    Visited your location on *************** in *********, ** on 01/09/2025. Full receipt information is on receipt uploaded to this complaint. I am seeking a refund of $27.80 back to my original payment method, my **** debit card ending in *****. ****** is the Taco Bell store number with my issue. I've never had a good meal here but I was willing to give one more chance. This was my last. My burrito supreme was missing, what I wanted the most, nacho fries had no cheese sauce with it, waited ********************************************************************************************** that order wasn't even right or fresh. Please help.

    This complaint is for the corporate office for Taco Bell. Taco Bell locations do the best they can. I am a regular customer, multiple times a week at ****************** and order thru the mobile app. While the app works 90+% of the time I am complaining about the policy in place from corporate that the stores use to handle issues that happen if anything goes wrong in the app. There is not a single employee at any store allowed to reconcile or fix any problems on the app and theres no phone number to call. Whenever an order goes to the wrong location, i will either end up buying the item a 2nd time at the correct or have to get in my car to the location the app sent it to, I have sent comments on the app and website approximately 5 times in the last 2 years even with the box response requestedabout this but I get no responses .what I am requesting is a phone number of a department, in the corporate office that can resolve issues that happen on the app so the next time something happens I can get a refund and not be required to bear the cost of any mistakes on the mobile app.

    A couple of days ago, I attempted to use the app for a $1 ************* offer. I was able to successfully select the offer in the app during the 2 hour window. I gave the code on the app to the Taco Bell I was ordering from (*****************************). They told me the offer wouldnt go through because it wasnt in the appropriate two hour window. I explained to them the two hour window was 2-4pm Pacific std. time, which in my time zone is 5-7pm eastern standard time, and that the offer wouldnt load on the app until 5pm eastern standard time. They said they understood what I was saying but since their computer wouldnt take the code there was nothing they could do.This is very poor customer service. ****************** has had an a phone app for years at this point, the fact that something as simple as a time zone wont allow someone to redeem a reward is frankly pathetic.REMEDY: for my wasted time, effort, fuel used to get to the location, I would like the following:1. a $20 gift certificate 2. App to be fixed 3. The ** of the ***** Road location to discuss this issue with their employees. Their response was lazy, they should have given me the deal anyway and contacted corporate about the issue, instead they had no remedy and told me to contact corporate. Their tone was a I could care less tone as well. Poor customer service.

    On 12/14 in the parking lot of Taco Bell in ***** at 10:30 pm I used the app to attempt to order pick up in the store Store closed at 11 pm. I could only order through drive thru. Chose not to . Line of cars was too many to wait. In addition I was blocked in my parking space from the long line of cars waiting to use the drive thru at taco bell. It took a long time to get out of the parki g lot with no food!

    I received 12 crunchy supreme tacos. No sour cream. The shells were soft stuck to the bottom of the paper. I ended up having to eat everything with a spoon. I paid $3.25 per taco. And none of the tacos were edible. This was Yreka, CA Taco Bell.

    Taco Bell is one of the WORST places to try and get refunded for their low quality food, and lack of competence. So when done right Taco Bell used to be amazing. Who doesn't love nacho fries, or a Crunchwrap supreme? Just to name a few of my favorites. So on November 11th for example, I placed an order for pick up because I try to give a company a fair chance even if they mess up. They all can't be perfect 24/7. But the ***************** location? The worst by far. On the BLVD. I went to pick it up and it was gone. I spent ***** and they didn't answer when I tried to call. And if I try to dispute it, the dispute goes against my available credit and messes my credit up when my cards are fully paid off. So I'm not dealing with that. They need to refund that order to card ending in 3317, and the one prior in the screenshot for messing up the order. It was cold, wrong, and trying to contact Taco Bell for help is like talking to a wall. Ineffective. These are only two of the many issues I want to address. I am seeking refunds for card ending in 8260 as well, (bank 3805*) because a Crunchwrap actually broke my tooth. ****** Florida constantly messed up my orders as well. I'll be receiving all those refunds, plus the cost of the damages caused by a super hard Crunchwrap supreme shell and undercooked meat. If they want to avoid a lawsuit they will settle for ****** _+ refunds. Or I can take them to court

    I received the complete wrong order and have been trying to get my full refund for weeks now and keep being told its being sent to "upper management " still no response or resolution. Just want my full refund of $34.86. Order #******.

    I have encountered numerous problems with Taco Bell in ******, **, and ************, **, which I have attempted to resolve by reaching out to Taco Bell Headquarters. Despite their repeated assurances that I should monitor my email for responses following the submission of an online form, this has proven to be largely ineffective. I have made at least three attempts over three separate occasions to contact them through various channels, including an online form, *******, and ********, yet have consistently received no reply.Initially, I would often overlook minor issues, but as the frequency of these problems increased, they became increasingly frustrating, particularly when the headquarters failed to address our concerns.Some examples that come to mind - - Order ******: ******* was missing from the ******* bundle, although we were able to resolve this issue as we had previously encountered a similar problem with a different order, which involved missing chalupas. However, we overlooked checking the dips for the chips and there were issues. - Order ******: ******* was missing from the ******* bundle, as previously mentioned. - Order ******: The burrito contained incorrect items.Another instance occurred on September 15, around 1:30 AM, where I received a burrito with beef instead of beans, despite being a vegetarian. I didn't discover this until I took a bite of the burrito when I got home. I immediately contacted Taco Bell via *******/X and received no response. Attempts to contact them through their website's online form were also unsuccessful.I reached out to Taco Bell Headquarters today and had a brief conversation with someone who offered me a small digital credit, but made it clear that they could only provide two, and the interaction seemed to suggest that I was attempting to extract some form of benefit from them. Additionally, I was unable to properly address all of my issues during this conversation and had to end the conversation.

    On 11:11/2024 7:45 p.m. we have pulled up to Taco Bell in ********************* we had ordered $12 for the food the young gentleman inside were laughing through the window pointing tossing cups at each other touching each other being very vulgar very rude we had just lost two family members in our family we have not eaten for over 24 hours and decided to go to Taco Bell and this is what happened they were rude and made my kids cry whole entire order was incorrect we just broke down and cried even more.
