I received tons of fake checks from this company. I decided to check into it because the apr was so low. I was told that I didnt qualify for a loan but I did qualify for their program. The representative was very pushy and a real fast talker. I told him several times during the conversation that I wasnt sure about this and he kept telling me it was a great program and even sent me customer reviews. During the welcome portion the lady explained the answer to my questions that *********** had been evading. So I told her I did not want to enroll in this program. After she advised me that I had not been enrolled *********** contacted me he advised me that I had not been enrolled and no further action was needed on my part. However they withdrew money for my checking account in the amount it cost to begin this program. I figure its a scam for sure but I would like to retrieve my $258.00

After thoroughly searching our records, we were unable to locate your information in our system. We don't have any employees named as such on our record, and additionally, our payments come from ********************* not from ************ as the attached shows. The alleged complainant must have mistaken us for another company.

Since June 21st, 2022, I have exercised my right to opt out of pre-screened loan offers by enrolling in the Opt-Out Prescreen System. Despite this clear action to protect my privacy and reduce unsolicited mail, SympleLending, LLC has continuously ignored this statutory protection by sending me postal offers for their loan services. This disregard is particularly frustrating because SympleLending, LLC's own advertising suggests that consumers can opt out of such offersa promise that appears hollow given my experience. This contradiction not only represents a significant invasion of my privacy but also leads to the unnecessary consumption of my time dealing with unwanted mail.

Like the other complaints, I quickly realized it was a scam. The offer was for a loan and I started to immediately get calls. The company appears to be located in ********** but all the calls had an area code where I live which is a tactic to get you to answer. They left voicemails and even texted me. I responded back to the texts saying if this is debt settlement I am not interested." The person, ******* said she understands and if things change in the future let her know. I guess I am one of the lucky ones who they did not harass. Too many of these scams out there and it is only going to get worse.

SCAM alert. This company is a straight SCAM. They engage in bait and switch tactics and it is impossible to get a loan from them even with my 700+ credit score. They try to push to enroll you into a debt settlement program, which is a hundred percent bait and switch. The people there are super rude. I asked them several times to put me on the Do Not Call list, but they still kept calling me and pressuring me to enroll into a debt settlement program. If you look up the CEO's name on ******* you will see that this person has a case with the *** and is supposed to be banned from any telecommunication business. Anyone who has issues like me should reach out to the attorney general and file a complaint to ensure that these fraudulent individuals are no longer scamming US citizens.

I like others I received multiple offers in the mail for a personal loan it says that you can use for debt consolidation. I finally after the 4th mailer I would look into the personal loan because the rate looked great. I then filled out the online information needed and within minutes received a text from a phone number with in my area code on my cell phone so that became hugely questionable when the company was out of **********. When I told her I couldn't talk and I asked them to send me the loan amount and the interest rate that they said they had for me they said they couldn't do it they had to do it in conversation again raise the red flag and made me realize that this was a debt consolidation company. It was when this third red flag was raised I looked online to validate my thought that again it is a debt consolidation company. What many people don't realize that the money that they save you or say they save you actually owe taxes on because the federal government looks at it as money that you received for free. Since you did not pay it back and you got funds that you profited from as free goods the ****************** will tax you on that. As you pay off each credit card the other ones keep accumulating interest and your credit score keeps diving so if it takes you three years to pay it all off your credit score keeps getting beat up then it's 7 years more so it's actually 10 years until your credit actually will turn around. I find receiving this kind of marketing fraudulent and deceitful and companies like this should not be allowed to send out fraudulent mail that is delivering hope to many only to find out that it's not the hope that it appears to be. They should be forced to put in their mailer that they are that consolidation company and then what can happen during the debt consolidation process IE having to pay income tax on the debt that was saved. that would be owed in taxes this comes in the form of a ****-C tax form

received unsolicited financial offer from company via mail with no return address on it and window of envelope exposing communication as a financial offer for a loan for anyone to see. Did not ask for the a$$holes to send me any scam financial offers, especially with no return address on envelope. What are they afraid of by not putting an address on the envelope? Me sending their piece of $hit offer back to them thats what.

On 14 Jan **** I submitted an online application for a loan precipitated by a **** delivered flyer with an offer for said loan and a website address with a special offer number based on my being pre-qualified. I applied and was texted my loan offer was waiting, but that the business was closed. I responded that I would be available to speak by phone today, 15 Jan **** after 9am PDT. Unfortunately, I had an emergency come up that made me unavailable until later in the day. Symple Lending used Artificial Intelligence to phone me from different phone numbers in a harassing manner beginning at 739am, then again at 829am, then 900am, 1005am, 1256pm, and at 118pm, the last call I finally answered (I heard the last three calls), and a woman said, "hello" after I said, "hello", and then hung up the phone. I did give explicit permission for this company to contact me after 9am today, 15 Jan ****, but not to call my number repeatedly by robodial and not leave a message in a harassing manner, and particularly when I answered the phone, to not *********. Under no circumstances did I give permission for this company to call me prior to 9am today. I made an outbound, recorded call to Symple Lending at 218pm and before inquiring about my loan application, told the loan rep about the calls received and he admitted that his company engages in AI robo calls that do not leave messages and excused that harassing behavior that my choice to fill out the application gave them permission to engage in such harassment. I told him he was wrong. He became so insolent, I requested to speak to a manager. First denied and told no manager was at his offices, then one became available. This manager took a few minutes but took the same tact as the loan rep, acting passive aggressively and ultimately "solving" the situation by unilaterally putting me on their do not call list and telling me his company will not do business with me. If you want the recordings of the phone call, I can provide them.
