      This company somehow received our home data and info and are trying to solicit us for a mortgage. We did not authorize nor ever talk to them. We would never do business with a company that buys consumer info and tries scamming people with. Do not contact us ever again.

      My daughter received a text message with all of my mortgage information on it from this company. This is completely UNEXECEPTABLE!! I have never contact this company and have never asked for any quotes!!!

      These people will keep calling you. From random, similiar numbers. No matter what you do, how many times Ive asked to be removed. Just still call, they will hang up and not say anything and call back. Its so annoying. If this is how yall make your money its sick, and I know half of yall are broke and miserable asf cold calling a bunch of old people all day to take advantage of them.       Based on the information provided I cannot determine if this complaint is aimed at the correct company.  We make our living communicating with potential customers so it makes no sense someone in our company would call just to hang up.  There are several companies with the name E Mortgage and from my research this does not appear to be us.  Regardless I have added the number to our internal do not call list.

      I am on the Federal Do Not Call Registry. Still, I keep getting predatory text messages about processing my IRRL mortgage with them. I have never worked with them on any loan, and am not now. They wont stop texting me about my VA loanand I am not a veteran! I am also reporting them for violating the registry.

        Every morning we scrub our lists against the national registry.  We purchased your information from trans union as someone who is shopping for a VA home loan.  It appears they gave us bad information. We have added you to our internal do not call list.

      I have received unsolicited texts from someone claiming to be an E MORTGAGE Capital representative stating they got my information from Transunion, Equifax, and Experian regarding a mortgage pull. I have no mortgage and don't need a mortgage or any kind of loan. They even got my name incorrect. I believe this is a scam and I hope the person get's caught. The man's name who texted me is ****** ********* NMLS# ******* and the phone number used is: **************.I am now concerned someone is trying to steal our identity.

      We refinanced with Ecapital mortgage and closed on our loan October 1 of this year. We were explicitly told not to pay our September mortgage and now we have a delinquency on our credit report. I have multiple emails from our loan officer stating we did not need to pay as it would backdate, I am hoping theyre able to get that bad **** removed from our credit report as we have never missed a mortgage or credit card payment.

      This appears to be an unfortunate situation.  On Sept. 10 I see you asked this question:
      Hey *****! I have kind of a dumb quick question for you. I know you mentioned last week we were going to potentially be able to close, but since that hasnt yet happened, I was wondering if we need to pay Septembers mortgage payment. I didnt want to pay it if you thought we would be able to close before the 15th. Hope that makes sense.

      Correct you won't need to make it! Should have the clear to close / closing before weeks end!
      Unfortunately, after that the hurricane hit and we were not able to have you close until the end of the month and the wire to payoff your old loan was sent out it appears until Oct.1, causing the late payment.   ******* response was in response to your question about closing before the 15th.  He made no reference of not making the payment if the loan was unable to close by the 15th or that weekend.  We wish would could demand the lender remove the late payment but they won't as technically it was late.  Maybe the your old lender will listen to you and under the circumstances of the hurricane be willing to remove it.  We recommend you call and ask them to consider.

      My wife and I were contacted by E Mortgage to refinance our home. Stated not interested, but eventually we decided to go for it. Offered a lower house pmt by nearly ****** a month. Had to get appraisal and charged ****** on credit card but were told would not withdraw money and would be removed when we closed. Instead they withdrew the money and never let us know about appraisal results. They wont return calls or text or email us. Left many messages and now mailbox is full. We want out of this mess and would like our money back but mainly they need reported as a scam company with lying employees.O

      My wife and I never authorized ****** ******* to run a hard credit inquiry on our credit. We received several alerts on 9/18/24 that hard credit inquiries were pulled in all 3 credit bureaus for the both of us. Loan agent ****** ******* denies the hard credit ******* wife and I only agreed to a soft credit pull. We never agreed to anything else. We have also been unsuccessful with getting this issue resolved with ****** ******* from e mortgage capital.We need these hard inquiries removed from all 3 credit bureaus.

      We have documentation that you authorized a soft pull.  We have no motivation to pull a hard inquiry. Identities have not been compromised.  We have provided a truthful answer as to the mistake and to correct the mistake we have contacted the credit bureaus and notified them of the mistake and have asked them to remove the inquiry.
