On August 14th 2020 and August 26th 2020, BBB sent the company a Business Practice Inquiry/Pattern of Complaint to address the following: Process in place to ensure consumers are receiving feedback/ responses in a reasonable amount of time. Provide the steps being taken to inform consumers of their product delivery status? What is the policy for consumers who have not received the products?
Additionally BBB asked the company to provide a copy of their license with the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration or proof of exemption. The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) administers the Cigarette and Tobacco Products Licensing Act Law (Licensing Act). The law requires that all sellers in the distribution chain obtain and annually renew a license to sell cigarettes and tobacco products.
BBB attempted to contact the company by phone and by email to address business practice inquiry but did not receive a response.
