I ordered 2 game cameras from Visionner for a Xmas gift. I received them after **** and put batteries in them and both of them were not operational. I attempted to call their phone number on their website to arrange a return and the phone was ( no longer in service) . At that time I seen the BBB rating on line. I stopped payment on my card with hope of a refund and return of the cameras. *. ******

This company is a scam. Ordered a paid of Night Vision Binoculars, not what I received. Got authorization to return the binoculars, but they said I had to ship to a facility in *****. Been almost 2 months now, they keep saying the binoculars have not been received. No way to track them per ****, plus Visionner said to value them at $10, probably because of the taxes. Now I cannot even put in a claim to USPS for what I paid, since the customs form shows a value of $10. Total scam, do not order from them.

Please be very careful of this company. My 84 year old mother was scammed by them and I have been battling for over a year to get her $800 back. Like others, they told us that we had to return to a foreign country (guess which one) at our expense ($100), rather than the US address as promised on the website (also appears very fishy). More emails than I can count, and they are saying that thy have to "locate" the package and contact their "shipping company" before they can refund. **** tracking confirms delivery. Total scam. I am so sorry for anyone who got tricked by these horrible people. Please start a campaign, call your AG, contact your credit card company, contact PayPal if you used them, if you found them on ******** or ******* lodge a complaint. Contact the Federal trade commission. If we work together and are active, many voices might be able to shut them down. I am so angry that anyone, especially seniors are being dupped like this.

Purchased for my husband and he said it was cheap looking so I set up a return. Followed all the instructions, and its been 2 months since they received the camera and still no refund. Dont buy from Visioneer, lure you in with promises of a great product and easy returns, and theyre a scam.

Terrible trail cam camera, incorrect instructions in the manual, pitiful Wi-Fi access, false advertising, antagonistic customer service, wouldnt take the camera back for any reason even when it didnt work. Worst product/company combo Ive ever had to deal with. They should not be allowed to be in business because they just took our money. Do NOT buy! Zero rating (lower than the One)

Visioneer camera did not work. Instructions badly written and incomplete. They would not honor their guarantee. I was told I had to return it to some place in ***** for them to determine what was wrong. Then offered a refund of only $15. Do not get their stuff.

I'd give them less than a one star if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I ordered a wifi trail cam for a xmas gift as the profile showed as a US based company with a 100% refund guarantee.Keep all your emails as proof, and I took pictures of how I return packaged etc. The item didn't arrive for a month and when it did it was from ***** with a $5.00 customs value on it! My husband and I looked it over and found it to be built not as described so asked to return it. Their robotic customer rep ***** and cut response lady ****** ******* was seemingly polite but said we had to return to ***** at my expense and not to the factory address with a custom value of $10.00 (illegality there)and then I'd be refunded. I asked about returning to ****** **. I was told the company warehouse was being remodeled due to Covid-19 so no storage available (company is 2 1/2 years old). On ****** earth, I found condo addresses in a very ritzy area and the ***** factory and return address far apart. Certainly they lied to have no room for my 1 pound package. I was then told I would be given a special address to send to *************** (in same residential area) but could either keep it for $15.00 refund or would pay a $15.00 restock fee (to send to owner's address?) BBB complaints made me leery. If I returned ground I might not meet the 30 day return window? Or TryVisioneer might say they never got it .The item went with signature required to ****'s Lui's ****** condo.(I ****** earthed it with a signature request. When they got the trail cam they initially said to try out, they delayed again with "our team has to review the item" before we can refund. Alarm bells-might they say it doesn't work?I filed a complaint with PayPal (on PayPal Tryvisioneer says a complaint filed might delay the refund but so what at this point in time) and escalated it as a scam (not a described) with all the email robotic trash they sent me and proof of return **** with tracking. DO NOT BUY WARNING

Thought I was ordering a single pair of binoculars from an ******** company. The order somehow was transformed to a case plus one pair of binoculars. I tried to contact the company using their 800 number which never answered despite dozens of tries.I had *********** cancel the payment. I emailed the company to arrange return of the binoculars. They will not provide a return label and they insist I ship via ********* does not accept lithium batteries.DHL charges 500$ to ship it. So Im stuck.

1 Star is too many! It's been 10 days since my order and I have heard nothing from them as far as even receiving a tracking number. # e-mails have gone been sent to their e-mail with no response either. I have received plenty of e-mails from them to buy more stuff though. Yep, the complaints about this company are totally legitimate, which is why probably why they are not a BBB Member. Then they'd have to step up.BTW... I called their "800" ******** number and it doesn't even mention the company's name!Total C*** company for sure, should probably be shut down for good!
