    I went to the Taco Bell at ******************************************************************************************************* at 2:11pm on 04/17/2025 and I ordered the supreme luxe box and asked the drive-through attendant I removed the beefy bean burrito or substitute it because the beans isnt good with my stomach and she flat out told me no and when I pulled around she had her hand out for my card or money and glad me my stuff and closed the window which was very rude, she didnt say anything at all and she really need training on proper customer service because I dont want to spend my money somewhere that Im told flat out on switching an item that upsets my stomach and where I have done it before. I had to throw away a burrito I cant eat. Cashier Juliet * was horrible and needs to be trained on customer service

    They got my order wrong and never gave me my refund Ive contacted them but they ignored me

    I have a close friend who is an employee at Taco Bell. She is continually getting harassed over small claims that they are forcing her to sign paper work even when they have given permission. The manager of the store stays at home and works from home and when he does come into the store post pictures of the workers not doing supposed task. This manager is middle aged who potentially works with under age staff.

    *** recently been placing several food delivery orders due to life circumstances. I just placed a 40$ order through the Taco Bell app. A dasher picked up my order and it was never delivered. This is not the only problem like this that Ive had with DoorDash which is why I avoid the DoorDash app. However, even if you place an order directly with the restaurant they may use DoorDash as the delivery service. Ive called both Taco Bell and ******** customer support. Neither were able to resolve the issue or take responsibility for the mistake. Im really not sure why its so difficult for these multi-billion dollar companies to redeliver or refund my 40$ order, but it seems neither wanted to lose that minuscule profit. Taco Bell received the money so they should be able to give me a refund even though its the Dashers fault Im the one who pays for it so I still wont be going back to Taco Bell for a long time.

    I went to Taco Bell on 02/23/25 @ 1400 hours and was treated very rudely by the female manager that was working that day because I said there was no taco sauce, receipt and no napkins in my bag. The meat was cold and didn't taste good. The manager refused to give her name, and I then filmed the disrespect she gave to me (speaking loudly and telling me that I should look in the bag) There was nothing there and she refused to apologize. This was all done in front of other customers and empolyees. . I called the hotline, and they tried to give me a coupon but also said nothing further would be done. So, I refused the coupon. If this is not handled properly, I will have no choice but to go to small claims court. At which time if I do have to do that, I will not settle it will go to court. So try and not respond to this BBB compliant because I'm the person that will go to court.

    Business Name: Taco Bell #****** Address: ********************************************* Phone: ************ Date of Incident: 02/02/2025 Time: 1:46 PM (Drive-Through)Order Number: f589f9 / 82 Cashier: ******* M Complaint Details:I visited this Taco Bell location and placed an order that included: Discovery Luxe Box 12 Mild Sauce Packets I paid $9.61 via MasterCard, and my receipt clearly reflects that I was charged for 12 Mild Sauce Packets. However, when I returned to work and opened my order, none of the sauce packets were included.Location has a history of providing incomplete orders at the drive through!Store Refused to ************************ or Resolution Upon realizing the issue, I immediately attempted to contact the store using the phone number on my receipt. I made multiple calls in an attempt to quickly resolve the problem, and I have phone records proving this. However, no one answered, making it impossible to get assistance or a refund without wasting more of my time and money.Key Issues with Taco Bells Conduct: The store refused to answer my repeated calls, preventing me from resolving the issue quickly. The store failed to provide basic customer service at the store levela business must have a clear and reasonable process for handling its own mistakes. I was left without food for the rest of my work shift because my order was inedible without the missing sauce. I was forced to waste time, gas, and wear-and-tear on my vehicle just to deal with a mistake that was 100% Taco Bells fault. I then had to spend even more time researching consumer violations, drafting complaints, and reporting this to multiple consumer protection agencies.The fact that this store refuses to even answer their phone to correct their mistakes is a direct violation of consumer protection laws.

    At ***************************************** on 1/24/2025 at approximately 3:15 pm CST I visited this location to pickup an order as instructed by **** eats. I was asked to sign a paper in a spiral notebook to identify my person. Upon my refusal to identify myself I was told by a black female in a black polo shirt assumingly the manager of this location that I would be unable to pickup the order. Taco bell owes me gas money for driving to this location where I was unlawfully asked to identify my person.

    On Saturday 1/18/25 about 7:30pm, I placed an order on DoorDash at the Taco Bell located at **********************************. When my Doordasher went to pickup my order, he found out that my order was given to someone who was not a driver. From what the driver told me, the manager (female) was rude and would not replace the order. Really? This was not DoorDashs fault is was Taco Bells fault for being irresponsible. She took no responsibility for the mistake and told the driver to contact DoorDash. Yes, I did and was refunded, but thats not my complaint its how this was handled. I am sure that Taco Bell can look at the cameras to see everything.

    We ordered through the drive-thru as we stopped during our long drive. We ordered a number of items ( Multiple Combos, Crispy Chicken Nuggets Meal, Crunchwrap Supremes and more ). These were with meat but the order missed most of these items. We got someone else's order with other items we never ordered. The other part of the order included no meat items like ****************** Gordita Crunch (sub beef w beans), ******* ( sub beef w beans and no sour cream). None of these customizations were made. We got all the items with meat whereas order was for no meat on specific items. This was lost value of over $75. Taco Bell restaurant store would not answer the call when we tried calling the # on the receipt. This was completely disappointing and frustrating.

    I placed an order at Taco Bell via the mobile app. I picked the second closest Taco Bell because they had a couple extra items on their menu we wanted to try. After driving to this location to pick up our food, they told us they sold out of the 4 Carmel ***** empanadas and the 5 piece chicken nuggets. They asked if I wanted to substitute anything else, which I turned down. I asked them for a refund for the items and they told me they couldn't do it at the store. The Carmel ***** Empanadas were a total of $9.16 and the 5 piece chicken was $3.99 for a total of $13.15+tax. They told me to get a refund in the app and when I told them the app doesn't do refunds, they told me to call 1-800-TACOBELL for a refund. When I tried calling the number, they were closed for the weekend so I had to wait until business hours on Monday. In the meantime Taco Bells app offered me a $10.00 coupon as an apology for missing $13.15 worth of food, which is completely unacceptable. When I did call Taco Bell, I was on the phone with them for 16 minutes and 30 seconds. They told me that they already offered me a $10 coupon and that they didn't want to do anything else. When I told them how unacceptable it is to offer $10 for $13.15+tax in missing food, they offered to refund me $14.15 which I accepted. I'm still unhappy that we were unable to get our dessert Saturday evening, that we missed out on the nuggets and that they even forgot all the sauce so none of my family had any sauce for our food (the 4 of us got cravings boxes so it was a lot of food). I'm disappointed in how many days and how much time and effort I had to put into getting a refund back into my checking account, and having to go without that money because they can't simplify this process.
