After months on going back and four with Adam from Ttocs trailers, I just want to come one here and explain my situation with Adam, He has been more than unprofessional He charges large amounts on money and fails to deliver his end of the deal. He fails to get back to you and gets upset when you show up to his shop requesting answers. He even pointed out the fact that he has cancer and used that as an excuse as to why he can not deliver his end of the contract followed by "I do not have to work on your trailer if I don't want to" and continued to ignore my messages. He has also used very foul language towards my family and I which I find very unprofessional. He blamed the trailer not passing inspection on our "attitude" like if my "attitude" put in faulty wiring, incorrect equipment and left holes in the trailers. Please think twice before doing business with this unprofessional company.

Theirs not an option to give 0 stars if not I would. Ttocs Trailers owner Adam ***** is a scam. They builds poor quality trailers. He charges big amounts and does not deliver what he promises. Once he receives money he does what ever he wants and if you ask him to fix what he did wrong he wants to charge more or completely ignores you. Do not do business here. You will not get what you paid for. He also goes by fake names. And pretends like he is just an employee their. When you ask to speak to owner he refuses to give you his information. Do not pay him DMV fees he will just pocket the money. And he will charge higher amounts of sales tax. Adam ***** will be very nice and talk to you like he knows exactly what you want and need and like he is a complete professional but as soon as you sign that contract and hand over the money he is a completely different person.

This is a long story as is the other complaints. While my trailer was constructed ok, the paint was mediocre at best. But the problem is the registration. Like other customers. I ordered my trailer at the end of July 2021. Was completed by the end of August. I picked up and paid in full. The paint was off and he said wait a couple of weeks and when cured, he would re-paint. The paint was good enough for me, so I didn't follow through. It's just a 6x10 utility trailer for home use. The problem was that I moved to another state at the end of September and I never got the title registration or plate. I am still in process to get registered in my new state. I discovered that he didn't even put a VIN number on the trailer. I contacted him via IM (as he never answers phone and voicemail is full) and he responded and sent me a VIN sticker, but I still have never received my California title or plate or registration. I am having a hard time still with my new state registering this trailer that I can't use. He sent me a certificate of sale with his LLC number etc. but the LLC doesn't come up as a mfg. on the DMV computer. Still waiting for my DMV to help me resolve this. In the meantime, I paid sales tax to Adam and registration for this trailer. He owes me that much at least. This story is ongoing. I will update when resolved.
