaction guaranteed on their site and theyll come make it right. Forcing you to dispute directly with the Pro themselves, who of course thinks they did a great job. Wish I had done more research. This company is a fraud and I wouldnt trust it.

      I booked a job through Tidy.com and was not informed of the subscription fees that I would be charged. They are not very upfront about fees. I was able to find the fees for the cleaning services, but they did not present subscription fees that would be charged. I found out when I checked the billing history. They charged about 3 months back as well, which was interesting since I never booked a service in that time. I have reached out to them and asked to cancel the subscription. It was very unclear/not clearly disclosed that I was subscribing to anything, nor that I would be billed for several months. I would like the subscription canceled and a refund for the 3 months that I did not have or use any services.

      Back in June we set up a Tidy.com account to check them out as an option for our AirBnb. We never hired them to clean, we never had a cleaning done, we never scheduled a cleaning of any kind. They still charged us anyway. We were able to get a refund for the fraudulent charge, and we were ASSURED that the subscription had been cancelled. In July nothing happened, in August nothing happened. In September we were charged again, twice, in amounts that made no sense. Then in October, november, and december we were charged the full amount again, for NOTHING. After we had been assured the account was cancelled.When I try to contact them I get an automated response that claims that we have THREE properties in our (not cancelled) account. Watch your bank account very closely or better yet, just never give this company your credit card information in the first place. They are running a scam here.

      I created a profile on Tidy.com to request a regular house cleaning on an apartment I'm temporarily renting in ***********. Tidy charged my card prior to the service, although I selected the option only to pay after services were rendered. The first time the cleaning was supposed to happen, the house cleaner notified me that she would be 30 minutes late - since it was only a 1-hour cleaning, I didn't have time to accommodate that late of a start, so I rescheduled. Tidy charged me half the cost of that cleaning, even though I didn't cancel it on short notice, they arrived too late. I rescheduled the cleaning for 12/7 at 8am. At 8am, they notified me that the cleaner had canceled. After seeing all the negative reviews on this company, it's clear that they are not a legitimate service and they're taking payment on credit cards without providing any kind of service. I want the $32 credited by to my account and I want Tidy to remove ALL my personal information from their services.

      We arranged for a four hour cleaning for a 4 bedroom house and paid $189. We were hosting an event at our house and wanted a cleaning beforehand. I honestly do not know what the cleaner spent 4 hours doing. She didn't vacuum the rugs, she didn't clean the kitchen countertops (there were crumbs left under the toaster and coffee stains under the coffee maker), she didn't mop the floor (or at least, not thoroughly), she didn't clean the dining room table...I could go on. She didn't go upstairs at all, which is half of the house (all of the bedrooms and a bathroom). We discovered after she left, as we were doing the cleaning ourselves, that our expensive vacuum cleaner was broken- but the cleaner hadn't said anything to us. So now we're going to have to either pay to have it repaired, or buy a new one. When my husband complained to the company immediately after she left (over email, because you can't reach anyone by phone), he was told he could get a $70 credit for a future cleaning. But there is no way we are trusting this company ever again. We feel entirely ripped off. I took photos of some of these issues.

      I contracted with a specific pro through Tidy to clean my home. I had had a different person show up previously and had an awful experience, and I specified in the app that I only wanted this one specific pro. Tidy sent a different pro to my home who I turned away. I requested a refund based on the fact that the pro who I specified did not come out, and Tidy would only put a credit into my account and would not refund the amount to my card as I asked. I do not want to use Tidy in the future, so a credit on my account does me no good.

      Hello I used tidy.com for managing my San ******** professional cleaning business, the *************** I requested to cancel and close my account many application issues. My account still has not been cancelled by Tidy.com.
