    Tiktok temporarily suspended my account for no reason. They wont tell me EXACTLY why or what the cause is. And they are saying its until the 18th. I unfairly cant even log in to my account to file an appeal OR SEE what I was suspended for and they just keep sending the same generic message. They allow racism on there, sexual content, underaged kids, and scammers and NEVER TAKE ANY of the reports seriously, but suspend my account and wont tell me which post it supposedly was or why. My account SHOULD NOT be suspended until the 18th. Or I should at least be able to sign in to make an appeal.

    PLEASE READ WHOLE EMAIL TikTok name @michelle_smith209 Im in need of urgent help Im getting now where in chat on TikTok, they also did a escalation which went to the team and they replied to me asking for some video but they gave me no way to send them the information. Im getting extremely frustrated with the back and forth. I was sent a task (upload 3 product videos and add 8 items to showcase to get $80 coupon so I did the task and was awarded the coupon, however there is something wrong with my TikTok shop and Im not able to place any kind of order without getting the following error (something is wrong try again later) I have deleted app, signed out and back in, clear cache, added a new credit card, tried to place order without the coupon but nothing will work just get the same error message no matter what but then I go on my husband TikTok account and can place an order there with no problem. I have asked if maybe there is a restriction on my account a month ago I purchased coins and Apple double billed me then they refunded me but then you guys put me in the negative for the coins so I just purchased more and all was good so I thought well did a get blocked because of that, then you guys sent me a message saying to purchase items from spotlight and that was why coupon not working so I tried that and still same error, then I was told my account was not eligible for that coupon but that makes no sense I did the task that you sent me and was gifted the coupon now I have heard from no one else.     To whoim this may concern , i have an issue on Tiktok Shop which their reps are unable to solver with me . Now i m starting to believe there is a favoritism going on and that US seller are being blocked out . I been trying to list some VERY popular items in my little shop but keep getting suspended for all kinds of reasons like " wrong category " . Its a multi tool , no a weapon not a knife , its a flashlight for outdoors .The item is sold all over Tiktok but mine is flagged .     I am a verified content creator on Tiktok and its been months and I still not have received my payment for doing multiple different advertisements.I have tried multiple times to reach out to TikTok, after working very hard.The app glitched and it is stating my followers are fake an inactive, I have over 102K followers, and am verified, so that should not be happening.I have not been paid, and I do rely heavily on Tiktok for income.     A month ago i was told i would need ***** followers in order to go live then was told i would need ****** followers now i have 1***** followers and now: President ***** and the crew at tiktok has suspended my account secretively. Im running for city council and ran for us senate and i am a conservative.     I have rececently started an E-Commerce businesses, and wanted to use TikTok to promote my product. I have set up an business account and created an ad account, which I funded directly to service my first ads. TikTok suspended my ad account without any fault of mine, stating reasons as to: 1. strong associated behaviors of content posting patterns with known bad actors previously punished. 2. strong identity overlaps with known bad actors previously punished. Therefore, we are unable to reopen it. I have never posted on TikTok before, nor have I commented or anything else.Now the business is refusing to refund me the money I put on the account, due to the account being suspended

    I have been an active user in the ********************** Creative Challenge program since June 2023. On January 30, 2024, I went into the TikTok Creative Challenge homepage and noticed when clicking on challenges, that due to violations I have been banned from the program for 365 days. I have reached out to TikTok multiple times through Discord and through TikTok but have been unable to get an actual response as to why they did not follow their own consequence guidelines. Per the consequence guidelines, the first violation is either a 3 or 7 day ban (depending on the violation). I am still not aware of what exactly I violated as TikTok has only given me a generic answer and just lists possible violations. But I never received a 3 or 7 day ban, nor any other warning or notification that I had violated the rules. I was immediately given a 365 day ban that did not follow their own guidelines of the program. Being in this program was a much needed source of income for me, and I dont believe that it is fair that I was given such a lengthy ban that was not in line with their consequences. If I violated, per their own guidelines, I should have received a 3 or 7 day ban FIRST, which did not occur. Tiktok has been unresponsive in telling me why I was not given a short ban first, and how exactly I violated.

    Hello,I ordered 5 products from one seller on TikTok shop Anything is Wreathable on March 23, 2024. When the postman came to my door with the 5 boxes he said I need to pay the postage. Of course I was in dismay because the items were all free shipping. The seller confirmed as well. I paid $41.50 in cash and the next day he put a receipt in my mailbox dated 3/27/24. I replied to TikTok customer service numerous times. Sent them the receipt and pictures of each box with postage due. There is 33 messages on this issue. Now they closed my ticket without any resolution. I had to contact them again and repeat myself again with the issue. Supposedly my tickets were sent to experts yet they close the ticket,
