Found this company through the BBB and couldnt be happier. I had contacted a company before this company and they quoted me over $18,000 for a new system which I knew I needed as mine was over 25 years old. I got in touch with ***** at Metropolitan Heating and Air and he dispatched someone out to my home 2 days later for a quote. Had 2 young techs out to check my system and give a quote. Believe it or not they were able to get the system back up and running while getting me my quote. Although my system was working I still wanted a new energy efficient system. Metropolitan Heating and Air was able to install a full new system, pull all necessary permits, state inspections and were still over $5000 cheaper than the original company. Company came out after I had 2 other companies tell me the system could not be fixed. There were ******* that came out. One younger gentlemen and one older. They were very curtious, wore booties, put on masks without me having to ask, and quickly got down to diagnosing the issue. They let me know that the unit was not very old (12 years old) and should be repairable. After about 20 minutes or so, they were able to determine that it was the circuit board, which they had with them and could repair the same day. So after suffering for almost 2 weeks, Metropolitan Heating and Air was able to remedy my issue and get me out of the cold. I would highly recommend Metropolitan to all my friend, family, and anyone looking for an honest diagnosis.Review from Carol B

This company was assigned by my home warranty company. They came out and supposedly diagnosed the problem and stated that they replaced at part in my furnace. They were to send me a copy of repair and report they were to send to my home warranty company. It has taken them over 1 month to send m a bogus report and no mention of the part they replaced. Beware. I dont believe they are a honest or trustworthy company.
