We had our solar panels installed but had issues when our representatives stopped all communication our solar was turned on and running but we werent getting solar credit till two weeks later then we were told there was money left over from the loan that wasnt used for the solar panels and its been close to two months and we havent gotten it back our contract also states we should have 24 panels and only 22 were installed iv been blocked by three representatives and cant get any help reaching supportPowur Response

Part#1 We started the process to get solar in December 2023, finally got them installed in May 2024 after threatening to find another company. Waited a month for an inspection. Inspection did not pass. The electric company had to come back on July 1 to replace with another unit. Power was supposed to be out for 2 hrs on July 1 but was out for 5 hrs. Electricians returned the next day at 7am, Power was out July 2 from 10-5pm. July 3 electricians returned and power was out again from 10-5. I called to complain as this was an enormous lift and unplanned/unexpected ( I work from home, no ac, no microwave, no water from my fridge, no TV/lights for my daughter while she is out on summer break) I was told I would be reimbursed for the expenses I incurred however they only offered me $200 in a gift card. Ill post part #2 once we are fully up and running ( still not 100 ) I was hoping my scenario was an anomaly but these reviews show the organization of the company and speak for themselves. Hoping I get my full reimbursement as the promise to support their client after the sale.Powur Response

We had our project installed in 2023. The electric company signed off on the project in 11/2023. System was not turned on till 1/2024 and was told they could not remote into the system to turn it on and would have to send someone out which never happened. There is no solar being reported to the electric company. I have called and emailed to just get the run around that is has to be on the electric company end. Oh and to top it off I should have 12 panels on the house and only have 10. Our bill is ******* a month in the summer and guess what its still the same. Not only are we paying the same electric bill we are also paying for the solar on top of it. Worse experience ever.Powur Response

My solar panels are not what I thought it would be. Plus the installation was not explained to me nor was the price. They signed my initials. I was told the electric company would pay us for the usage of which I have used and have not received anything. Please check this company out and help mePowur Response

From the independent sales rep to the contractors and everyone in between, they were all very professional and helpful. The project went very smoothly and on time, except when the contractors went an extra mile to help me out with some other equipment installation. (The inspector asked us to get a permit for that, which I had to do myself.. and since I had zero idea what to do, it took me a long time to get it through.) This added much delay to getting the inspection done and get the Permission To Operate, but Power and the contractor all were very patient and helpful to the very end. Now my 27(!!) panels are producing so much electricity, I'm not paying a single dime, my battery charges all the way up to 100% every day (even on days I charge my EV with the juice from both the battery and the panels). I'm so glad I went with Powur.Review from Bob B
