I purchased from this company for Christmas, zero issues. Ive tried twice to purchase since (she day) they cancel my order, keep my money and send no product. The bank doesnt want to refund my money because I initiated the transaction.Initial Complaint

On 01/01/2024 I placed an order for a custom photo ring and uploaded a photo. The photo did not have a white border around it. I verified the photo after I received the ring to make sure I had uploaded it properly and I had. I contacted support and was told that I did not upload the proper size photo. I said there was never an indication or warning that the photo was the incorrect size. I was offered a 50% off deal to reorder again but I would have to wait a month because they were undergoing system upgrades. I've reviewed other complaints and others were informed the same thing. How many system upgrades does one really need to do? Then I reached out again and said that I will not accept what they are offering and wanted to return the ring and get my money back. I supplied photos of my computer screen from their website showing what I uploaded and then a photo of what I received. I was told this: Hi, Sorry, this is caused by the wrong size photo you uploaded. I hope you understand. Thank you for being so supportive. **************. They state on their website that they have a return policy with no questions asked and also in rule 1 it stated: We maintain close communication with customers throughout the production process to ensure that the product meets their expectations. In no way, shape or form did anyone contact me stating there was an issue with my photo. They are liars and money making crooks! IInitial Complaint

I purchased a necklace for my mom on 11/09/23. I was told I would receive it in ***** business days. My moms birthday has now passed and I was never able to gift her with the necklace. Ive emailed the company 5 times so far and no one will acknowledge me or respond. I get ads from them almost daily but they dont appear to have a phone number or website, only an email address that goes nowhere.Initial Complaint

This site is a scam! 37 Jewelry has responded to my emails and finally sent a tracking number but when I use the tracking number, it says preordered mailing slip, hadnt got the product yet to ship. Then I email them again and now they are acting like they dont know me or my order!!!!!
