      We would like to clarify that the basic free plan includes a preuploaded catalog of products and essential store functionality. This plan allows users to operate their online store by fulfilling orders through Sellvia. In this model, the store owner receives the full payment from the customer and then purchases the product from Sellvia at wholesale costthe difference is the user's profit margin.
      Branded products, including those from companies such as ****, are part of a separate premium service that requires an additional subscription.
      Similarly, services such as advertising and branded product catalogs are offered through optional paid packages, and are not included in the free plan.

      Regarding payment processing: by default, the Sellvia Payment method is activated to help users start selling quickly. However, customers are free to connect their own payment methods, including ****** and ******, at any time. While we provide guidance and support on integrating these services, the final setup may depend on factors related to individual banks or account configurations. Our support team is always available to assist with resolving such issues.

      I have spent a ridiculous amount of money with this business. I have received $63 in profit and I am not able to withdrawal it until $100. Thats not really me problem Im trying to withdrawal money when Ive hit the ******* **** I was told I would get if I kept buying all these products and ads and seo packages and influencer shoutouts.       Dear Concerned,I am writing about Sellvia's fraudulent business practices. My experience with Sellvia has been catastrophic. I first met with their sales representative, ****ha Ridha, who promised me the world. She first told me about a package where I could purchase an already made website for ******* with a ******** refundable deposit if I changed my mind. I saw a site called ************* that interested me, and I put down a ******** deposit.The next day, I told ****ha that I had changed my mind about the ************* website and wanted to purchase the high-ticket item package for the price she promised me, ******, with the stated understanding that the difference of ****** would be refunded to me. After ****ha received my payment, she ghosted me and would not return my calls or reply to my emails concerning the difference to be refunded. ****ha promised she would constantly support me, and I could always reach her. This was not the case; she charged my **************** Credit Card ******** and just disappeared.Nothing with Sellvia went as promised.. They upsold everything and constantly charged my credit card for advertising before my free trial period, which included advertising, was up. I later met with a Personal Growth Manager named ****** **********. I told ****** about all of the promises **** made to me, including six months of free access to the platform while waiving the ***** fee that is customarily charged. ****** promised that she would get my money refunded and extend the free access to the platform to one year, meaning they would waive the ***** monthly fee to the platform for one year. ****** said that she would get back to me when that was completed,Later, I texted ******. ****** never responded. I looked up the phone numbers of various departments to contact at Sellvia.       I purchased a service from Sellvia of whom I am a customer of. The service is called ******************** Accounts with ******+ Followers. I requested several times an update on this unfulfilled order. It has been more than a month since the order was placed. I asked about the progress and I am always told two weeks and two weeks pass and nothing. Recently I have continued to ask for an update via chat and email on this purchased service and stopped receiving responses. I am going to end my business ties with this fraudulent company but I need my money fully refunded for unfulfilled service order that was paid for. Let me know what other documentation is needed.       You mention to me to exercise patience which I believe is uncalled for being that there is no mention on the purchased service to alert the customer as to how long the fulfillment of the service will take. For future reference it would be necessary to have some kind of statement for the customer to be aware of how long the process can take so as not to cause any confusion and/or misunderstandings. You mention that you are willing to offer a complimentary offer but do not detail what the offer entails, can you clarify what you are offering? Thank you.

      This company is a complete fraud/scam!! The people youre talking to always have an excuse or say its past business hours when you try to contact them or send them an email the first meeting you have with them. It seems very realistic they make you feel like this business is actually a real thing the money that youre putting in will actually double and that everythings gonna be fine. But when you wanna refund or talk to them, theyre nowhere to be found after the first call my husband was supposed to get his payout on Monday but now it says five days he has not received the money that hes so-called earned and I looked up reviews and everything.       This dropshipping site boasts sales through the roof and claims to market the fools that get suckered into their pyramid scheme. For instance, they are "promoting my new shop" and I've reeled in a whopping $71 in two weeks. Mind you, you get a sale for $4.50, they make you pay out of pocket to have it shipped to the customer, and that is usually 50% of the cost of the sale, it charged me 2.50 to ship something that costs 4.50 so if my math is correct, I'm losing my 50 cents for what??? And it says your "profit"after shelling out is 2.00. If thats not bad enough, they will not let you access your money until you've earned $100...... so my $71 is just sitting there unable to be used to pay the customers bs shipping fee, and I can't process anymore orders because I'm out of money and out of options. They also have charged my card for $19.99, $29.99 a few times now for what I'm not sure I tried to contact support and got nothing back. I tried to close my account and that means they take the money YOU MADE AND PAID FOR SHIPPING ON ORDERS THAT LEFT YOU IN THE NEGATIVE! This website is a pure scam. there's someone making a killing off of this and it's sick. **** who did my initial onboarding call kept trying to push some $800 "one time payment" sales plan to get my store more sales and was incredibly rude when I told her I didn't just have that laying around. She failed to mention any monthly "fee" and said I was being put on their starter store plan which was supposed to be free and furthermore, not once was it mentioned that I would be footing the shipping bill. Absolute BS. In the section where it's asking about money I've paid to the business, I've spent around $35 on my own accord for these b.s. shipping costs and the rest has been fraudulently obtained by sellvia without my consent or knowledge.

      Date: 08/21/2024 Amount: $3560 I signed up for this business service. The company promised to walk me through getting a dropship business going. They have canceled every meeting I've scheduled since the first one. The business service is basically fraudulent. They do not respond to request for cancelations, and they make it difficult to cancel. I have been trying to cancel for more than 6 months, and they have not responded to written requests for cancellation. I would like the account canceled and my money refunded. They do not release any accumulated money that you have received after purchases from the online store that you set up. It is a complete joke. Most egregiously, there is no option to cancel on the website. There are numerous options none of which are cancellation. If you try to cancel on the phone, they put you on hold for hours so that you cannot cancel. This business is a fraud and should be immediately investigated.

      Living in Retirement just could not keep with the bills and looking to Sellvia a way to help Us to bridge the gap. in 10 24 I told them this and ask if I could pay the for some small upgrades including an up graded domain name. the few conference calls I had to get ideas to improve was mostly a bit high pressure to get the more services where I all ready spent close to $800. plus the monthly $39.00 charges. selling upgraded services or more products and upgraded domain names. But all I got paid was $113.00 with . I was showing a person interested in a high ticket item about $2500 and He said lets ****** it and it came up on online stores and Amazona about 45% cheaper. other products were about 70% to 30% cheaper then Sellvia. Its well know to keep Your prices in line or beat or other sellers. . With Prices are so overprice is 1 reason I have not had a sale since12 4 24. When I was setting up ****** and other sites Sillvia suggested and I filled out all the questions I got this Message A *************** account linked to @********* is suspended due to a violation. I believe this is permission to use the domain name. at that time I called Sellvia support and try to explain what is going on and He sent Me a link to ************* which I had creates account earlier and I got to it and it was all de hi lighted - non clickable and I could do nothing until paid $4.00 to $45.00 a month. So My ****** account is dead to Me. No use calling support or any of the Counselors for all They going to do is upsell. I see if a person is proficient in internet marketing and loads of money behind them, They may make a go of it and I would Like all My all or very close to it My money back for I can't afford to continue.       I signed up for a free trial dropshiping business with Sellvia that was supposed to be cost free in January 2025. When I made my first sale, I ended up having to pay for the order myself since I did not deposit $100 for the automated package they offer. I made another sale and again paid for the order myself. I bought the package that was $159.00 which was suppose to come with store set up help and catalog of products. It was a horrible decision I made and never advise anyone else the same. At last I decided to cancel my free trial. When I sent an email concerning the sales, I received a message stating since my account was canceled the money in my account from the sales would be forfeited. My main concern is the fact it is still active since after the free trial there is a monthly charge to continue with the store. I sent a message to customer service requesting it canceled again. My other issue is, when the orders were placed, payment was made, by keeping the money in my account, they are getting paid twice for these orders

The business practices I experienced, including the misleading nature of the platform transition, the artificially generated initial sales, and the low-quality store setup, do not align with what was advertised when I made my purchase.

      I was under the impression that I was purchasing a store through AliDropship, not Sellvia, and this distinction was not made clear until after my payment. Additionally, the sudden halt in sales following my purchase raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the process. The "marketing campaign" you referenced was never disclosed beforehand, and it creates a deceptive expectation of profitability.
