    In February 2021, BBB investigated The Ridge Wallet LLC's business practices. This investigation was prompted by consumer complaints which allege the business fails to deliver orders and honor their satisfaction guarantee and warranty policies.  Additionally, some consumers reported a poor customer service experience as the company fails to respond to consumer inquiries.

    BBB sent an email to The Ridge Wallet on February 9, 2021 asking the business to address and provide BBB with the following:

    - Information on how and/or where consumers can communicate with the business
    - Details regarding the fulfillment and shipping process of customer orders
    - A copy of the business's warranty policy and procedures

    Additionally, BBB requested The Ridge Wallet to modify, substantiate, or discontinue claims made on their website (https://www.ridgewallet.com) that read;

    - "Free Shipping and Returns"
    - "We offer Free Returns + Exchanges and will provide you with a Prepaid USPS label".

    BBB's Code of Advertising Section 1 Basic Principles of the Code requires that advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast. Upon request, they should present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB. Advertisements which are untrue, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, falsely disparaging of competitors, or insincere offers to sell, shall not be used.

    Ordered four items - Ridge shipped only one. I requested a refund for the three missing products via Ridge's portal form (there is no telephone number) and have not received any signs of Ridge fixing this issue. I have also disputed the charges with my credit card company as it's been greater than 72 hours since initial contact and I have not received any feedback from Ridge.Image uploaded is for the one item I did receive.

    I have attempted to reach this business several times via email and submitting a form through their self service portal in order to get help and answer my concerns with my order. I paid for expedited shipping with this order and you didnt even ship it until yesterday. I want a refund back of the $9.00 I spent to have it shipped and brought today. The customer service is one of the worst Ive ever seen. *** sent numerous messages with no response. Why offer expedited shipping if you wont even do it? I expected more from a company who is so highly reviewed. Im very disappointed in all of this. Also the 40 percent off coupon you offered me via email doesnt work with anything travel related on your website. Why would I need 40 percent off another wallet when I just bought one? I would like to use it towards a backpack or luggage since I already bought the wallet. Doesnt really make any sense to give me a discount for only the products I already bought. I demand my money back. The complete disregard for customer satisfaction is shocking.
