      They promoted my business and had critical details like my phone number incorrect so basically I was ripped off for a few months, as Im trying to gather receipts for taxes the number they have listed just hangs up on you. I cannot gather the details. I need to file a complaint because they dont answer their phone.

      Paid them for several advertising services that they have not provided my ads were wrong I called several times to fix on my ads i even gave them key words and what to put on the ads they didnt fix it my ads didn't even have my company name on them

      They are showing invalid information using ******* Landscaping's name, image, and information they are taking all the credit for all the photos that they have of ******* Landscaping and the good jobs they do.

      I CANNOT explain enough to stay away from this company and should be looked at as a scam. I paid thousands when they said they could put me at the top of a ****** search list and have no issue doing so if they could deliver results. I had a well established ****** page with a ton of 5 star reviews. I had an established website that was *********** and worked great. I decided to hire the said SEO company to run a part of my business that I already had established to let me focus on things like sales. After a couple of month without showing results actually 0% result they reassured me that they would get those results and gave me a free month. After that month I decided to look up my ****** page myself and to my surprise it was completely gone. My hard work of 8 years worth of reviews gone in a couple of months. ****** removed my page after info was edited that didnt reach their guidelines. My address had been changed to just a city which ****** doesnt allow a business to operate without an operating address. I was baffled; I mean I worked for 8 years to do people right and post pictures all for a company to have that taken away. The only thing local splash did was create a website that was from a template. The template was basic and nothing like my original site. They ruined a business within just a few months.

      We appreciate you taking the time to share some feedback on your experience with us and we deeply regret that you feel we werent able to meet your expectations as a Local Splash client. We know as much as anyone how important and valuable it is to a business to remain relevant on ******. 
      Upon review of your account, from the start when you wanted to make changes, we advised that this level of changes (such as Business Name, Address, Phone number etc) could cause
      potential issues with your ****** Business Profile. Upon your acknowledgement and approval of this risk, we proceeded with changing your business name from Bulldog Maintenance to *************************** Construction.
      Further review showed us that in late November/early December, your address status was changed on ****** from Hidden to Storefront (visible home street address). As familiar as we are with ****** Guidelines, we know that showing a home address on ****** is likely to lead to a ****** Suspension or Reverification. Hence we did not make this change on your ****** Business Profile. Regardless, we quickly noticed the Suspension on December 1st due to the change in address status, and took immediate action to get your listing back in good standing as of December 6th. Keep in mind that after getting reinstated, ****** policy states that it can take up to 2-3 weeks for the previous rankings to be restored. 
      In closing, we regret that you did not have an ideal experience but we tried to reach out to you many times to explain the situation and unfortunately we were unsuccessful in getting in touch with you. We urge you to contact us so we can reach a resolution that would best benefit *************************** Construction.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Recently, I had an unfortunate experience working with Local Splash for my business's digital marketing needs. Despite their claims of being affiliated with ******* my interactions with multiple pushy salesmen left me feeling misled and scammed. Their low-quality graphics and poorly chosen keywords paled in comparison to the high-pressure sales tactics employed. Upon attempting to exit the contract, I faced numerous roadblocks and was ultimately unsuccessful. ** addition to the issues mentioned the company also neglected to file my ****** Business account for ten days and failed to provide updates. As a result, I had to wait three weeks (and counting) to get my business listed on ****** Maps - something I could have done myself for free. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Not only did I waste money on their low-quality services, but now they have access to all my information and are essentially holding my account hostage. I strongly advise anyone considering this business to avoid them at all costs.

      This company calls me daily or weekly after being told numerous *********** my business on the do not call list. Today I was laughed at when told to place ** on the do not call list. If this happens again I'll be contacting my attorney for harassment and charging for my employees and my time answering the phone. Please stop calling my business Air Avenue LLC. Again I will take legal action if needed.

      I payed local splash to establish advertising for my business. They took my card number and charged me $599.00 @ 11/3/22 1:32pm (********** time). They then said someone will be getting in contact with me the next morning 11/4/22.. When the lady called on the morning of 11/4/22 @7:30am (********** time) I advised her I did NOT want to move forward with there services. She said they will get in contact with me soon, its 1:30pm (********** time) and they have yet to contact me and return my money.. It took them 5 minutes to get money off my card, but for some reason its taken more than half a day and still no refund. I DID NOT receive or use any services from this company. I have tried to call and check the status on the money return, with no success on reaching anyone. I hope this message helps someone and can be resolved.

      I paid 400$ two weeks ago to pay for start up services and ****** optimization up until the following month. I have been unhappy with my services and have complained. They pushed out my first monthly payment until six weeks to try and get me to stay. I decided to cancel my service at two weeks into the services essentially eating the 400$ I spent. They are refusing to cancel my month to month agreement unless I pay an early termination fee. Literally extorting me for money by threatening to not cancel my services and continue to charge me if I don't give them money to stop my services. Complete scam and if they don't cancel my services I will be taking legal action.

      I have been getting numerous calls from this company on some days 3 or 4 times a day. I have asked them to stop contacting me on more than one occasion. I have tried calling in the last few days to get them to stop but keep getting a message that they are unavailable. I would like them to seice contact with me.

      I first got a call from this company over a year ago and they have called me many times per month. Every single time I have been called I told them to never call again, they continue to harass my business for advertising. They use a fake phone number every single time that has the same area code as my personal phone number. I am so fed up with this I would love to pursue against this company as they are total frauds that want money for zero return to the customer. Largest scam on the market at the moment.
