            On April 30 I purchased four pairs of shoes, 2 different orders on line via the DC shoes website and I have yet received my items. I've contacted them and they sent me 2 different tracking numbers that stated "no data" when I tried to track my packages. So I contacted them again, they sent me 2 more tracking numbers that had the same status as the last 2 numbers, so I contacted them again. This time they claimed my packages were delivered and for me to ask my neighbors or go down to the post office. So I did, and the post office never received any packages registered to those tracking numbers nor any packages received for me at either addresses I provided them. So again I contacted DC shoes and they had to check with logistics, they would get back to me in 3 business days. The fourth business day came about and I received an email stating there was a mistake and my packages got delivered to a different address, they are shipping out my order again and I should receive them in 7 days even though I purchased fast delivery. It has been well over a week and still nothing.

            STOLE MY REFUND!! The shoes I bought were to small. $67.95 was the total. $60 for shoes and $7.95 for shipping. My refund was $53 because they took the return shipping out of the original $60. It was the hardest time getting a return label. Went through a week of emails just to get one. They sent me links to make a BILLABONG account. Then after I did that, the link provided said not authorized for this. After finally getting a return label and getting them returned in the time frame they request, I did not receive my refund. I emailed them asking where is was and they replied that it has been processed. It never showed up in my bank account so how can I have gotten it. This is plain ole stealing in my book. The way this company does business is terrible as well. No customer service line to figure out the many problems this company provides for its customers. Shoes are now constantly the wrong size upon reading various reviews.
