1 starThis site is a SCAM . I sent back a FAKE Diamond cross I purchased via CERTIFIED MAIL, over a month ago and they not only took my money but also have the cross . I havent heard a word from them. I highly recommend you steer clear AWAY from Policeauction.com Just read how many BAD REVIEWS they have, I cant believe they are still operational. I assume they are banking on the old saying A SUCKER IS BORN EVERY MINUTE

We test our stones with a portable stone tester that displays the material to ensure that the stones are real. In any event, if you are unsatisfied with your item, you may return it for a refund. 2 starsI want to know WHY I am seeing the same exact rings and earrings that I won the bid on??? I also want to know just where policeauctions.com gets their jewelry. It cannot be confiscated jewelry from drug busts because you would not see DUPICATED rings and earrings as you page through their photos. I have spent over $1,600 on policeauctions.com and I demand to know these answers to my 2 questions.PoliceAuctions.com

Thank you for your review. For general information on the site and the use of the name, please see the about section of the website, it talks about our 20 + year history. It is common for us to get large lots of items that are the same. We auction them individually, so it's not unusual to see the same item up for auction more than once. Also, as noted in the item description, the items in our $1 auction are non-government wholesale liquidation auctions. We recommend reading the item descriptions fully along with all the terms and conditions before using the site for the best user experience. We also recommend using the support ticket system when you have issues, you will get a faster response, typically 12 hours or less. And lastly, if you are unhappy with your items for any reason, you may return them for a refund. Just follow the return links on your 'My Wins' page. Thanks again for your review.Betty S.

You state: "It is common for us to get large lots of items that are the same." You have not answered my question (as well as countless other people who are saying the same thing) as to where you are getting these 'large lots of items' that are duplicated. It is our right to know where you are getting these large lots of jewelry pieces. To not answer this question is to say you do not want to disclose how AUTHENTIC the jewelry is so that we can verify the credibility, when you give a so-called value of the piece to be auctioned. I'm not interested in hearing all your jargon on having issues, how long you've been doing this, response time, return info. I only want my question answered as to the AUTHENTICITY of all this jewelry. When we spend all this money, we need info for you to back up your claims of their so-called worth. 1 starOrdered 4 rings and 2 watches. Nice for costume jewelry but not nearly the quality of pictures. Knew it was not authentic police auction site as advertised when I saw the same jewelry posted online later and same items with different stones.And the rate for shipping small jewelry is rediculous.PoliceAuctions.com

1 starbought an item, paid for it, a pair of earrings, when the package came it had 2 erring posts. I sent a msg to them and they responded, and refunded my money, It was a $60 item. Then the refused to accept my bids on anything after that. what a piece of s*** they are- i have a good credit rating and a valid credit card standing.....********...PoliceAuctions.com

1 starSad I must give a star. My package said delivered by local post office. Yet no evidence of the exchange. I have A *** tracker. They say to try **** alternate tracker number which doesn't work. Plus the sender does not get emails. Says my messages can't be delivered. Think people just have money to toss at these fools!PoliceAuctions.com
