I hired this National Tax Advisory Services, to help me to resolve my tax problems with the *** and already paid them. I asked the bank for a loan for $29,000 + interest and Im still paying but I havent received any answers from the lawyers, I hired the sin February, ****************************************************** the system.Business response

The claim in the voicemail is that the company is rated an A+ on BBB. When I visited the BBB to search about this business, it is actually rated an F and many people claimed that this was a scam. This is false information and misleading to others. Please takes steps to prevent this from happening to others especially vulnerable adults or those that are desparate for support.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:They are asking for information that has already been provided in the voicemail recording submitted. No, I do not keep a log of harmful and bogus voicemails on my phone. I did expect that my attempt of protecting others from fraud and misinformation would be so difficult. I seriously do not understand how these people sleep at night.

I am rejecting this response because:I do not believe for one second that this was part of a smear campaign. The caller was quite positive about the company, and was trying to sell me tax services. I am not the only person with a similar complaint. If the agent was trying to negatively affect the ratings of your company, they would not have done such a convincing sales pitch. I have every belief that this was indeed your company and you may be hearing from me regarding this matter in the future.

Call from ************ received on 1/7/2023 10:31 am Immediately another call from same number at same time and left the following message: Hey there I must have missed you. It's ******* over at National Tax Advisory Services LLC. I tried you last week as well. This is a follow up notification regarding the new zero tax program that is now open for you. It looks like you possibly have some past money that's due which we can squash with this new deal. Basically it becomes non-collectible but you must elect to enroll this month. So give me a shout back at ************. Again it's **** from CC at ************. Thank you and talk to you later today".Call from ************ received on 1/7/23 at 10:54 am and was hung up on Phone is from Company is a SCAM company. Never received a previous call from them. Except for today where they called THREE TIMES.Tracfone needs to be REQUIRED to use Shaken/Stir for their customers Am on a DO NOT CALL listBusiness response

On 07/27/2021 I made a contract with National Tax Advisory Services to negotiate a tax settlement with the ***. The contract was for upfront cost of $2900.00. They required manitory I give them power of attorney so they could represent me. They were paid in full as well as power of attorney papers signed. Since then, I have tried to contact them over and over with no results or communication. I want my money back the plus additional *** fees and interest and stop my power of attorney control. Their number is ************. They no longer answer their phone or reply back. I am scared and worried about the *** and their having my power of attorney control.Business response

Legal malpractice I hired them 6 months ago and they haven't done anything about my case, and they refuse to give me any info or updates. I contacted the collection agency in IRS the ones that they supposed to be representing me with and they told me that they haven't heard anything about a new attorney representing me.Business response

I called National Tax Advisory Service on 09/20/2022 to help with a TAX debt. we kept getting transferred from one person to another but they were friendly, informative and willing to help us for a fee ofcourse. We had no money to pay for their services so they encouraged us to get a loan of $3500 with our payments only being 130.05 every month beginning on October 20, 2022 through their counterpart *********************************** we thought everything was good and then on 09-26-2022 we received another phone call from *** at NTAS , stating they would be able to shelf our debt for an additional payment of $16,000 for our tax debt and wanted us to get another loan. I knew then something was up and told *** we would call him back the next day. I called the *** and spoke with a********* (ID badge # **********) and she helped me so much and i knew then that the company National Tax Advisory Services was a scam. on 09/27/22, *** called me that evening and I told him to cancel everything because we did not want their help and that I spoke with Ms ***** from the *** and she gave us all the information we needed for FREE. i told him that the loan needed to be canceled. he ofcourse was trying to be very persistent in NTAS helping us, I was firm in telling him I did not want their help and to cancel the loan of 3500. He stated he would send email or letter to the ********************************** to get the loan canceled. i thought it was all over with, then i called the ********************************** company 10/04/2022 and they said my loan was still active and they would be taking a payment out on 10/20/2022. i told them i did not want the loan and to cancel it but they stated a call from the NTAS is required too cancel the contract. I called back to the NTAS on 10/04/2022 and was getting the run around. had to leave message for *********** (loan officer) to call me back. still no one has called me.Business response

This company changed me over $3500 to help me with my Taxes. After giving them everything they asked for they told me everything was done. I filed my Tax this year and the IRS took my refund. Now they won't give me my money. I called the company and they put me on hold for 1 hour and 2 minutes and hung up. I called can and the guy that Answered was very rude so he also put me on hold. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes I hung up then I got a call back from a guy And he said I noticed you hung up what's the problem and I explained to him what was going on and he said well I'll send you a paper to refund you some of your money because we did work. I said well I paid you to complete a job that you told me that was complete in 2021 and nothing has been done. I told him I want all me money back.Business response

DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS A DIME!!!! We paid them $7500 to to settle our IRS debt and then gave them an additional $35,000.00 they were 'holding in an account' to make the settlement offer to the IRS. We took out loans for $25,000. of that which we are still paying on. They have completely disappeared. Finally rounded up a phone number that was answered ************** but was given the run-around for over an hour before we gave up. I have called 4 different numbers including a number that was a personal cell number for the************** who was working our case. I have been calling the numbers and leaving vm for over 2 mos. now.Business response

This company has REPEATEDLY called my cellphone, even though it's on the Do Not Call list, trying to sell me tax services.. They have been told to stop, and when confronted about the issue they are rude and disrespectful. At this point, I will need to speak to their attorney to resolve the issue. If we cannot come up with a resolution satisfactory to myself, and my husband, we will be seeking vigorous legal action against this company, and will contact an attorney that specializes in tcpa matters.Business response
