I opened an account and started a store with sellvia I also had purchased an upgrade and made some sales I had deposited 100 into my account and with my sales had money in my account.I was unable to check my emails or my sellvia account from July 2024 thru Oct 2024 and when I did try to get to my store it was shut down I haven't been able to reach anyone at Sellvia to find out what happened to my store which I also had been using my own domain name ************* and its all Gone.I planned on upgrading to big ticket sale items and wanted to pursue starting an Amazon store as well as social media packages.I would like to have my account restored so I can at the very least find out what happened to the money and my StoreBusiness Response

Well speaking honestly I wish I would have come to the bbb before ever spending a cent on this website after reading all of these reviews I can tell this company is one big scam I have spent $440.50 already and am now regretting ever trusting this company after this many bad reviews and seeing the fact like a lot of other customers have said all you get is 2-5 dollar orders nothing bigger I dont trust this company anymore I have zoom called them had a meeting and I have not made any bigger sales after purchasing higher end items and according to other customers the people making the small purchases are non other then companies own employees now that is pathetic as I stated prior really regret not checking this company out on the bbb For reliable reviews first before ever making a purchase so I will expect no less then a full refund or a better offer from this company especially since everything points to them being a scam I am in aww at how they have been open this long and not been closed down yet at this pointBusiness Response

In September of 2024 I saw an online advertisement for **************************. They were offering a ******* store with a bonus ****** account. It claimed that everything would be done for me. It claimed that products would be added to my page and that professionals would curate the best list of inventory to add to my store. It said I would get thousands of dollars worth of free stuff to get me started. It did not list what the free stuff was. Well I started the free trial in which I had to pay 100$ into an account that ********************** provided to process the orders as they came into the store. I guess nothing is free, really. And I also had to pay 36$ to put products in my store which doesnt seem like it is very turnkey. The add in which I responded also said that I would be provided a premium domain name but instead I was given a subpar domain name universal buys *********** or something like that. Then I was prompted to purchase a premium domain name in which I did for 149$ *********** I also spent 9.99$, 2.99$, and 49$ on other package services. The aforementioned package for 36$ that I purchased to put products on my store page, the package was entitled top 1000 products for 2024 I have made a total of 9 sales so far, and each of them were for less than 15$ total and I made like 2-6$ on each one. They want me to keep purchasing more packages in order to make more sales. Also the add included San Amazon store for free that would be set up by the professional. Well the thousands in free stuff they mentioned turned out to be only available via zoom, in which I do not have the capability to access so I was not able to take advantage of the services they offered for free. I feel like the orders that I received in my store are fake. I had three people pay 10$ for a pair long tube socks with googly eyes glued on them. And they only come right after I spend money and thats it. The items in my store are kind of ridiculous, and also repetitive. Refund me pleaseBusiness Response

Complete misrepresentation! They dont follow thru on promises and only want your money. I realize they make it look like your browsing but your making purchasesand I told them to return my money, they never responded. My friends couldnt find my online account.I paid the first $59 fee and it was free to start up,after that they put up ads in your way, repeating ads. ******* you with ads and sales. I was purchasing things by touching on them that I didn't know I was purchasing. I brought this to their attention immediately and they never would acknowledge that I spent money that I didn't know I was and to return it, and they never would. I've sent them probably 20 emails asking them to return my money that I did not purchase those items and that I would honor the $59 and what I first had purchased for. But not any more than that, and I wanted my hundred back in my account. They just kept sending me email after email. I'm probably getting 4 to 10 emails a day asking how its going but never acknowling my concerns. I probably sent customer support 20 different times asking, pls send my money back, cancel my account! I tried it for the $59. It wasn't worth it. And to please cancel. T 3hey still have not done anything. They will not acknowledge me, and they have blocked My emails from being able to email them. This company is nothing but a scam. And they kept taking money out of my account that i did not mean to buy. It's very confusing on their account and you can't get anything done because they just keep setting up their ads to buy things.They're not there to help you.If you make an account and get on there, you will never be able to get anything ********'ll see, they constantly are putting up their sale ads to sell their items, as you're trying to do things in your account. I signed up for a free drop shipping store through Sellvia and was never told that I was on a trial period. I am filing a complaint against Sellvia regarding misleading advertising, false claims, deceptive sales practices, ignorant business managers, and their failure to provide the services I purchased.1.False Advertising: Sellvia advertises that they will provide comprehensive support to help grow my business using their packages. However, I purchased package worth more than 1000 USD because of false claims by the business manager J****, There had been sales of 150 USD and after a time the sales totally stopped. I had been working with designated manager who instead of making sure my store makes product sold, only thing she was focused on was upselling . I received little to no genuine assistance by Sellvia. Everytime I tried contacting **************** I was told to work with business manager and if I setup call with other managers they just cancel the meeting. Lately they have stopped responding to mails completely. Their focus had been on selling me their packages. I had been having trouble with sale through ***************** and even though it was not working She made me spent more than 860 USD on *************** Ads till date.Misleading Sales Practices: They made exaggerated claims about the potential income I would generate and expected return on investment. These claims were clearly designed to push me into making the purchase. After using the services, I found these promises to be entirely fake. In thelast days of December 2023 I purchased a package **** to sellvia for a drop shipping store online, I was told that if I wanted to make money I would need to take advantage of their promotions and add extra things (purchases) to my package so i upgraded to a different package, immediately I had issues. As I said earlier I was being rushed into making decisions one of them was the person I spoke to told me to just pick any domain because it didn't matter but they needed one to get he store up and running and I could change it at anytime, they lied. They tried charging me to change it, they claim to help with SEO optimization but again it's at an extra fee , so when I upgraded what did I get in return? My main complaint is that they keep funds that you earn , and I was told from day one that would be able to easily sell my store if for any reason I no longer wanted it or what have you. That was a lie that was the main reason I felt comfortable paying for all this because I was assured I could easily sell it , turns out they lied and they referred me to ********** not even they would touch it,reason being it's still in its infancy speaking on a drop shipping business aspect. So they won't even evaluate my store but sellvia has it valued at over $4000 and that's what I want is to get my money I earned I did all the work not them they did nothing other than what I can only assume was a copy paste store because they own one identical to mine which again is Ludacris to do that to a customer . Sellvia promises a store and provided false login credentials and access to customer service emails which don't actually work, I tried myself to send an email to my stores customer service and nothing came through, I tried to promote my store myself on other platforms and it turns out I don't actually have the rights or authority to promoted the store. They will not let me withdrawal my earnings until it reaches $100 dollars and funny enough they stopped climbing at around $72 and I even made purchases myself from my store to check the process and I didn't receive any profit, unfortunately this must be confirmed as a SCAM!
