Not even sure how this company received my phone number, but I have had numerous phone calls, from different numbers. I have requested them to remove my phone number from their list multiple times, only for them to call AGAIN.

Secure One texts a family member with my name and says that phone number has my name which is false as the phone is not under eithers name. Says it is regarding my pending application which I did not submit. Must be enough of these for class action lawsuit. Then they hang up. This is financial terrorism and Secure One must be held accountable.Enough is enough and now time to pay.

I received many calls from different companies offering debt consolidation! None ever really offered me what I was looking for! I had third party collection agency's calling, emailing, and sending letters! I'm sorry but I got hurt and was unable to work for many years! When I finally got back on my feet. I tried to pay who I could but some debt was too high! I accepted help from secure one because they gave me exactly what I wanted! To pay off the most recent debt at my disclosure and not put me in a plan that going to keep me in the hole right now! I'm disabled and they have given me piece of mind! I can now focus on my upcoming open heart Surgery and not worry about any harassing phone calls! My phone has stopped ringing, because of the coaching from secure one *********** check up on me several times a month to help with the transition to paying off debt collectors after a period of time! I am very grateful to everyone who has contacted me and helped me get through this part of hopefully a longer life! I am confident it will be debt free! Thank you to GRT staff as well! July 16, 2024, after several calls 14 days ago asking to be placed on their DNC list, they continue to contact me UNSOLICITATED. . Just because you buy contact information does not give you the right to continually harrass people into your sub-prime lending.

Because we are in the business of contacting people who may benefit from our products or services, we take it very seriously when someone asks us to stop calling. I am sure you can understand, it doesn't make good business sense to spend time and money contacting people who don't wish to be contacted. However, sometimes it takes a few days for a contact to be completely removed from the system. When it comes to why we called you ... It is our best interest to reach out to people who have expressed an interest in receiving more information. We have numerous landing pages from which we gather contact information. It is possible that you clicked a box on which we were given permission to contact you or perhaps you granted permission to share your information with a third-party partner's landing page.I know that I click boxes all the time wondering, "What on Earth did I just agree to?" Ive not agreed or asked for their products. Ive asked to be removed. Despite that I have received daily harassing calls asking for me to get their lending products, assuming from the outset of the call that I would want it and attempting to solicit my personal information in their initial pitch. This is the definition of predatory lending, these people should be ashamed, and I hope the elderly out here that are being targeted by these companies do not fall victim. Do better people. Leave predatory telemarketing in the 90s where it belongs.

****** has been an awsome consultant and person to work with. She really cares about me and my situation. I didn't know what to do with all the debt since the high interest was burying me. The process was quick and easy and she is only a phone call away when I need something or have a question. Her expertise got things done faster than I could blink an eye. She is very knowledgable about the financial world so I was so glad she took me on and made my world lots easier without the impossible interest and payments I was struggling to keep up with. A representative from the organization was trying to get me to consolidate debt, and when I decidedc to go another way; he hung up on me. His conduct was absolutely professional up to that point, but he showed a bullying, abusive, and erupt side of his technique when I decided to go another way with debt recovery. Quite unnerving and dangerous in my view.

this company calls 5 and 6 times a day never leaves a message and never applied for a loan with this company please stop calling

Hello, We are truly sorry that our office is contacting you.  This was never our intention and not how we operate our business.  Our company has been in business for 25 years and we take pride in our customer relationships.  You should not be receiving unwanted calls from our company.   Unfortunately we are attempting to keep up with new ways of advertising and started doing business with a new agency who is contacting potential clients on our behalf.  We misunderstood the avenue they were using and have halted the relationship with the firm for now.   I asked that one of our executive contact you to personally apologize.  You have been added to our internal DNC list.

This company SPAMS prospective customers via voice, AND **** mail. They are relentless and unapologetic when called out. I am on the *** do not call list, and they DO NOT USE THAT, as legally required by CAN SPAM laws. They do not respect privacy, and per the post from December 2023:PLEASE STOP CALLING MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT WITH THESE SCAMS AND MAKING UNSOLICITED CALLS.As you can tell from the 1-star reviews below, this is a common practice at Secure One Capital.

In this current business environment, we are forced to be aggressive in our marketing to potential clients. However, we genuinely strive to ensure that we "scrub" our contact lists against "Do Not Call" lists. I have been informed that late last year, early this year we used a prospect list which was not properly scrubbed and some individuals like you were contacted erroniously.As you can imagine, it makes no business sense to contact people who have declared that they do not want to be contacted. Frankly, it is a waste of time and money and typically results in negative reviews on our BBB page. So, it is not a business plan that we employ. As for the post to which you referred, I will respond to them directly, if they have not already been contacted. Please be aware that the only reason their work number would be contacted is that if that number was provided as a contact number on a landing page, post card, marketing piece, etc. on which they gave permission to be contacted. That is how marketing lists are created. So, in my experience, at one point they gave permission to be contacted at that number. As a prior winner and multi-year finalist of the BBB Torch Award for Business Ethics, our reputation is very important to us. In your case, it appears that we may have dropped the ball, twice. I will request that we add you to our "NEVER CONTACT" list. However, I may need to contact you directly to obtain your phone number, so I may ensure that we have added you correctly. They lie and say you won't be responsible for Fraud that's a Bold face lie! If you say anything say the truth about this terrible company they will try and hurt you with revenge!
