    I ordered the body coverage perfector and blend and blur brush on May 15th. I have NOT received any correspondence as to when I can expect my products. My card was charged. I was hoping I would have had these items before my upcoming trip on the 28th but due to the holiday. I probably won't see these. I need to cancel this order and I expect a full refund.Dissatisfied customer.

    This company is a scam. Said after 2 months of excuses the package was delivered. I never got anything. Not responding to my request for a refund

    Don't waste your money. Not only does the product not do what it is advertised to do, but shipping takes forever. Mine was not shipped from the **, but from ******************* might as well throw your money out the window.

    Terrible customer service! My order confirmation was never emailed to me. I had to reach out via their chat feature to even get a tracking number. That being said, my shipment appears to have been lost by *** as its been in the same place for 10 days now. Westmore continues to tell me its out for delivery today which is what theyve been telling me now for over a week. I will be contesting this charge with ****************.

    Nice product but tends to get thick in the tube. Instructions say to shake product but not able to. It would be more spreadable if it was easier to brush on.

    My order arrived in good time. The lip, I understood to be a lib pumping not just lip moisture. I've used the tan for several years now. I sometimes purchase from *** when on sale. This is my first time to use the brush and I'm excited about using this brush. Thank you.

    Terrible product and terrible return policy - so much for 30 day money back guarantee! I will end up with only 1/2 after they won;t take the brush and paying for shipping and *********** NOT Buy!

    We regret to learn that our Westmore Beauty Body Coverage Perfector did not meet your expectations.   That is why the 30-day MBG is available for all orders.

    Your account reflects that you used the return portal to initiate a return of the Body Coverage Perfector, and a refund was issued for this item on 2/25/25.   An additional refund was issued for the brush on 3/7 after the return was received.  Since that item was not been included in your initial return request it had to be process manually, which can take a minimum of 10 days to process after receipt.  We apologize for any confusion that may have resulted.
