    I shop in this store I love the employees I thinks it foul how they have employees marking down milk cover expired dates with price down tags. Ring camera in the aisle. RACISM is a big thing with these owners and Ive seen it. Ive seen how they treat staff of color. Us south phillans are about to protest this store out of here. I saw mice running through aisle the other day told a cashier whom told me the boss knows of the issue but prefers to ignore it. The owners are never in store. The one lovely night supervisor whom stepped down was left alone in store and owners would not show up. Weve heard they are trying to get the east norriton store how when they are racist con artist who dont deserve this first store. They are giving grocery outlet a bad ***

    I made a gift card purchase from Grocery Outlet on March 5, 2025 for $25 to be sent to my friend, **** *******, ****************************************. To date, she has not received the gift card. I have called numerous times & e-mailed Grocery Outlet, left a plethora of messages & no one has reached out to me. My credit card was charged the same day of purchase. I was told gift cards ship in four days. At this point, I want a full credit for $25.

    Hello,

    Our gift card program has recently been experiencing issues and we have had to temporarily shut it down. Some orders went through prior to closing the program down and a few customers' accounts were charged but we have been unable to retrieve those gift card orders to process and mail them out. We apologize for this inconvenience and would like to refund your money for this purchase that we were unable to fill. Please provide the order # and email address along with a contact number that was used to place the order so we can look it up and generate a credit back to the credit card that was used.

    The owners of the store in a small town in ********* ** , are soulfully rude and unprofessional . the way they treat there employees is unacceptable . i have talked to a few of there employees and i have gotten a lot of negative feed back . they don't know how to run there business nor can afford to . the poor pay the less hours the employees have to work while hired on full time all because they cant afford to pay them is insane . these owners have no idea what they are doing , talk to the employees . they sure love to favor over others .

    This is from and regarding a former employee of the Gibbstown Grocery Outlet. In January, my Assistant Manager reported an incident where ****** verbally confronted her on the sales floor in front of customers,regarding a previous discussion about ******** conduct. Despite my Assistant Manager's attempts to avoid the conversation due to work demands, ****** insisted on discussing the past. After several requests, ****** stated that she would not respect or listen to my Assistant Manager.

    Prior to this, ****** had expressed dissatisfaction with my Assistant Manager's promotion, telling other employees she felt she was more deserving of the role. As a result, I asked my Assistant Manager to inform the Store Manager to send ****** home for insubordination.

    The shopping carts were all over the parking lot and two hit my car, cracking the front fender. I left my information with the manager and they have not contacted me yet. This happened on March 7 2025. I did a follow up call and still have no update. I went in to the store and was told they sent the information to the insurance.

    The info below is what I sent to the Grocery Outlet Corporate Office edited to just reflect my disability.Issues with Grocery Outlet in *******: This store does not seem interested in creating a good customer experience for those with migraine disabilities with volume levels of their entertainment sound systems approaching that of a bar or nightclub. Given I have these health issues that qualify as disabilities the owner refused to make any accommodation for me while shopping, particularly with the sound system, claimed there is nothing she can do about it and that it is out of her control. This is not true as I have done research and found out that it is computer controlled and that the system can be controlled from a monitor attached to the computer. In my case I am afflicted with chronic migraines and the sound levels of the store when shopping creates enhanced migraines and nausea resulting in my leaving the store before I finished shopping. All the owner tells me is that no one else complains and I am nothing about a complainer and annoyance. Reaching out to corporate level has only had it referred back to the owner. This is the result of that referral:Because I reported the issue to corporate Grocery Outlet the owner is now accusing me of harassment and has prohibited me from shopping at the store and if I enter the store, she will call the police to have me removed. To restate the reason, she is doing this is because due to a diagnosed health condition I was simply asking her to turn down the volume a bit in exercising by disability rights under the ADA ****

    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the behavior of the store manager (male) during my recent visit. Upon entering the store, I politely asked if there were any hand sanitizer or wipes available. A young lady at the counter was kind enough to provide me with a small bottle of hand sanitizer, and I applied some as I walked. Naturally, due to the alcohol content and the amount I applied, some of the sanitizer dripped onto the ******** I continued walking, I was unexpectedly confronted by the store manager in a very rude and condescending manner. He aggressively asked, "Yo, what the f*** are you spilling on the floor?" I was shocked and taken aback by the profanity and unprofessional tone. I calmly responded that it was just hand sanitizer. He then looked at me in a hostile way and pointed to a used bandage on the floor, sarcastically asking if it was mine, further humiliating me in front of other ************ a q**** person of color, I found his behavior particularly offensive and discriminatory. His tone and attitude suggested a level of ignorance and possible homophobia that made me feel not only uncomfortable but also unwelcome in the store. His actions were not only inappropriate but also deeply disrespectful, especially given the diverse community this store serves.This experience was incredibly upsetting, and his behavior indicates he is unfit to manage this store. I have also observed him smoking weed outside the store and suspect he may be under the influence while on the job. Furthermore, some of the employees present an intimidating demeanor, making the environment feel unsafe.The lack of professionalism, disregard for cleanliness (as the used bandage was left on the floor), and the hostile, potentially discriminatory treatment of customers are unacceptable. I strongly urge you to take immediate action to address this situation and ensure that no other customer has to experience this type of behavior. STORE NUMBER #*** - *********

    Hi. So I bought a bunch of cat food because it was on sale but it didn't say anything about being almost expired and it's almost impossible to read the expiration date printed on the pouch, Cat food pouches usually last for years but if I knew it was about to expire I wouldn't have bought it, so now I got a bunch of expired cat food...

    I went to grocery outlet about two weeks ago and was attacked by four employees. One guy and three girls punched and maced me. After they attacked me I left the store to go outside but they followed me outside. When I went outside they attacked me again and maced me again. After the attack I have been suffering from head trauma, migraines, depression and PTSD. Grocery outlet needs to be held accountable for their vicious employees.

    On or about 5/19/2024 I bought a pack of blueberries. I paid for it by Apple Pay. When I opened it to eat today (5/21/2024) it was already moldy. The receipt was lost. Brought it back to the store (the whole box untouched), ***** at the store refuser to take it back sYing because no receipt she could not be sure thai it was bought at her store even though she would be able to check because it was paid for with Apple Pay.

    I went in with a friend of mine to grocery outlet and all of a sudden he was bombarded with a black lady telling him he couldnt come in the store and I was like what in the world is going on here so I proceeded to call your human resources, lady, and with your corporate number I had and I had a conversation with her and we talked about everything. She was very, very nice, I told her that she told me I would get back with me and you never got back with me on the situation that took place. Well Ive lived here for 20 years. Ive gone in and out of that store and I watch the downfall of that store with the homeless people over and over and that was partly my concern. If ***** said something to the cashier, and by the way, how do you know you don't have any voice in there? It would be his word against hers. You have a camera, but if you have voice that is illegal so that being said, I have called to find out if he could go back in that store because when I work security, you have to have a trespass if you do not want someone to come in your store, but its OK for all these homeless people to approach me on your property and asked for money for burgers asked for money for whatever which is probably drugs or theres a mental mental health issue with them as well , but its your property and they do this over and over and its OK for them to do that to me. No, none of this is acceptable to me at all. What they did to him is called defamation of character, which means accused him of something when he walked through the door and instead of pulling him to the side and say something pulled that up on your camera because I was right there when that occurred so somebody needs to contact me on this situation or Im gonna continue to review right review as a matter, fact, I went and took pictures of the homeless in the parking lot and have them on my phone.
