    Package scheduled to be delivered 5/20 & never was. It then was updated to rescheduled for the next day 5/21, still no delivery. Im checking everyday for tracking update and also looked at my order details info making sure address is correct & everything was good on my end. Then more days go by, a week goes by and a few more days. I had reached out to both delivery couriers *********** *** told me to contact post office, so I called and spoke with a customer rep & was told that my package delivery failed due to not being able to verify address so I argued that down. I asked the rep what location is it showing at & Ill just go pick it up. The post office was literally across the street and it was 05/31. The associate working up front went to go check but my package was no longer there. He printed out a full shipping report to show me because he said the package wasnt delivered due to invalid address & I argued him down as well and also showed him the email with the correct billing and shipping address. I was able to take pic of the report he printed out for me and come to find out they missed a number for my apartment number, whereas its originally 4 they only put 3 but I have the full 4 on my order. I emailed their support the next day and still have not received a response. Atp I dont even want the product. I cannot & will not do business with ppl like this!

    Never received my package. No one to talk to in order to help me find my package of over $100+. *** saying my shipping information is invalid to make a claim. Both websites continuously say I have received my order. Various chats and emails are unhelpful and everyone keeps saying the same thing, except I am without my order. I can not stand a company that makes it impossible to get help! I was home the day it said it was delivered. I never saw it. I have checked every single day since and there is no package.

    I made an order on May 11, 2024, at 7:14 a.m. I sent an email on May 18, 2024, requesting an update on my order because this was specifically purchased in advance to receive it before May 24. I did not receive a response. I left a comment on their Instagram page on May 19 again inquiring about an update. They responded on the 21st. They told me what I could already read which was that my order was still processing 10 days later. They did not offer any other explanation or compensation, nor a simple apology for the inconvenience. I already know they will not respond to my emails but I sent another one today requesting a refund since the products have not shipped. Besides I wanted to be sure to have a "paper trail". I have been trying to reach customer service through the Shop App since that is how you're supposed to get updates on your order. I have been online with that since 9:12 a.m. and it is not 9:48 a.m. and it still says they connecting me. It went from 16 people being ahead of me to now 22. I do not believe I will get through here either. What they don't want is bad reviews but I only see social media is where they respond best. Aside from their ************** Operations Director that is promptly responding to the complains here. Any order you want should go through a dependable site like third party vendors. Otherwise, good luck. They fulfill orders that they do not have inventory for. BAD BUSINESS. No excuse to not communicate with your consumers.

    I accidentally placed an order for the cream and called to cancel within 1 minute. They told me first that I could not cancel because it's already being processed for shipping.I kept calling and I was told different things by different people that answered. One said it was cancelled and I'll get a full refund.A few days later the package arrived and I rejected it and it went back.I never got the Refund so I called my bank and disputed the charges. That was 2 months ago.I got a letter from my back saying that the credit will be reversed because ********* did not get the return.I HAVE NEVER experienced such nightmare in my entire life. This company has SO MANY RED FLAGS!I had to give 1 start because there was no 0 available. BIG 0 Stay away!

    Our records reflect we received your order around 6am ET on 3/20/24 by the time we received your chat request to cancel the order was already in process and could not be stopped.  Information regarding the 30-day money-back guarantee and return instructions were provided on 3/20 and 3/21.

    We received notification of your dispute and a response to the dispute was forwarded to your bank on 5/5.  At that time your account did not reflect any returns. On 5/14 we received your chat requests asking about a refund.  You informed us then that you had refused the shipment when delivered.  Unfortunately,returning a product via "Return to Sender" without verifiable proof of mailing, oftentimes results in a package never being received back to our facility to process a return credit.  The original tracking information was reviewed, which confirmed that the shipment had been refused although not yet returned to us.  But regrettably due to your dispute still in process, any refund attempted was declined since your bank had already reversed the payment via a chargeback.

    You stated that you recently received a letter from the bank that they would be reversing the chargeback and returning the payment.  Rest assured,once the bank has notified us that the dispute is settled in our favor (and the chargeback has been reversed) we will issue a refund.  Please be advised based on the financial institution's policy it can take up to 75 days from the date we received notice of the dispute and respond until the chargeback is reversed if dispute is settled in our favor.

    Placed an order on 5/5/24 and have yet to receive an email saying my order has been processed or any shipment details. They definitely have already taken the payment from my bank so they made sure to get my money. I reached out to customer service with no response. Poor communication, hopefully didnt get scammed

    This business signed me up for a subscription service automatically. I never elected to subscribe. Who actually needs a new 3.5oz foundation every month? It was over $40. They tell me it was my fault because I signed up "accidentally". I'm young and buy beauty products online all the time, and have never had this happen. Their website is deliberately misleading and SNEAKY. Please do not support this business. I want to warn future consumers.

    We do make every effort to make the offers for Westmore Beauty as clear as possible on our websites.  One-time purchases are available without a subscription, but the one-time offers are only offered at retail pricing.  When you placed your online order for a 3.5oz Body Coverage Perfector on 3/28, the "Subscribe and Save" option was selected prior to checkout. This option includes a 20% discount off our retail pricing, free s&h, and an agreement to receive automatic shipments until you contact customer service to cancel or make changes to your membership.  If a Subscribe & Save offer is selected the information regarding the subscription is clearly stated on the order page of our website, and in the shopping cart summary prior to any personal information being entered.  Additionally,before a subscription purchase can be submitted, customers must also check a box confirming agreement to the provided terms of the purchase.  We regret if it was not your intent to select this offer, however your authorization of future automatic shipments and associated charges was provided by checking the empty box to complete your order.

    Your subscription was cancelled 5/4, per your online request.  We received your email on 5/7 inquiring about the 2nd shipment and account status.  The cancellation was confirmed.  Information was provided regarding the 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.

    I have reached out to this business numerous times about an order placed with no response. That is poor customer service. I still have not received a tracking number or a confirmation date for delivery. I am starting to think I have been scammed. Very disappointed!

    I have tried numerous times to cancel my subscription and to return product that I did not want. They are saying that I do not have an account yet my credit is charged every 2 months. Their chat service is ineffective.

    My purchase of ********* Beauty Perfecter Coverage left me covered in hives and needing to seek medical attention and taking taking two days worth of antihistamine medication.*** made attempts to reach out to the company and forward a letter but no response. Its been over 1 week and still no one will speak with **** have live video from the time the package was open to me applying the product to my left arm. I am requesting reimbursement for medication and copay, pain and suffering with the embarrassment this event has caused me.

    the makeup isnt good, the quality and videos they advertise is nothing like what you get. not to mention if u get a subscription and want to return something they dont want to send your a free label. they made me struggle so much to get a label, until i could no longer return the package because it passed the return date when over their virtual chat they kept telling me they were extending the date until i was able to receive a return by mail, not electronically. all this for me to call and they said oh that was just misunderstanding from the last representative not to mention i had already canceled my subscription and they said they were still going to send a next shipment in may??? i dont want anything else from this brand. $80 dollars for something i didnt want crazy
