      We sent a check to pay off our balance and the check that was sent from our mortgage account was $24,267.09, which was credited to our account on 7/10/24. The last statement that I recieved on 7/2/2024 showed we had a balance of $23, ******. When I called to question about the overpayment they told me that it was the exact amount that we owed. They tried telling me that there was interest added to the balance. I then questioned how there could be that much interest and that it didn't sound right to me. The representative then hung up on me. I find the whole thing to be very questionable and I don't want to see them do this to anyone else.

      This company keeps calling me . I block the number and they use a different number. I want this to stop. Sometimes I get calls multiple times a day with messages. I want to be taken off their call list and blocked or whatever they need to do. This is harassment. I didnt fill out an application with them. I dont know who this company is. Thank you.

      This company calls several times a day. Blocking the different numbers doesn't help since a guy named **** continues to leave voicemails constantly. I have never heard or applied for anything with the company. It's outrageous and harassing.

      This company has called me numerous times within an hour. When I finally told them that I do not have a loan with them and do not wish to have a loan, the guy asks if I need him to call me later. I do not wish to be contacted by this company but yet I am getting numerous calls and voicemails.

      On may 15th I sent a check in the amount of $8160.65 to pay off my balance with Credit 9. I paid $30 to have the sent certified tracking with the ***** Per the tracking it was delivered on May 16th. I have called numerous times for help as the funds were not applied to my account. I have been lied to (review my calls) and no one has EVER returned my calls as they said they would. I called today again, and was told that they don't have the check and I have to send a new one. I have proof that it was delivered!!! I make my payment on time, and have been a solid customer and the treatment during this whe process is unacceptable. I don't believe there was an investigation into my missing check, and I want answers. I am a single mom who is just trying to get out of debt and they couldn't even be bothered to call me back. Wonder if the news would love to hear that!

Your concerns are important to us, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.Upon investigation, it appears that the payoff check you sent to credit9 via certified mail did not reach its destination. According to the **** certified receipt, it was delivered to a general mailbox in ******, **, with a note indicating waiver of signature at the time of delivery.
      We understand that you were contacted by credit9 customer service on June 6, 2024, regarding this matter. We have advised you to stop payment on the undelivered check and arrange for a new payoff check or wire transfer to complete the payment of your credit9 loan. To compensate for the inconvenience caused, we will honor the original payoff quote provided to you and cover any additional fees associated with issuing a new check or conducting a wire transfer. Furthermore, if there were any NSF charges incurred due to the non-delivery of the initial check, credit9 will cover those fees.
      We believe that these actions will address the issue effectively, and we sincerely apologize once again for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

      I am constantly getting phone calls from credit 9 regarding a loan! It needs to stop. His name is *****. He leaves about 8 to 10 messages a day on my phone. I told him to stop calling my number and he got smart with me. If I get any more calls I am going to file a complaint and go to news channel 8.

      This company has been calling and leaving voicemails 6-10 times every single day for weeks. I've never called them or applied for a loan. They start every message by saying the name ******. That is not my name. I've blocked their number, but have to log in to my voicemail to delete all of the messages. I should already be on a national do not call registry. I have no idea how these people got my number, but they need to stop calling me.
