Additionally, the company’s YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAZnUnz-NkfLDc3HCB5YvAg) read, “#1 ecommerce ecosystem that includes:” Advertisers must be prepared to substantiate such claims per BBB's Code of Advertising.

    BBB's Code of Advertising Section 1 states, The primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast. Upon request, they should present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB. BBB's Code of Advertising Section 34 states, Claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data. BBB's Code of Advertising Section 28 states, Superlative statements in advertisements about the tangible qualities and performance values of a product or service are objective claims for which the advertiser must possess substantiation as they can be based upon accepted standards or tests. As statements of fact, such claims, like “#1 in new car sales in the city,” can be proved or disproved. BBB's Code of Advertising Section 29 states, Expressions of opinion or personal evaluation of the intangible qualities of a product or service are likely to be considered puffery. Such claims are not subject to the test of truth and accuracy and would not need substantiation. 29.2 Puffery may include statements such as “best food in the world” and “we try harder” as well as other individual opinions, statements of corporate pride, exaggerations, blustering and boasting statements upon which no reasonable buyer would be justified in relying. Puffery also includes general claims of superiority over comparable products that are so vague that it can be understood as nothing more than a mere expression of opinion.       I am very unsatisfied with my ****** account that I had purchased on may 24 , 2024 in the amount of 68$. Deciding to start a business with ****** has been nothing but as far from the truth can be. They never once tell you anything about the order processing / payments that you will be paying for out of your pocket due to them holding whatever money that was supposedly from the customer for the item they want but yet you have no access to it it goes directly to ****** and if you dont get to the 100$ limit amount you cant even get that money ever in your own account so I really dont like how they have false advertising and give false hope to people who are only trying to really do something for themselves in life to be able to support themselves and their families and this website just takes advantage of them completely. It literally has only gotten me the lowest amount for an order and I also believe that these are computer generated by ****** itself in the first place to make people think that they are getting customers when in reality the money goes to saliva and to process that order your paying for it straight out of your own pocket with a possible chance that you might never even get that profit since its held on there side until you reach a certain amount and if you do t and want to cancel that money you made is just gone . I realized this was a SCAM & want nothing more to do with this site please just I want my refund and store cancelled its such a shame that these site exist.

      I had been going back and forth with them to sign up or not until May 2024 when they captured me. It has been such a nasty relationship with Sellvia since then. ****, one of their marketers, eventually got me after making their sales pitch sound good with advertisements. Little that I know that Sellvia was basically a scam. They promised all forms of training and a team to help do the work for me, but unfortunately, it has been a ghost land, with no one providing the **************** that I had paid for. They set up an Evisek.shop for me, and I complained it was a generic storefront with overpriced items. **** promised there would be huge profits by dropping through this website. In two days, I became disenchanted with the entire gimmick and called for my money back. All that he claimed would work with me has been lies. He tried upselling more marketing packages when I requested to close my account and be refunded. He stopped responding to me. Instead, they started sending me what I call an autogenerated unprocessed order alert. It is not different from what other customers have experienced with **********************. I am currently speaking with my lawyers on the way forward to get my $2000 back from these vultures and for them to cancel my subscription and account afterwards. I advise the public to desist from doing any financial business with Sellvia, counting my own terrible experience. They cannot be off the hook until I get all my money back. I do not want any upgrades, service advice or marketing pitches from them.
