Received email that bracelet was ordered December 10th and mailed December 12th, tracking number that they sent wasnt tracking the package now January 4th and wrote several emails and 2 messages on fb messenger because theres no phone number or any other way to communicate. No response at all! No way to track my bracelet or get my money back. Shouldve read reviews first!!!Initial Complaint

On 12-5-22 ordered 2 bracelets over $56 that were to ship within 24 hours and as of today 12-27-22 have received nothing except a bogus text confirming order with a bogus tracking number. Of course these were Christmas presents and that date has now come and gone and 37braclet websites can not be reached. I have no other info other than what was sent in the text. SMH, I do not know how these people can steal hard working peoples money. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!I have disputed the charges on my CC for a refund. We will see what happens.Initial Complaint

I placed two separate orders on October 28, 2022. I still have not received these orders. I sent an e-mail to customer service and the response was, "They seem to have been lost". I was told it would be checked into and replacements would be sent. After no follow-up, I sent another e-mail. This time I was told if they did not have an answer from logistics in 10 days, they would issue a refund. Still no word. I sent another e-mail demanding a refund and they responded with the **** phone number. As of December 18, 2022, I have no orders nor refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased a bracelet for my granddaughter for Christmas from The37BraceletCompanyInc when I received my order the package was empty, I have tried to resolve this issue with them. I have sent them 4 emails with no response from them, I tried to call the number on the website which wasn't even a working number & is no longer even on their website. There wasn't even a receipt or packing slip in the package so I don't have an order number or anything. I paid $29.90 for this item. I really would like my bracelet, or if that can't happen I want a full refund.Initial Complaint

Product was purchased 4/24/22 by my husband ******************************************* and given as a gift on Mother's Day, 5/8/22. The item was a necklace in the shape of a Phoenix with a blue gemstone. The incorrect item was received in the first place, as a red stone was ordered. On Thursday that week I realized that the gem had already fallen out of the necklace. I reached out to customer service and they sent a replacement. On June 1 the replacement was received. This time they had sent the correct order. However on August 14 I realized that the gem had, once again, fallen out of the necklace. I reached back out to customer service and asked for a refund. My request was refused, stating that it had been "a long time since the order" and it could not be determined that the quality of the item was to blame. It has been less than 100 days since receiving my first product, and already the second one is broken. It seems clear to me that the quality of the product is, indeed, poor. I expect that for $65 it would not break with normal everyday wear.Initial Complaint

I purchased a necklace advertised on ********* I ordered in in July 2023. When I got the item, it was beyond cheap and had a loose part to it. I wanted to return item because of the damage/ quality. The company wanted videos of damage. Made excuses. Finally wanted me to pay to send it back to *****. This was like after 20 emails. Then they offered to provide a HALF refund. I took it because I was afraid Id never see a *****, but I feel I am entitled to full refund. I would happily return item if they provide postage. I should not have to pay to return a damaged item OR except less than what I paid.Initial Complaint

I ordered a necklace for my daughter in a gift box with a card indicating For My Daughter what I got was a plain jewelry box with a generic card. I attempted to get a refund from PayPal now they want me to ship the item to ***** in lieu of ********** where their business is based. They want me to pay more in shipping versus a normal shipping charge as a revenge as they didn't like me advising future customers of what I was dealing with.
