My husband purchased this item from Big Country Sport Goods online. They charged him $43.76 for a arrow kwiver which he never received however the amount was debited on September 19, 2023. I tried to call the company at ************** which is the only number I could find for them by googling online. It went straight to voicemail with no company name on the recording. I have attached a copy of the supposed receipt from the purchase that they sent my husband to his email address *****************,com and a copy of my online bank account showing debited amount.Business Response

Sorry this did not work out. We emailed your husband at ********************** letting him know that your quiver was on backorder, as stated on the website as well. Your order has been cancelled and refunded. It sometimes takes a few days to show up on your online banking statement. That is not our phone number. All you needed to do was respond to any of the emails we sent.

On 4/4/23 I ordered a magazine clip for a rifle. Paid $35.74 plus $6.95 shipping for total of $42.31.I have email form them confirming receipt of the order and then another saying on back order. Same date at order..on 4/4/23. I have emailed them twice to cancel my order and to no avail. No more communications from them. With no phone contact make this really hard. On 03-08-23 Ii placed two orders with the business for fishing equipment. Orders, $17.15 and $26.50, totaled $43.65. I was notified the lures were on back order and not available. My credit Card, Mastercard, was then billed for the order. I did not receive the merchandise. I have made many attempts to contact the business, Big Country Sports, at the supplied number ************** for clarification, although the store advertises "open 24 Hours", I have only reached an answering machine. Order #****** for total of $25.80.2 packs of **0 piece Remington #** primer caps for black powder.FYI a complaint I just read from a few days ago about the same product and the business replied with a bunch of lies saying that they don't carry primer caps. I also saw options for Venmo and Paypal.I was charged immediately and decided to check my order status only to see "waiting for fulfillment" meaning that it was not in stock which is the opposite of what website said when I ordered. I noticed no contact info except ********** address that was not a link at bottom of the page so I copied the address and sent an email asking for a cancellation of order and full refund. On May 26, 2022 I placed an order for 3 pistol magazines at a cost of $19.67 each. With tax and shipping my order totaled $66.29. . I got a single email from the company saying the items were backordered for a few weeks. Five months later, I have still not received my order and have received no further information from the company, even though I was charged the full amount immediately after placing the order. I figured this on line store was a scam.when you ship primers(for reloading ammo) you are suppose to send it hazmat,its the federal law.I put some primers in the cart and went to check out and they were just going to send it usps.(no hazmat) hazmat is required by law for shipping.CROOKS.also if they only let you pay with Venmo,PayPal,or something else other than your banks debit card its a scam. these crooks know how rare it is to be able to even find primers online that theyre acting like theyre selling them and stealing peoples money.these crooks will burn in eternal h***Business Response

I placed an order in March 1, 2022 for 2 rod and reel combos. I paid $289.93 total for this order. I was initially told that the order would be fulfilled in a few weeks. After a month I had to check in with the company about the status of my order. They said it would be a few more weeks. I waited a few more weeks and had to ask again. I never received any order updates in regards to this purchase. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with all of the supply chain issues but now I am seeing that this company is just a scam company that takes order and money for products they do not have and will not have. I hate it had to come to this, but I need my money returned to me in full withing 7 days of this complaint being posted. I have been very patient with this company, but I will not wait 7 months for a refund. Make this right Big Country Sporting Goods. It is the least you could do.Business Response
