      I have been calling, texting and emailing this company for quite sometime due to an order never received and trying to collect the money they were paid which was over $200 ordered on juices, and electronic vape supplies. My order was never received, instead I received a package that looked as if it was going to be the products I ordered, even though it was a year later and I had already quit smoking by then. However, it was a package with what looked to be empty vape juice bottles that they would sell to a store or something. I believe it is now time to go ahead and contact an attorney since I have one at my disposal for the next year. They still have the nerves to continue to send me marketing emails but cant provide their customers with products ordered. Instead ripping everyone off. If you would like to join a class action, ****** it within the next several weeks. Do not spend your money with these crooks!

      Still haven't received product placed on November 8th and tracking stopped on November 15th and did not get any responses from sending them a couple emails also

      ******** customer care. I purchased some coils from this company for use in my vape mod. They sent me the wrong items. I had 3 separate orders with them. On the site they claimed 2-8 business days. After the purchase the delivery email contained delivery information. It took 18 business days to get my orders. 1 of which is not remotely close to what I ordered. I can't get in touch to start a return. I'm out 50$

      Would not recommend to my worst enemy!! They refuse to return emails or answer the phone once I asked for a refund. I highly, highly would not recommend this place at all.

      Legitimate company for sure Ive had issues with other online companies with vaping products but this company is the real deal everyone always uses these sites to complain but all was good with West Coasts Vape Supply.Thank you!

      No twponcw from there guys I ordered over 50 dollars in vape juice you can't call them and no email response either I'm very disappointed that no ones put them out of business

      Thought they were great then placed another order and they sent the wrong product. I emailed them and they asked me to send pics of the product and packing slip, then assured me they would begin the process of getting the order straight. Right away I sent the pic and I have not heard another word. I emailed them 5 times now to ask to please send me a label to return the wrong product to them and receive my correct order. Nothing. Now they have my money and I have c*** I won't ever use.I have filed a dispute claim with my bank and next, legal action.How can a business take money from people and not fulfill their obligations without any consequence?Scam, 100%

      They take your money. You may or may not get the product. And their "customer service..." man, forget about it. They have a bunch of touchy feely kids answering emails who, somehow or another, think that you the customer are writing in to hear their whole sad life story. Mine is apparently sad because he is in his 40s and still working customer service, and likes to go on tirades about how the world judges him...or some such. I have no idea. End of the day, they still refused to ship my product.And I am a 100% disabled Veteran, listening to this kid whine about how the world is mean to him. But being a disabled Veteran I am on a limited income. The loss of this $125 means I just have to go without nicotine until I get paid in two weeks. But it is the customer service boy's sob story that we all had to listen to today.

      *******************, I placed an order for 10 vapes a week ago and they will not respond to emails or the phone goes straight to full voice-mail, Complete Scam,Please Avoid, I am working with Authorities to Prosecute.

      Placed an order and got confirmation email. Order never arrived. Did not get tracking number. I have tried to contact them by email, and by the three telephone numbers that I could find. Two numbers went to full voicemail boxes and the other was for a medical company that has no relation. I am cancelling my credit card payment as I believe they may be out of business.
