      In July 2020 we were contacted by Greenlaw tax, they had told us that they could resolve out *** debit, we signed the proper paperwork, and set up a debit out of our checking account the amount for us to have them resolve this was $4500. they took installments monthly until the amount was reached. We stayed in contact with them all the time, they reassured us to not worry about anything that we would receive by the **** Then in Nov 2021 they said we were going into arbitration with the **** This all happened so fast. They said that the *** was forgiving us $34,017.52 dollars, and that we would have to pay $8886.00. It was set up through ******************** payment we were to pay $326.98 a month until paid off. We were pleases, we also had to have our tax returns done by them for 5 years, and we had to pay taxes every year. We were fine with that. Here is where I am upset, I do not think they have gotten in touch with the **** because according to them they say we still owe them $ *********. We keep getting interest statements and the amount keeps growing, I have attempted to contact ****** and *** about these *** charges, and have had no luck in getting a response from them. I want the *** to know that this was disputed, and that we did not owe anything else except what the payments were set up for. I feel like they just never contacted *** about the situation. I want this amount to come off our *** record, because according to what we were told this was resolved on 11-19-2021. We will still have them do our taxes as was told in the arbitration, and follow the other orders for this ************* Act *** Abatement Hearing and Resolution Form. We were happy with the service, just felt it was not fully completed on their end. So if the *** could be contacted and told of this situation, we would be very happy, and we would like to receive a statement from the *** that this has been resolved.

      Our third party has been working with the Morrisons and explained to them that we can get them in CNC.  This program will wipe out their debt and they will never had to pay on it.  There are some things that have to be done before that can happen.  Its a little frustrating to hear that "We are no where closer that we were,"  We find that to be an exaggeration and frankly untrue.

      I am rejecting this response because: They still never explained to ** about the $8886.00 that they charged **, But they did contacted UCFS and that amount of "the Loan" as they say it is, is now closed. So we are getting a refund for the 16 months of the "LOAN" we paid on to ********************************** I am still like WHAT LOAN ??? It was suppose to be payments to the **** I called UCFS myself, on May 5th, 2023 and talked with them personally. SO they told me we were getting the refund not Green *** tax.   Now, that 1/2 of our money is coming back, We are requesting our $4500.00 back for *** TAX resolution as stated on our contracts. WE have complied with everything that they have asked from **, however, they have not kept up with their end of their responsibilities listed in Section 2 of the contract, also the contract was breeched from the date that it was signed the 2nd time on 10/08/2020, it expired on 10/08/2021 365 days after the date that is says on the contract and they supposedly went to arbitration with the *** on 11/19/2021. 38 days after the expiration of the contract/ This was after the contract expired, and they sold our legal services to UCFS, pretending to tell ** that we owed the *** $8886.00 and not providing the services they said they were to do for **, But telling UCFS that it was for legal fees, Which we had already paid in the amount for $4500.00. Now they want ** to do a CNC and have ** put a 10 year lien on our house so we won't pay the tax, ever, Why would we put a lien on our home? What if something happens, then we are frozen for 10 years. This is their solution for **. We contacted the Inspector General of the ****************** in ************* and we are waiting for someone to contact **. We have already submitted all the documents, paperwork, and e-mails to them and have received a letter back telling ** someone will be contacting ** about this case of tax debt fraud.  We also have sent the same documents, paperwork, and e-mails to ********************* who is the State of ************ Attorney General. We are awaiting for a response from them as well. We also sent the same to the *************************** We have been scammed, and want our $4500.00 back that we paid for services that were never completed plain and simple.

      Green law tax group was suppose to help me with my *** bill. I was told that I had to give 300 a month. And i did since march2022 I would call and try to get information and I was told it takes time I finally got a letter from the *** of the same bill when I tried contacting all the numbers and emails I had of the suppose to be lawyers and none of the numbers worked. I pretended to be someone else needing help and I was given a number to contact them and when I did I let this person know who I was and I felt like I was being robbed they hung up on me and now I'm being contacted from their attorney named **** who has no idea what's going on I disputed with my bank and was only able 3 months back. I need some documentation to show my bank this is fraud.

      This has been going on about a year or so. I was high presured to get a loan to pay them up front, They made many promises and i still have yet to here from them. No return calls or any emails to date. 10/01/22 I have been taken advantage of to the tune of two loans for about $ 15,000 total. I have been paying on them all this time thinking something is going to happen soon... nothing at all. no emails , no calls answered, nothing. I am therefor stopping any future payments for these loans as i cant afford to pay for nothing. This company is a scam and takes advantage of people for there on benefit. No more scams in my life.... i am over the dishonesty that is prevelant everywhere. Please help assist me in recovering all of what i paid for these loans. I am not paying another dime.

      I was solicited by this company to assist me with making an offer in compromise on back tax debt with the IRS. I paid $3500 in good faith to have the company act on my behalf to negotiate, settle and resolve an overwelming back tax obligation. This company neglected to contact the IRS for me during crucial deadlines. They passed me around, they did not update me or innate and type of communication. When I finally learned that my case was denied by the IRS it was through a Federal Tax Lien notice. The could have intervened and made an installment agreement for me. I had to to deal with the IRS. My final communication with this company I asked the as my attorneys and my representative for a log disclosing. everything that did while under contract with me for the $3500 that I paid to them. I paid $3500 to have a few phone calls, file come papers that I had to fill out and most the people who worked on my file don't work there. I had to repeat my case to multiple individuals who didn't't have a clue about the sensitivity and facts in my case. They became condescending, rude and they even spoke aggressively with me on occasions. I explained that I wanted a refund or partial refund as they dropped the ball and did not finish the job. They called back weeks later trying to sell me a $12,000 package. These people are unethical, they prey on the vulnerable, they should not have a license to represent tax payers and they have harmed me beyond my comprehension as I trusted them and they completely threw me and my case aside when I told them I don't have $12,000 for them to start over or ever $1200 or $12 for that matter. I want others to know that they should not use this company and I want this company to account for me time spent, takes completed, calls made, letters written in a final accounting or I want a refund. They collected my money mailed a few letters and forgot about me and got me into a tax lien that I have to work no to get out of.

      I reached out to Green Law to initially help settle *******************. They assured me they would handle this request and that I qualified for "******* tax debt relief program" and that they would take care of everything after I supplied them with all requested information. All information was submited and then came the constant calls for payment. This was a huge lump of cash and they took advantage of the situation I was facing. They connected me with an outside credit company where I took a massive loan out to pay Green Law. Immediately after payment, the calls stopped and there was no word from Green Law. I have voicemails saved of the numerous times Green Law reached out for payment. The times that I did reach out to them for updates on my case, they gave me a roundaround story and kept insisting I needed to fill out additional documentation. I asked them to please provide me we a detailed report of everything they have submitted ********** for my case and they have not until this date (months later). I do not believe they even remotely worked on my case as they cannot produce any information for me. This place is a SCAM.

      I contacted Greenlaw Tax Group in March 2022 after receiving a NYS Taxation & Finance warrant. I spoke to ********** who advised that it would be resolved. She advised that she had to do a "soft pull" credit check which ended up being a hard pull and affecting my credit score. I was forced into taking out a $10,200 loan to get both my Federal IRS and NYS taxes resolved. Greenlaw assured me that they had contacted both the IRS and NYS Tax to protect my assets. After not hearing from them since March after they were paid, I sent an email asking for status in which ************ and ************* called me and attempted to have me take out another loan for $9500 so that they could file a hardship case for me. I refused a 2nd loan which would've caused me a financial hardship and advised them that I was told by ********** that my initial loan would take care of everything. Since refusing the 2nd loan, I have not heard from Greenlaw Tax and I called NYS Taxation and the IRS only to find out that the only thing that they did was call in for information about my back taxes and submit a POA but there wasn't any additional protection of assets regarding my issue. They've done NOTHING and I have since filed ALL of my back taxes myself paying an additional $1100 to tax preparers to get done what they were supposed to. Had I seen all of the complaints filed with you for this company I would've never gotten involved. I have since paid the initial loan off in full so I am seeking a FULL refund sent to me for them doing absolutely nothing on my behalf. They are the worst and once you don't agree to all of these loans they basically drop your case.

      I am writing this letter regarding services I received from Greenlaw Consulting Group (GLCG). On or about 1/26/2021, I signed a service contract with Greenlaw Consulting Group, Inc (GLCG). The term of the service agreement was 365 days from January 26th. I paid $8150 to GLCG to perform services listed in Section 2. Scope of Representation Services and Section 4. Fee Calculations Table of the Agreement. More specifically, GLCG was supposed to prevent involuntary collection activities from the *** and/or state tax authorities such as the ******************* (***) as well as file tax returns for 2020 and 2021. On or about, 5/24/2022, my employer received an Earnings Withholding Order for Taxes from the ***. On 5/31/2022, GLCG convinced me to take out two high-interest loans in the amounts $15K and $12K to pay for back taxes. Both loans were paid directly to GLCG. On or about 6/23/2022, I called the *** and the *** and was told my 2020 and 2021 taxes were not filed. The *** said the last contact with GLCG was on 6/14/2021 and the *** had no record of being contacted by GLCG at all. There is no proof that GLCG performed the services listed in my 6/20/2022 letter to ******************. GLCG inflated their list of services and reduced my refund to $3,085. They billed me for services that were not performed and did not provide proof for the listed services and I have not received a copy of my case file as requested on numerous occasions. I will appreciate your assistance in resolving my complaint. I would like a full refund from GLCG for the full cost of the service of $8150. Enclosed are copies of correspondence between myself and GLCG. Thank you in advance for your help. I paid $6,500 for initial attorney fees and $2,000 initial and 10 of 11 monthly installments of $898.73 to escrow account for estimated tax resolution. On 4/26/2022 GLT contacted me stating that my 2021 return was not filed on time resulting in an additional fee of $10,205, for research and resolution. My accountant had filed an extension and my return on time. The IRS read my 2021 report on 6/20/2022. I have paid GLT $29,591. On 6/6/2022 I contacted IRS Agent ***. ****** - ID: **********; Special Conditions Department *************) to check on the status of resolution of 2019 tax debt. She offered to initiate a on-time tax forgiveness action. I received an IRS letter ***** of 6/15/2022 stating the action was approved. On 6/20/2022 i received IRS Notice **** stating my 2021 overpayment was being applied to 2019 debt. On 6/27/2022 I received Notice CP21A stating I owed $1,942.57 for 2019 interest which was paid 7/15/2022. I have contacted GLT for refund on 6/6/2022, 7/5/2022, 7/6/2022, 7/7/2022, 7/12/2022. GLT either will not take my calls or differ on some lookup issue. They have avoided negotiation to resolve this issue. The last persons talked to were *************** and ************. I have submitted a complaint with the Attorney General of Texas on 7/16/2022 and with the Attorney General of California.

      On May 24th I paid Greenlaw Tax $**** for lawyers help with hardship against a tax debt. I have yet to hear from them? I have also got the same statement from the IRS? I need this resolved as soon as possible or either a refund! Please Help.

This was a couple of weeks ago. I haven't gotten an update from them or the IRS yet so my case has not yet been resolved. Thanks for your updates.
