            The seller claims to offer a full refund on its mattress within 100 days of purchase but actually charges a 20% restocking fee in addition to making to purchaser bear the cost of finding a freight company and paying for shipping to ********. The total cost to return the item is closer to $200 of the $419 spent. I have not used the product although it was unboxed. This amounts to a deceptive advertising practice. I want the full refund advertised of $419 I have attached their page from Amazon and the follow up return communication.

            Horrible customer service. They took my money and then ghosted me. On the website they claim that they have a warranty and returns accepted. They also claim that when you reach out they return calls/emails within 24 hours. Complete lies. I have reached out multiple times and have had only one response, which took 3 days. When I responded to that, its now been a week and no response from them. No one will answer their phone. You are immediately told to leave a message, which will never get returned. So tired of companies taking money & then having no responsibility beyond that. The owners should be ashamed. Will never order from them again. Now I am stuck with a mattress that I will never use. Completely been scammed.
