    Nice product but tends to get thick in the tube. Instructions say to shake product but not able to. It would be more spreadable if it was easier to brush on.

    My order arrived in good time. The lip, I understood to be a lib pumping not just lip moisture. I've used the tan for several years now. I sometimes purchase from *** when on sale. This is my first time to use the brush and I'm excited about using this brush. Thank you.

    Terrible product and terrible return policy - so much for 30 day money back guarantee! I will end up with only 1/2 after they won;t take the brush and paying for shipping and *********** NOT Buy!

    We regret to learn that our Westmore Beauty Body Coverage Perfector did not meet your expectations.   That is why the 30-day MBG is available for all orders.

    Your account reflects that you used the return portal to initiate a return of the Body Coverage Perfector, and a refund was issued for this item on 2/25/25.   An additional refund was issued for the brush on 3/7 after the return was received.  Since that item was not been included in your initial return request it had to be process manually, which can take a minimum of 10 days to process after receipt.  We apologize for any confusion that may have resulted.

    This is a terrible company! Everything the buyers said below is absolutely true. I have been fighting for 5 months to get my money back. They are scamming the customer on the online site to make a purchase every month. When I cancelled my order they continued to charge my card. When I returned a product that I did not order monthly they did not refund the money.

    Our records reflect that you enrolled online for automatic shipments of Westmore Beauty May 15,2024.  With this order the "Subscribe and Save" option was selected prior to checkout. This option includes a 20% discount off our retail pricing, free s&h, and an agreement to receive automatic shipments until you contact customer service to cancel or make changes to your membership.  One-time purchases are available without a subscription but only at retail pricing.

    Your 2nd shipment, the automatic replenishment, was shipped 6/14 as scheduled.  We did not receive the return of your initial order or cancellation request until after the 2nd shipment had been sent.  A refund was issued for your initial order when that return was received on 6/16.  The account was cancelled when we received a notice of a dispute of the charges for the 2nd shipment.  This dispute was for part of the payment; the partial chargeback was accepted on 6/21 as a way to refund that portion of the 2nd shipment, which tracking information indicated had been refused.  Although your account does still not indicate that this refused shipment was ever received, the remaining refund for that order was issued 12/11.    We apologize for any frustration due to the delay in the remaining refund but returning a product via "Return to Sender" without verifiable proof of mailing, oftentimes results in a package never being received back to our facility to process a return credit.

    Rest assured your Westmore Beauty account remains inactive with nothing further to be billed or shipped.

    Judging from your reply, you are not listening to what I am saying. It is very simple math. $79.20 was withdrawn from my bank account without my knowledge. Only on 12/13/24 did I receive a partial refund of $46.33. The remaining amount of $32.87 I have not received to date. This is very easy to check in my bank account. Please return my money in the amount of $32.87.

    The products are fine, but what is really unfortunate is the scammy nature of the company involving all subscription products. First, if you go to cancel, you will be asked---likely by a chatbot--- to put your subscription on pause. Then, they will continue to charge your account and send you products, even though you have it in writing to put the subscription on pause! Then, when you go to cancel your account, you cannot remove your credit card yourself or cancel yourself without speaking to an agent---aka another bot. When you do that and even email the company, ZERO accountability is taken for their mistake. If you dare use these products, make sure you do not do the subscription service. If you no longer want to receive products from them, I suggest putting. a stop payment on all future orders. This company lacks integrity and is just terrible.

    We regret to learn that you found the cancellation process difficult. On reviewing your chat, we note that you were offered information about options for membership management prior to connecting with a Live Chat Agent, as you stated that you had enjoyed using Westmore Beauty products.

    On 6/20/24 we received your chat requesting cancellation, but our records indicate that you agreed to a postponement instead.  We regret to learn that due to an error the next shipment scheduled for July was not postponed as promised and shipped 7/14.

    Your account was cancelled as requested when you spoke with us on 7/17/24 and the cancellation was confirmed by email the following day.

    As we strive to provide only the highest quality products and service, we regret to learn your experience with us did not meet that expectation.  As a token of our apology for the error regarding the postponement, a refund has been issued for the order shipped 7/14.  Please allow 3- 5 business days for the funds to post.

    Westmore Beauty's customer service is the worst! On 2 separate issues/concerns/questions- I emailed repeatedly trying to find answers. Both times no one would respond. On this latest issue, I used the chat function and the customer service **** ****** was hard to understand and extremely unhelpful and ended the chat abruptly on me, not asking if everything was clear or if I needed anything else. Over the 4th of July, they had a 25% off everything on their website. I tried ordering and the discount did not get applied to my cart. They were not helpful with this nor did they resolve the issue. Now it's too late to take advantage of what they advertised on their website. If they were customer-service oriented; it would have been an easy fix of just giving me a 25% discount code, apologize for the inconvenience, and go on your way. This company does not center around customer experience at all.

    We regret to hear that you had difficulty reaching us via email.  Our records indicate that the last email we received was in March which was responded to at that time.  Please be advised if customers respond to any unmonitored promotional or confirmation email addresses, an automatic response is sent to advise of this which also provides our contact information.

    Per your account you placed an order online July 12 which did reflect the discount as well as a free body coverage perfector.  Normally if there is a discount advertised online for a specific item or offer the price is automatically adjusted before charged.  For example, currently there is a 30% off sale on body products via the website; a 3.5oz Body Coverage Perfector will display a price of $34.30 when added to the shopping cart instead of the regular retail price of $49.  Only one discount can be applied per order.

    We apologize if you were treated less than professionally by any member of our staff. Thank you for your feedback. Rest assured, your customer service experience has been reviewed and will be used to improve our service going forward.

    TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Tried to return the product, was told to wait for a return label to be sent via email, then down load and print and return the products. After hours went by, I contact the ChatBot. I was given conflicting information, told it takes at least 24 hours to generate a label (which we all know is a lie). The bot kept suggesting I just take the package to the post officewithout a shipping label. I asked SEVEN TIMES before I was finally given a phone number to speak to an actual person. The phone line connects to a place in the *********** which must be a warehouse for company complaints. When I requested a supervisor I was asked which company I was calling about!!! After again getting conflicting information (she said we dont issues shipping labels) she agreed to a refund. I will check to see if its legit, Im concerned it is just another lie. Sorry I didnt check here, first. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS GROUP.
