I ordered two rings and other jewelry both rings were supposed to be diamonds One ring is supposed to be $7,000 from the site something told me to take those rings to a very good jewelry place. When I did they told me there weren't diamonds and one ring wasn't even silver. I called my bank had them put a stop on all payments to that company. I got all my money back from the bank Do not do this website their jewelry is junk

Thank you for your review. The items are as described. Please note we use a stone tester that displays the stone materials to verify the stones, so when your 'jeweler' eyeballed the diamonds and called them fake, they were mistaken, or worse, unprofessional. Stone testers measure the heat retention of the stone and that is not something you can see with your eyes. We have a 100% refund policy so instituting a chargeback to obtain a refund is completely unnecessary and results in a slower refund process since the bank takes up to 60 days to process them. We pride ourselves on our fast, friendly customer service. Also note, as noted in the item description, we do not provide values for the items. Reading the item description before bidding is the key to a positive purchasing experience. Our site has over 10 million users, the vast majority are happy with our service. We still find it frustrating when someone ends up with a negative experience, so we do our best with every customer to help them have a positive experience. I have won several items on this site and have been very satisfied. I took a ring to a jeweler to verify authenticity and it was as described. Diamond earrings were larger than expected and they also give you all dimensions and specifications of the item. Returned 1 item a month ago and was given a 100% refund. Regarding the jewelry sold on this website....EVERYTHING is originally from Temu, Shein, Aliexpress etc. If you find a piece of jewelry or anything for that matter online the new Galaxy S24 allows you to draw around it & then it searches the entire internet for it. EVERY piece of jewelry on policeauctions.com had the above mentioned websites as the primary source. Meaning everything that's being auctioned off this website originally cost less than FIVE DOLLARS. They even put the "Retail" value in the upper right hand corner of the jewelry item being auctioned. Some of these values are thousands of dollars. However when I search online for the EXACT same item, I can buy it brand new for $3-$5. Total scam.PoliceAuctions.com Response

Thank you for your feedback. None of the competitors you mentioned in your post are sources for us. You know nothing about our costs or sources. We don't supply values on the site, the strike-through price, as noted in the description, is a computer-generated asking price, not a value. Please do your comparison shopping before bidding. It's frustrating for us that people will post things like this, but there isn't much we can do about it, other than provide excellent customer service. The jewelry is fake and not as described. Low quality costume jewelry. ****** started to fall out of settings after short time. Shipping fees are outrageous. Very dissatisfied customer. Will not participate in any more auctions. You know the saying, you get what you pay for. Well, it definitely holds true. Dont waste your money! Sometimes people refer to gold-plated items as fake, but that is just an outdated-bias, since most jewelry is gold-plated these days. All items are as described. I recently bought a ring and it was delivered yesterday. It is beautiful. If its fake, I would be ok with that. I spent more on a fake wedding ring, (to wear of vacation), in the department store that doesnt look nearly as nice. I will take it to my jeweler to confirm, but either way, I am very happy with my purchase. I won 2 more biddings and cant wait for them to arrive.PoliceAuctions.com Response

If you take the item to a jeweler, please print the description page and take it with you. 'Fake' is not a material used in manufacturing, but if you take a plated ring to a jeweler and ask them if it's fake, they will say yes, since it's not solid gold. Nice costume jewelry, but it's NOT real. Bought some pieces and they're very pretty, but when I tried to resell to a jewler, it turned out they were not real diamonds. (I dont even think there are any diamonds on anything I bought, even tho it says there are.) The estimated value is fake. Only buy for fun, not for serious buyers!!PoliceAuctions.com Response

I have purchased many items and I love each one. One bracelet was a graduation gift for my grand daughter and she loved it! I will continue to participate in the auctions. Right now I am hoping to win a ring for my daughter. Read the descriptions and print all the information on each item. Again my five rings and two bracelets are so beautiful!! Bid twice on a ring that I liked and won. Was not really expecting to be as happy with it as I was, when I opened the box I was shocked at how beautiful it was. Very happy with my purchase and feel like I got a great bargain. Just ordered Topaz earrings and cant wait to see them.
