these people talk nice at first then try to make things up which we're not talked about and charge more money. I called told them I needed a oil pressure sensor replaced, he said $130.00 labor plus the part, I specifically told them Im on a budget thats all I want done, he said Finland he would throw in a level one check free no charge, he calls me back and tells me their are 45 codes going on and told me it would take 3hrs to figure out what's going on with it. I said no put the part on and ill pay you the labor and the part like we talked about, he said if he put the part on it would be close to $400.00, the part is only $50.00 the total should have been under $200.00. their never was a contract to what we talked about on paper and nothing was signed. so he wanted me to pay$130.00 labor to get my car without the part. I told him that was not what we talked about im not paying you for something we did not talk about. we the tech gave my keys to the manager he set the keys behind the desk and the tech left the room I I grabbed the keys he grabbed my wrist I took off and he called the police. he made a false report saying he had a wittness me grabbing his wrist which is a lie and now I have to go to court.this place is trying to get money for things that don't exist, may car had a code to replace one thing the oil pressure sensor that all I wanted, my car is in tip top shape otherwise, I just had dealer work done their is no way anything is wrong with my car.
