1 starI returned a pair of boots 1-8-25, $32.20 and was told the return to my cc would be 5-10 business days. I waited and watched for the credit, NEVER received it, now it's a month later and I went back to the store 2-10-25, was told that my card was credited. No, it was not, so was given customer service number, I called gave the information to a ********, who told me the credit didn't go through? I was like why my cc#, no she said told me they had another number, argued with me about the number, which I got pretty upset, well if you couldn't credit my account why didn't I get an email to this effect? Don't know was told that their loss and prevention would handle it? WHEN and HOW long, I am totally mad at this incompetence service, you would keep my money and give me this b.s. excuse, if I hadn't contacted you I would NEVER HAVE MY REFUND, then ****** a supervisor I guess, gets on telling me the number was wrong, how you had no problem billing me with the number that was issued for the sale????? I feel this was totally wrong and you owe me more for this stupid stupid mistake on YOUR PART, plus that store is not the friendly anyway!Review fromMatthew P

1 starI went to a brick and mortar store thinking I would get better customer service than some internet site. Boy was I sadly mistaken!!!Stores never have boots to fit me. I have big feet. Im used to it. Went to a boot barn and found some boots I needed badly for work. An employee placed the order for me and asked me to put in my billing address. I had just moved across country and still have a house where I moved from. That is my current billing address until I buy a place where I am now. The employee said they would ship the boots to the store I was in. No problem. Except they showed up across the country instead of the store. I go into the store and tell the assistant manager, who calls the manager, who tells me to call customer service. Thats BS. Manager calls customer service the next day and I get boots. I ask how the others are getting returned and she tells me my mother can drop them off with *** and theyll ship them back. *** says she has to pay double shipping to return them and a *** driver showed up complaining about a lost package today to boot! With a mess like this that is SO EASY to fix that has been turned into a ****** horror show, there is next to zero chance Ill ever do business with the corporate micromanaging outfit that is boot barn, and you bet Ill let everyone know. The 30 guys I work with all get boots, FR clothes, and winter gear from boot barn. Luckily I am the purchase card holder and they will also lose our work business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! Just because there is a physical store does not mean you will get any form of customer service.Review fromDavid H

1 starDo not place internet orders!!!! Wanting to customers. In addition, do not use your gift cards! I placed an order with BIRTHDAY GIFT CARDS and did ship to store. That was where the pain started! Next thing I k is its cancelled and declined for no funds. ***. Called and one item is in store it I had to reorder the other two because store did not have them???? Hmmm ship to store??? I was assured all was fine. Nope.gift card declined!!!!! Is it fraud, maybe! Called again. Received some line of BS that product was not at HQ and all would be fine the next day! Oh it declined again! Oh called again now they wanted more money!! ***. She said because of taxes?? So we will see if they want more $$ tomorrow!!! Buyer beware! Online ordering NOT ADVISED. **************** very very poor! 1 starI went in to purchase a pair of jeans the jeans I picked out were on a shelf for the price of *****. Even the jeans on the sticker stated ***** when I went to check out the lady said that wasnt the right price and that the jeans were in fact *****. This is absolutely ridiculous. All of the jeans in that section were marked at the lower price. They refused to honor the price that they put on their jeans. Im in no way a lawyer but Im pretty sure that theres something in the Consumer Protection Act that says that they need to honor that price.Review fromTonya J

I completed a (fairly large) purchase online. At the time I completed the order, the money was automatically deducted from my account. A few days later, 3 additional Boot Barn transactions appeared on my account. When I called to enquire, the representative told me that they initially authorize the funds for the overall purchase, and then before each item ships, they authorize the funds for each item again, essentially holding funds in your account twice. Once initially and once again when the item ships. I essentially have $600 in my account on hold until my order is received, and then $300 of it will be released back to me.This type of authorization of funds is not communicated to the customer at the time of purchase. And when I asked the rep how the customer was to know, she advised that she didn't know and that they receive SEVERAL complaints from customers about this issue. Is this type of payment processing legal without consent of the customer?I hope every customer is made aware of this before proceeding with making online purchases with this company. Thank goodness I have funds to cover these unauthorized transactions, but I know not everyone does.Boot Barn Inc

1 starI went in to buy a hat and some boots. I was completely ignored but I stayed and tried on about 10 pairs of boots. Still was overlooked, even though there were associates standing around the area. No one asked me if I needed help with the hats either. Seriously, you all did a great job at making this customer feel discriminated upon. I guess the good thing is that I saved around $700 today.
