      I found that a charge of ***** was being charged to my account and it's been happening for over a year. I didn't authorize any charges like this as it's my card so I disputed the charge with my bank. I never ordered anything from them, but the company fought the charge and I only got part of my money back.After talking to my sons, he's the one who made an order on their website and didn't know it included a subscription service. Regardless, my son was 15 years old at the time and can't legally enter any contracts, especially a subscription service that isn't disclosed properly. I'm thinking of going to the *** because interstate fraud is illegal. A minor can't enter into a contract with a company, plain and simple.I want a refund of all charges since my son, a minor, can't enter into a contract.Your subscription is extremely questionable, but it's absolutely illegal with a minor.

      Wed like to clarify that your son enrolled in our VIP membership on 09/23/2023 by redeeming our new VIP offers, which are clearly summarized at checkout. To create an account, customers must agree to our terms and be over 18 years old. These terms were accepted at checkout before the order was placed.

      Regarding the chargebacks, you won four of them, and we were able to refund seven of the remaining VIP credits. However, six credits had expired, as outlined in our terms, and were unable to issue a refund for those.

      We can confirm that the account has been canceled. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

      False Advertising I was on their site looking at their $10 shorts deals. I navigated to the $10 shorts tab, found 8 pairs (all listed at $10.00 a piece). Added them to my cart. Went to check out and they were $14.99-15.99. I reached out to customer service to figure out what happened. The *** claimed there is a known issues where some items may be incorrectly labeled as free or have disc***ancies in their pricing. When I looked everywhere under the shorts, there is nothing stating any information that was added. If a company has a huge disc***ancy, they would post somewhere stating hey, prices may not be accurate, but there is nothing listed anywhere. I wanted them to honor their listed prices. They offered me an additional $10 off, then 20% off one item, then 50% off one item but would not honor the prices they have listed. 8 pairs of $10 shorts and free shipping should be $80.00 plus tax not $117.93 which is what they are trying to sneak in at check ****** reaching out to inform BBB that they are falsely advertising to trick people into joining their VIP Program and hoping they dont pay attention at checkout because nothing shows prices of your cart until you hit continue to checkout and get to the payment section where its all wrong! Then blaming it on a "known system error" Im also reaching out to ask them to honor what their website states. Im more than happy to make the purchase but it needs to be at what they are advertising, not false prices you find out as you go to pay. I asked the *** for $35 store credit to knock the price to just above $10/pair but he said he would not do it so I was forced to make the complaint.

      I place an order but they were too big so I returned them Order No ********** It was impossible to get my order fixed so after a few attempts I requested to cancel my vip. Then after the 5th conversation I was told the order was cancelled and so was the vip. Then they pants arrived in the mail after I received confirmation that it was cancelled. Then they did an exchange. I returned 5 and got 4 exchanged and I havent received a credit, I was also told that the vip was cancelled. Check the chat history. I want my refund that wasnt given from the 5th pair and I expect the VIP to be credited back. Im concerned that my payment profile says there isnt a form of payment but then you still charged me. This company is grimy and Ill never order from here again

      Under one email address they charged three different credit cards for the monthly fee or $69.95.Very misleading way to get you to pay a monthly fee. The check box is auto filled with a check **** and just states join VIP club. Of course, the small print says they will then charge you every month. When we attempted to cancel it was difficult the payment choices were hidden. After $559.00 in charges, I had to cancel the credit card to make this stop. So off one account three different "fees" were processed. Love their cloths but will never do business with them again due to corporate practices of sliding the VIP into the cart and not being straight forward with the potential money that will be racked up. I lodged a complaint with my bank and was denied any refund from Fableics. I was given a 14-page dissertation on how we signed up for the VIP by checking the box. I have had to clear three different funding sources to stop this. I also see that this is a common practice and complaints are a plenty.

      I placed a small order in June 2024. I returned it the next day and never purchased anything else again. I just noticed that they have been charging me $59.95 a month. I called them and was told that this was for a monthly VIP membership. I told them I never asked for a membership and was told I was automatically enrolled because I used a discount code for the purchase (that I returned), I asked them to cancel this membership, and that to automatically enroll customers is fraudulant. They said that they would refund only 3 months and the other 6 charges would remain and I could use them as credit. I explained that I never shop on their website and don't want the credit, I never enrolled, and I want a refund. Their answer was that I should have checked the small print. They still owe me $359.70. What they are doing is fraud.

      I join this company ***** membership pr I paying monthly for credits $60 and had not used the credits. I login in recent to find two of the credits we're removed from my account. Researching I found that they expired the credits. I wasn't aware they expired and therefore lot money. When I reached out regarding my concerns. I was told I could either get the credit or be refunded by ****. I hadn't gotten a response so I reached out again and spoke with ****** who stated that *** this company, the ***** membership program, where you purchase credits to purchase items.

      I have can into Fabletics multiple times each month starting August 2024 to request my account to be canceled. Yet they are continuing charging my debt card each month. This is very misleading and not okay for customers.

      Nov 2nd 24 I placed an order Nov 10th reported my order stolen or lost. Nov 15th I spoke to a supervisor Dre, I wasnt informed that a claim was made, and I will receive a refund Nov 24th spoke with Dre again I was told that the claim was denied and he will send it to higher-*** Dec 19th I also spoke with a supervisor Gabby she infromed me that she would do a store credit and reship Feb 3rd 25 I spoke with another supervisor named July who also offer me a re-shipment or a store credit. Mar 2nd I called and spoke with an employee. I spoke with a supervisor named **** on March 9th 2025 she told that I own mutual accounts with you guys because theyre more accounts under the same address, Im being FALSELY accused of having mutual accounts which is Defamation of my Character this is SLANDING This has token a toll emotionally and mentally! I informed **** that I dont have anything to do with no other accounts under this address I also informed her that where I live is a house/apartment rooms in bord where one room or 2 rooms is rented by a tenant separately. During the time that I called in 2024, I was always offer a store, credit or a re-shipment which I denied due to me being out of town and I will not be around to get my items when I spoke with someone March 2nd, ******************************************************************************************************** on hold to call a manager to get everything approved. He came back on the line and informed me that the manager approved everything and to call back on Wednesday March 5th 2025. The customer service is below zero I never experienced anything like this. I worked very hard for my money and to get told that I cannot have a refund or a store credit is very mind blowing! I really hope that you guys could help me with this problem that Ive been having for five months. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Why should I have to take a loss when all Im asking for now is a store credit?

      I contacted Support because I received an email today for 80% off everything to rejoin VIP but when I click on the link, the savings are not there. Mohad (Support **** told me to add them items to my cart and then when I check out, the pricing would reflect the discount. Well, that did not happen. I called back into Support and the *** told me that the items on the email were not included in the 80% Off Everything even though the email Fabletics sent said they were. Fabletics will not honor the offering they provided and are doing a bait and switch to make me spend more money.

      I cancelled a subscription to Fabletics months ago but every month I get an email from Fabletics saying my payment didnt go through. I have had to block them from my ****** and bank. I attempt to resolve the issue via chat to have the documentation and they just end the chat.

      Our records show that your membership was not officially canceled. However, it was skipped twice in 2020 and 2022. Skipping a payment only pauses the charge for that month; it does not cancel the membership.
