******** can reach out to her assigned SPOC - we do reflect the payments so her exact status she will need to discuss with him - also reviewing her billing statement - it does not agree with her accusation of not showing payments since June

Insurance nightmare! Our home has significant damage from water. We filed an insurance claim with our home owners insurance. They wrote out the check to us and to SN servicing. SN Servicing asked for everything the insurance asked for:1. Copy of adjustors report 2. Pictures of Damages 3. Contractors bid 4. Contractor W9 form 5. Pictures after completion of work.6. ********************* They want all the work to be completed before we see a *****. HOW are we supposed to complete the work without the CHECK?!?!?!?

Their customer service sucks. So called mortgage specialist doesn’t care about customers. They extorted money from the lender who make payments on time, never late and trapped me to end up paying for so called late fees after changing the payment cycles. The mortgage specialist did not warm me for the trap and he had no resolution to make up for my loss. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

************************* and *************************** in customer service were rude to me when I was asking for then to provide me with pay off on my home mortgage. And proof of mortgage for another company to refinance my home loan. When I sent in a signed document from the new lender that I signed to give them permission to release the information to the new lender they said that I had a computer generated signature of the paper.and they hang up on me . They tell me that it takes the company 3 to 5 days to retrieve the pay off information. So far I have been trying to get this information for a week and they keep making ascertain that it takes time to give me the pay off information.

This mortgage company is the worst. I leave message with no return calls. No operating hours on Saturday to make payments. My mortgage was sold and I cannot even get a statement from them and I find out my payments are not being reported to the credit bureaus. All I hope is that they sell my mortgage. One star is too good for them.

I have had a horrible experience with this company today. I have been making payments and have paid my mortgage up to November. I was told I couldnt pay my mortgage that far up because thats not normal. I was told people normally pay their mortgage month to month, I asked what law am I breaking by paying ahead. The representative told me Im throwing everything off by paying so far ahead. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I spoke to **************** was very rude with me. She told me they applied my recent payment I made June 22nd to the principal only. I asked who gave **** permission to put the money where you chose. She told me the smart thing to do is pay the principal down instead of paying ahead. I told her you dont know everyones situation, so you can just tell someone how to pay their bills. She began to say she is 69 years old and been around a long time. When making payments online, it doesnt split up the payment or advise you how to pay the payment. It doesnt let you know that you are ahead too many months and payment will be put towards the principal. I emailed the company to do a complaint and **** was the one to call me back. She said no matter what its going to circle back around to her. She continued to be rude to me. She said we fixed your payment situation what else do I want. I told her thats no longer the issue, my issue is how I was treated by you and the other employee. I told her she doesnt understand everyones situation so you cant expect someone to pay how she feels its best. I have been trying to reach higher up but they keep sending it back to ****. I have never experienced people be so rude and upset about someone paying their bills on time and ahead of time. So sad and someone needs to step in to help because they are taking advantage of people. The workers are rude and nasty and you cant accomplish anything when you are dealing with people on the other line who wont listen, and who talks disrespectfully to the clients.

Interesting when SNSC replies here, it's just the same ol' "blame the customer." We can't all be wrong! Their ratings and these comments speak volumes to how this company ACTUALLY operates. I encourage everyone to never talk to them on the phone. Do not pay over the phone. If you pay online SCREENSHOT every page. Do everything via email so that you have black and white proof of their errors and lies. Make sure you keep your emails sent to them as well, as SNSC erases yours when they reply. We have switched to paper billing so we have proof of errors in our bills. One bill accused ** of not paying for three months, when our banks gave ** the day and time payment was processed. When I pointed out the error to our account manager, she sent me a screenshot, showing that their "system" showed the payments were made. *****, explain the paper bill saying we hadn't. Um, that's fraud! I'm wondering how many people, especially older people, that *** not realize it, have had this done to them. It seems like a perfect way for them to take money under the table. Just speculation, of course! ;) Demand more from SNSC. Keep records and take them to a lawyer. File a claim at CFPB - they can take claims to a federal level. You can also file at your states ****
