I ordered two birthstone rings in September 2023 as gifts to family members. When my order was complete, I never received a confirmation email. A few weeks later, I notified PayPal with whom I had used to pay for the rings and filed a complaint and asked them not to pay if they get an order from this company because I had never received the rings. This month, November, the rings were delivered in the mail and PayPal paid them without my permission. The rings were very late and are of poor quality and I wanted to return them. I emailed the company about 6 or 7 times asking for a return address. There was no phone number that came with the item. I want to return the rings and get my money back.Initial Complaint

The ring that arrived was supposed to have 4 stones, when it arrived, it was missing the fourth stone, but instead had just yellow, hardened glue in the holder where it was supposed to be. You can tell its glue, and you can see the metal of the ring through it, *** attempted to email them 3 times with zero response from them at all. The ring looked much different than the picture but still wouldve been wearable if I didnt have a clump of glue where a stone should be.Initial Complaint

So I ordered a mothers ring it took 3-4 weeks to receive and the product looks nothing like the picture advertised on the website I have sent multiple emails and messages with zero response I sent you a picture of the advertised product and three pics of what I received my order number is Order BR63922Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 rings 1 the picture is peeling off within hours of using it. The 2 nd one turned my finger green. I have emailed and asked for a refund **** keeps saying it easier to send and quicker to send another. I dont want another I wanted a refund its poor quality something I will never use its cheaply made nothing like they advertise. We have been emailing and all I get back is take another. Refunding will take a month. Ive been asking for 2 weeks and I get the run around. Their service is horrible and. It helpful she refuses to just refund. I can send the rings back they are cheap and poor quality nothing like they showed. Its not a money thing $70 is nothing it the false advertising and poor service they provideInitial Complaint

I purchased 2 identical rings same size etc. I opened the first one which was neatly packed with a contemporary box and shine cloth. The ring was nice and heavy but the stone looked like it was from a bubblegum machine. A cheap looking plastic stone far from real. I never wore it and I never even opened the identical package. I ordered a silver ring with our wedding anniversary date engraved on it. I received a corded bracelet. The tracking site shows delivery of my order. On their website the return/exchange button does not work. They did not respond to my contact inquiry through the tracking site. Mistakes happen but to ignore me is poor business practice.
