I wish I can say to avoid this company for any future parking but you probably won't know since it's supposed to be a quick parking experience. I found that the workers lied to my face and WILLFULLY attempted to get away with taking my hard earned money. My mistake was to trust what appeared like two hard working gentleman. Little did I know they were thieves. I didn't want my money back. I wanted to be respected when I confronted the worker. Lack of education and respect is the reason why I'll never stop by a place like this and always tell people to avoid UNITED parking. I will post this to many on social media so they won't be scammed. Please educate others on people attempting to scam "5$" parking. They forgot to mention that it's 5 dollars for the first 20 minutes. When I made it back prior to the 20th minute mark, the worker acted as if I went over the limit. Not only did he lie, he was nowhere to be found upon arrival. I had to wait. Which probably counted as "time". Such a shame our communities have thieves in broad daylight.Review from Catherine O

Dishonest practices: I went to the garment district. I was charged $15.00 to park at around 2 or 3 PM on a weekday. The people that came into the lot at the same time were charged $12.00 and also had the attendant park their car. I was charged more and parked my own car. I asked the attendant when the stores close, he said 7:30pm. I new that was a lie. They closed around 4-5pm. I should have looked around for a cheaper spot so, I do take some responsibility for my decision. It was mid-afternoon and I knew the stores would be closing. I am writing this as a review because I could have looked for another lot. The guy said this was what everyone charged. Again not true. The lot sign said $3.00 to lure you in, but that is for the first 15 minutes. When I left, I saw lots for cheaper that I could have used. I take responsibility for not leaving and looking for a cheaper lot but. I do believe the owners of this lot are using shady practices. It is a shame that people take advantage of people based on their biases or just because they can.
