      "i have been waiting for over 2 weeks for some replacement airpods for the nonworking new airpods that i have and still waiting and talking to more than 10 support agents that have diferent responses and the store manager told me to purchase another new airpods and when the replacement comes in they will give me a full refund that i found kinda unprofessional and i told him no im not spending 250 dollars for a new pair use them and then return them when the replacement comes in im sorry that is bad buisness i m super dissapointed in apple"
